Potential customers should be aware that their hours are NOT as posted. I drove by there a little while ago and even though I arrived a little after 4, I was told they couldnt fix my tire because they were getting ready to close. When I asked why they were closing early, I was told they changed their hours & now close at 4:30 due to Covid. (What Covid has to do with fixing tires, Ill never know.) So as to whether they close at 4, 4:30 or god-knows when, is pretty much a dice-roll. (Pretty much whenever they feel like it, is my guess.)

After having to replace my range rover tires every year. I kept searching for honest people, who would tell me exactly what the problem is. These guys have helped fix the problem and do thorough check everytime I go there. Havent changed tires for 3 years since then.I moved to fremont from Sunnyvale but go all the way to them for service and just replaced tires for our second car. Because I only trust them in this areas. Very honest, wont push you to make a purchase.

Mike and the guys over at S&S Tire are great. I brought two loose tires to be mounted and balanced on my wheels and they took great care of me. I used to always take my car to pep boys and always left very unhappy..seemed like most of the employees dont even want to be there.TOTALLY opposite feeling walking in to S&S tire and auto. Was greeted and helped right away. Many employees available to help even though it was busy. The owner seems very knowledgeable and is working at the front and talking to clients. The gentleman that worked on my car was great as well. Hope the owner takes care of his employees because it seems like a great team. Very impressed and happy, will be back.

Chose to go there on a hunch (as they were advertising the same brand of tires as what my car came with). They had the newer OEM tires for my car (literally Teslas specialized variant, but 2019+ and not 2018), on hand, and got me serviced and out the door with two new tires in under an hour (one unrepairable tire puncture).Pretty sure Ill be going back there for tire service.

They resurrected my 2003 Nissan Frontier. These folks are fantastic. They were up front on cost and timeline. They updated me on a daily basis as to the progress or any blockers. After the work was performed and I went to pickup the truck, the tech explained ALL the work performed and showed me those old parts. The work was simply perfect. The truck runs like new, at considerably less cost than the dealer would have charged. I actually took it back in a few days later to have the alignment rechecked. I went there today for tire repair. But I didnt need to patch up or any repair. They worked so good, checked my tires for 30 min and didnt even charge a $. Everyone works so perfrct.They are working a family business and greet customers as family. I would recommend all to go there once and take care of there vehicle.

Reasonable fees.I found this place years ago because because the care needed tires, I used Goodyear on the east coast and wanted to do the same on the west coast. They take good care of you and your car. 10 years later, I have gotten two sets of tires here and wouldnt go anywhere else.You can wait there for your car, there is a TV and a temperature controlled sitting area. Visited for a wheel alignment and oil change. The owners son ( Sahar ?) was extremely rude and condescending. There’s tons of places out there, so learn to treat people respectfully. Won’t be going back for sure.

Outstanding auto repair shop

Ive bought both summer and winter tires from them for our Subaru. They were competitively priced and they brought in snow tires within 24 hours so I could safely goto Tahoe in time for the first big storm of the season. Good service and the tires have been great. Im going in today to have the summer tires put back on.

Took my car for a quote on one specific problem i described ( car vibration) spoke to the owner and the mechanic about it. after they did the inspection they called me to explain diagnosis they said it would take care of the vibration and another problem they found with transmission i gave them the green light to fix my car once i picked it up the vibration was the same. Owner tryed to say that the quote they gave me was for the transmission problem, and what i went for in the first place was never taken care of. Payed almost 300 r nothing because my transmission went back to filling the same . Be careful here

TL;DR: Was almost physically assaulted by the store manager.I went in to get my leaky tire fixed. They replaced my one rusted tire sensor and charged me about $230. While driving I see a Check TPMS system (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) message on my car display and returned back next day.The manager insisted that this is due to low tire pressure and unrelated to the service. I told him that during low tire pressure I do NOT see a Check TPMS system message on my car display. He obviously ignored, got angry, asked me to come next day, and after much argument he agreed to re-calibrate the TPMS on my car that same day. I left and again the Check TPMS system came back.On the 3rd day, things went out of control. He was steadfast about his claim that the message means low tire pressure. I even brought my car booklet to explain to him. But he got pissed, raised his voice, called me a PY, claimed he has done this 1000s of times, and doesnt need explanation from me. He kept shouting to come the next day (again) and I refused as this was already my 3rd visit for the same problem. He finally asked me to come outside the shop to talk. Little did I know that he wanted to have a one-on-one fight! I declined and he came close few inches to my body and started verbally abusing me. It was scary. I asked him to calm down and then I remained quiet as he continually abused me verbally! At this time, the owner walks in and conveniently ignores that I was about to be assaulted.This was a very scary experience! I never imagined a businessman will ask me to physically fight him or a businessman will be so heartless that hell ignore an oncoming assault on his customer by his own employee. Even if it means youll spend more money some place else, at least you will live another day fully healthy; avoid this place at all costs. I cannot stress enough!
