Honest and great shop to go to. Took my X5 with issues and mechanic figured it out and told me what needs to be fixed. Also, if you getting something quickly repaired or oil changed, there’s a taco truck in parking lot to grab a bite while you wait.

Run a smog check and the service owner charged me $50 without a proper invoice. Why did I choose this bad place on the first hand.

I left a review here ~1.5 years ago but its gone so here it is again. It was legitimately the worst experience with a mechanic I ever had.I towed a 2003 Mitsubishi eclipse with no-start problems to here. Seemed like fuel pump but actually was cam sensors. They were going to do the job and said to come back in a few days. Got a ride over when I was told to just to be told it hasnt been done. Come back a few days later to it done, and I make it several miles before engine cutoff. Call them and they say to tow it back, which I do. They say it must be something with wiring connections, but will investigate. Several days go by and nothing. I text the mechanic asking if their is any update and dont get response for another day, and he says hell get to it tomorrow because hes leaving early to watch a game. Come back after a week and a half of radio silence to be told that its probably something with the wiring harness and that job would cost as much as the car was worth. Get it towed back home and sell it as salvage after taking ubers literally everywhere for 2 and a half weeks. The day I come pick it up its obvious it was just sitting on the sidelines since I was there last. After 2 weeks of tomorrow, I reached breaking point and gave up hope. Im not botheres by the prospects of being told services will be expensive, Im bothered by the immense lack of professionalism, lack of communication, and lack of ability to have something done when you say it will be done so many times . Good riddance.

Plan to fix my car battery here. However, after exchanging the battery and charge me for the new battery, they told me actually my old battery is good to use, its just some wire is loose in between. Why not call me before install the new battery? Instead waste me $300??!Also after installing the new battery, they forgot to set it as a new one to the car and its myself that figured this out and called them to verify. They asked me to return back to set it.

Great and fast service with reasonable price. The owner is very helpful and friendly. We came at 3pm on Sunday and they still got our car fixed. They are very professional and hardworking.

Called in and asked how much a car battery change was. Got exactly the service I asked without any bogus extra charges. The mechanic even drove my car for me so the battery would get adjusted. Great service.

Was great in the past, probably still is but saddened they joined the RV Smog price racket/fixing. Some SMOG shops decided they could charge RVs $140 for SMOG rather than $40 for car even though there is no extra work involved - just parking can be tighter in some places (depends on RV size). The only reason given is market rate of what other shops charge - to me it is price fixing and should get the state to look into it. 2 years ago, I did have a shop try this trick. Today, many more shops are doing it. They were very nice about it, but I still think it reflects poorly on integrity. The message is if I can cheat you out or more money, I will which is bad for a repair shop. Yes, I did find much cheaper elsewhere, but mourning the loss of my usual and trusted smog check.

Car stopped running one morning. Had it towed to the shop. I knew it was leaking something but nothing else really. Vu had it running the next day and to my surprise... it wasnt leaking anymore either. Thats whats up.

When another place told me theyd need 6 hours and ~$500 for my 90k maintenance and I came here and the owner looked at my Toyota and said Nah, just an oil and transmission fluid change. And much, much less than $500.Since then Ive come here for all my oil changes (full synthetic, a fraction of the Jiffy price), smog check, even changing the bulbs in my headlights.Great service and prices. Only place Ill come to.

Came in for a smog check. Extremely fast, taking about five minutes to complete everything. Very direct, and altogether only $40 with a printed certificate.

I own 2 vehicles and this is the only place I bring them to. Not only because of the great customer service but because the work is great and the prices are reasonable.... I just recently took my Honda Odyssey in there.. As soon as I pull up the main guy tells me to pop the hood. As soon as I do that he tells me what the problem is.. I said are you sure, he says trust me.. This guy not only had my car running in a matter of hrs but he saved me some $$$$...I could of went somewhere else and got charged an arm and a leg for the diagnostic and work plus parts.... But like I said great work great reasonable prices plus great service.... Thank you

Ive been to many so-called honest repair shops, but I would say this is one of the better ones at that. They are pretty to-the-point guys, and do a decent job! Note its not a full-featured repair shop so may not be able to fix ALL your problems.I took my BMW here with a coolant problem- they were able to fix quickly on a Saturday evening, and cost me about $100 - much cheaper than anything else at the time (and still working great so far)!!

Could not do what I requested and could not refer me 2 another mechanic.

