Alex and Lou will recommend required maintenance as needed only when I had the 40K scheduled maintenance. Very professional and honest. I was contacted after the vehicle was initially inspected and was informed exactly the list of repairs so there was no surprises. Highly recommended.

First visit to Tony & Brothers today for oil and filter change. Great service. Worked with Lou to schedule such that I could wait, so avoided the pickup/drop-off hassle. Took a walk to Starbucks and back, and the car was just coming off the rack when I returned. Lou verified that the Status reflected correct oil level, and after paying (much less than at BMW service center) I was off. Highly recommend them.

I went to tony & bros after a frustrating experience with a local dealer based out of Mountain View. I was a bit apprehensive as I had never been there before and they are not a dealer. Let me just come out and say they are better than any dealer I have been to!! Lou and Alex are professional and helpful. They are both enthusiastic about cars so you can trust them. They also give honest advice on service and tune-up. Definitely recommend this place for regular service and light tuning.I have my wheels aligned on their brand new Hunter machine. The first time I went, they did not have their own machine so they sent it to their neighbor Godinez Tires. The alignment results have not been improved and I complained. Lou responded quickly and kindly allowed me to go back again when their new Hunter machine has arrived. The second time there, Alex aligned all four wheels perfectly and fixed the pulling issue. I am very happy about the end result.Their new alignment machine is brand new and in a very good condition. Both Alex and Lou are knowledgeable about wheel alignment, cannot ask for more.

Alex and Lou are great. Had them fix the cracked tail lamp and replace brake pad and rotor on my 2018 Audi Q7. Fast service and fair pricing and they are very knowledgeable and friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely trust them with any German cars in the future.

Alex communicated everything clearly, including answers to all of my questions. He did not upsell or man-splain (two major pet peeves). My car needed spark plug replacements and also had a problem that was not detected by the sensors. He found the problem anyway and my car runs great now. I would definitely refer a friend.

Tony and Brothers is the place to take your German car for service. Ive been taking my 2004 VW Passat here for years. They do such a great job and Lou and Alex are so awesome. Its to the point where I dont want to sell my car because then I wouldnt have a reason to go here. Their service is much better than any dealers and theyre much more reasonable in pricing. I am a regular customer of Tony & Brothers for my 2001 Porsche Boxster. They have been extremely reliable and trustworthy.Recently, they quoted a medium size repair for a diagnosis / repair for a valve replacement near the Engine. Turns out that the problem was milder (vacuum tubes), and they called me to let me know the good news. I brought my Audi here to have preventative maintenance performed for a common problem. The work was quite involved, replacing components in the inner V of the engine and additional servicing. Both Lou and Alex were understanding of what needed to be done and had it done in a day. Upon picking up my car they even taken their time to show the component prone to failure and also notify me of a prior component replacement that I wasnt aware of as I purchased my vehicle used. They did a great job!Since then Ive had my transmission serviced and other general maintenance done; and they are more than happy to answer any questions or concerns Ive had about my car.I highly recommend this place for any work on German cars. Great experience. My audi had a broken exhaust weld that was hanging down. Googled this place, called, they said they could take a look at it even though they were busy. Lou was able to fix the problem quickly, at a very reasonable labor price. Was impressed as this was during thanksgiving week when everyones busy. Was able to get the car in and out with no issues. I found the folks at Tony & Brothers to be very knowledgeable, thorough, respectful, and friendly. They fixed some tricky issues with my 1990 Porsche 911 and answered all my questions with very detailed answers and were happy to give opinions and advice relating to the service -- which I found to be extremely helpful.

Employees seem nice at first until something goes wrong. Took my car in and everything was smooth until I brought my car back and a day later I tried opening the hood to top off the coolant and hood won’t open. I called them and they said the spring is bad, that they had received it as such. So how did they open it? Why didn’t they tell me ? Also, the guy on the phone first said “ I don’t know man, I didn’t work on the car. I don’t what to tell you” but after I said that it was working perfectly fine when I took it to him because I open the hood literally minutes before I handing over the keys to check a leak my car has, he’s response now changed to “ your spring is bad, you have to use 2 people to open it. One pulls the handle and the other has to pull the hood at the same time. That’s what I had to do cause I was actually the one that worked on it” soooo.... did you work on it or not ? Makes me doubt they even worked on my car...

Very pleasant and highly competent guys. They neither replace parts unnecessarily nor try to turn them into unnecessary repairs. Was there with my 04 Audi A6 two times for different issues and they were both times able to fix it very fast for a reasonable price. The last time, it took Alex just 2 minutes to find the cause for a weird noise coming from the steering. Definitely a recommendation to keep your german car up and running.

Did an oil change here for my 06 boxster S and they helped me analyze and diagnostics a strange noise free of charge. And the theory turns out to be accurate. after topping the power steering fluid, the noise seems to be gone. :D very happy with the thought process and technical skills. Glad to have found Tony and Bros right from the start after moving to the area. If looking for an alternative to sky high dealer service costs, or specialty/performance shops that often dole out the minor jobs to apprentices, look no further. These guys have pretty much done and seen it all, take pride in their work, and will do it right from the start. Unless you have a warranty/recall issue that has to be dealer serviced, dont even bother going anywhere else.

First time, my dealer charged me 400$ to diagnose that my headlamp bumb blew away. I instead got the bulb replaced here to avoid dealers heavy labor charges. They were upfront about pricing and very reasonable quote. Today, got my B service on Merc CLA 250 done, they told me nothing is wrong with the car after inspection and just did the oil change instead. I would recommend Tony and Bros if youre looking for someone honest.

Had 2 services done here for our Porsche Boxster. First time for water damage resulting from car sitting outside during the wet winter months.Second time was for car having a hard time starting. I had an AC problem with my BMW X5. The workers are friendly and efficient. I sent my car there on Thursday and got it fixed by Friday morning.