Mr Vu identified the noise source of my car very efficiently and fixed it with a very reasonable price. He pays attention to customers car and is good at his job. Above all, he is honest with customers. He let me know what he is confident to do and what is not. He also explained and showed me why the part is causing an issue. I am a curious customer who asked a lot of questions. And he is surprisingly patient with me. It has been a good experience. If any issue occurs to my car again, i would like to come back to his shop.

Ive used this shop on 3 occasions now (2 repair, 1 smog), and theyve always done excellent work at a good price. I know a bit about car repair (and done a bit), so Ive monitored their diagnosis and repair(s) very closely. All I can say is that its nice to have a good, trustworthy mechanic in the neighborhood.

Nice guy. Went for smog test that previously fail because of monitor issue. He gave a honest reason it is because of battery down that I actually had few days ago and suggested to just drive another 100 miles, it should be all good. I did not get this from other garage guys. True skilled professional.

Keep it Runnin really have the customers interest at heart. I came in for a mirror installation and got more than I could ever dream of. They were super helpful and kind. Theyve fixed my dent, cleaned it, and cleaned the headlights as well! I feel they are really looking out for me. The mechanic tried to trick me into changing more part of my car when those parts are fine. Also did terrible when chasing my oil. The cap wasn’t closed properly. I found out after I left and had to do it myself again.

There was a problem with my car and made a loud moaning noise near the engine. Came in on a rainy day and the mechanic took a look at it. Very friendly and smart guy. He was able to fix it and I was in and out of there in a timely manner. I think his rates are fair and is a trust worthy mechanic. Dont hesitate to stop by if youre having issues with your car.

My nissan rouge, rear view mirror socket is broken, I went to nissan service center and several body shops to get the broken socket removed, so I can put a new one. Every other service center quoted me hundreds of dollars and couple of hours work. Finally, I tried my luck with keep it running service and Vu helped me out with it in a fraction of few mins. These guys are very helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good and fast customer service.

KeepItRunnin is one of few auto shops that you can rely on to do an excellent job at fixing your car. After constantly refilling coolant in my 325i, I decided to visit this shop since it was near my work. Vu found that there was a leak in the coolant system and fixed it right up. The delivery and cost was very reasonable! I decided to wait to write this review in case any issues might have come up. But my car has been running great! Furthermore, he offered me a coke after seeing me a bit stressed. Nice guy all around!

Vu is a great mechanic. I took my car there for 90k maintenance and he straight up told me whats commonly replaced for my model and about how much it would cost. He called a few times to tell me about other parts he found that needed replacing throughout the service and when I came to pick it up, they had buffed out scratches and replaced my hub caps for free! Definitely will be a returning customer

Despite the up-front estimate, they only charged for what they actually did (less than the estimate)...and nothing for the engine light reset, as it was just an oil change that was needed. I have gone here several times now for my emissions test and they are always very friendly and quick with their services.

I brought my car in, because the whole steering​ wheel and the front of car were​​ agitating and vibrating when I drove higher than 65 miles/hr ever since an incident of flat tire recently. Jerron and Vu took the time to look into the ​ issue. They recommended 4 wheel alignment. Since it was a job that they couldnt do in their shop, Vu was nice that he didnt charge me for diagnostic.

I needed my car fixed before my trip to L.A and this shop happened to be most convenient because it was on my way to work. My breaks were super squeaky and I had suspension issue on my 99 jeep cherokee. I know I shouldnt have waited off on repairing my car but I kept getting outrageous quotes and decided it is best to get multiple opinions. Since my trip was coming up I decided to drop by this place and the owner Vu checked out the car for me. He was extremely friendly and knowledgable and said he would get it fixed within the next hour or two and with a discounted rate. 20% off! On top of that they quoted me on a price that is half of what the last place that I went to quoted me.They called me back about an hour later and my car was fixed, no squeak and I was ready for my trip. These guys are friendly, honest and fast! I will definitely come back if necessary and recommend everyone to stop by if the have car issues.

Thx to keep it runnin smog and repair, my 2000 toyota tacoma is fix. I had a check engine light with a o2 sensor code so didnt pass smog for ob2 monitor. The owner advise to replace the sensors which i did. Also i was told to drive for certain amount of miles for the monitors to get ready so i drove around for 2 days. Bring it back and pass smog without a problem. Thx keep it runnin . I will be back for my future smog and repair.
