Have brought two different vehicle to B2 Auto Perfection after accidents. Both times the vehicles were repaired perfectly. In addition, the repairs hold up over time. They are great at working with the insurance companies to negotiate what needs to get repaired and make sure it is done the right way

When your beautiful car gets banged up, it is very upsetting. I checked out 4 auto body shops and all were scary, dumpy buildings, with junk/damaged cars all around and the people were generally not very nice. I found B2 Perfection on YELP and was amazed by the huge number of reviews and a 5 Star rating so I immediately drove over to check them up. What a breath of fresh air. Pleasant, treed parking area. Big, clean repair building. And when I walked in to the attractive office (with fish tank) a got such a good vibe. Mario met me and felt my pain for my car damage. He gave me a very good quote indicating they would get the car fixed and painted in 3 days. All the other shops needed 4 days. When you pay to rent a car, that makes a difference and I wanted my car fixed as soon as possible. The car was ready on time and wow! What beautiful work they did. The paint totally matched the rest of the car. And for no charge they fixed my bumper and detailed my whole car. It looked brand new again!!! If you are looking for a totally professional, friendly, reliable place with fair prices, I highly recommend Mario and B2 Perfection.

Scheduled an appointment a week in advance only to arrive and they did not have me listed down, no idea what I was getting serviced, and then told me they cannot replace a front bumper although I was told they can. I’m a reasonable person and understand we make mistakes but everything I was told was completely the opposite of what I was told in person. Advice for anyone, receive 100% confirmation of your appointment, what you’re getting serviced, and available pick up date in writing.

I cannot express enough how great the quality of service is at B2. Someone hit & run on my bumper and they took care of me straight away. As someone who hasn’t had any accidents or issues, this was my first experience so I was a bit of a novice. They made me feel taken care of and even turned my car back to me a day earlier when I told them I was hoping to pick up family at the airport on the day my car was slated to be completed. They worked with my insurance and the entire process was effortless. The office is clean and It is clear from the moment you walk in that you’ll get exceptional care and service. Glad I found B2!

Not only did they help through the inevitable but were helpful to the point making sure my car and well being was cared for. After getting rear ended, took my car here thanks to a couple of recommendations and their incredible staff was eager and helpful to get me started. Once they completed the vehicle the job, they not only cleaned the area worked on but detailed the entire vehicle unlike a couple of other places Ive taken my cars to. WOW! I have never had a better customer service experience in my life!! I had a large scratch across the entire rear passenger side door of car, and got an estimate from Ernesto who was so kind and professional (which is NOT something I can say about people at other body shops in the area from whom I also got estimates). Ernesto was super communicative and kept me completely informed at every step of the process. His attention to detail is unparalleled! He texted me pictures of the car as it was being repaired and called to keep me updated about a slight delay when the paint color wasn’t matching quite right. However, he told me they were going to redo it to make sure it looked as seamless as possible, and it ended up looking AMAZING!! We closely inspected it upon pick up and genuinely could not tell the huge scratch and dent had ever been there. Additionally, they washed and detailed my car before returning it to me!! I was truly in awe with how unbelievable this company is. I cannot recommend them enough!

Hands down the best body shop you’ll find in Silicon Valley! I looked for dozens of places to fix a bumper that fell off my car after a minor accident. Every single body shop owner said they’d have to replace the whole part and they wanted to charge me $1100-$2300 for it. I managed to get it repaired for just $300. They put it back on and repainted some of the scratches! These guys put saving you money over their own profits and I greatly admire that!

Please, do your due diligent first before bringing your car to get it work on at this place. I don’t normally would give bad reviews because I believe that business needs our support.However, I didn’t even have an ok experience having my car fixed here.The work was done since 2017, it has lifetime of guarantee on the service that they work on.I needed to have the car replace both front and back of the bumper. They were hurrying to get the parts installed without even finishing the details of the back bumper.I ended up having to go back to the rental car the same day to rent the car again. In the meantime, it took them 2 more days to rework on it.1 year later, the left side of the bumper popped out in alignment. Brought the car back 2 more times for them to fix it. Drove the car for 2 days and this happened, the bumper popped out of alignment even worsened than before I brought the car in.Please, enlighten me if this is the way they claimed their business name as.

I have been here thrice since I moved to the Bay Area and would not think of another auto body shop. I drove all the way from from SF to drop my car there for my recent repair. Went in to get an estimate on how much it would cost to fix a dent and scrapes on my car because of how well rated the place was. The reviews didnt lie, Mario took one look and told me that the fix to make it look brand new would cost 3500. However, he told me that if I had touch up paint, he could do a polish and paint over for free. He pointed me to the nearest lexus dealer and after I returned with the paint, he was a man of his word and helped touch up the car. To top it off he didnt ask for a payment, a review, or anything. Just helped me out and sent me on my way. Great place and will definitely return for any of my car repair needs.

Mario and his team left me extremely satisfied with the auto body repairs done on my vehicle. I was rear ended and the rear windshield and trunk needed to be repaired. I was worried about the paint matching considering my vehicle is 2013 and was nervous the paint was not going to match. B2 Perfection got original parts from the same make dealership so everything looked exactly the same from the original. They even matched my tint very accurately to the rest of the car. Mario communicated with me throughout the process and made me feel my car was being very well taken care of! The office staff, like Courtney, were also very welcoming and friendly. I also had a hitch and bike rack that were damaged from the accident and Mario made it a seamlessly easy process for me! I sent him the invoices and he took care of it. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience given the circumstance! I truly appreciate the work B2, Mario and his team did for my vehicle.

This is the 3rd time I am using B2 Perfection. They are extremely professional and of very high quality as always and bang on time to fix the car. My car battery died as my tesla key card was left inside the car during the body work, but the manager took full responsibility and even reimbursed for my battery replacement. Also mario went above and beyond to keep me informed all the way, personally took the car to a Tesla charging station to charge it and made sure I had a very good customer experience.

I came here a week ago to do a clay bar treatment on my 2014 white Honda Accord coupe, and I am so pleasantly surprised that for 150$ total, I could get such a beautiful finish!Most places said their going price range for clay bar treatment went passed 280$, which was too deterring for me to pay with good conscience for five years. But the final straw in deciding to get my car detailed was a small paint chip on my front bumper. I couldnt stand looking at it, so I finally did some searching for an auto body shop nearby that was reasonably within my price range. Im so glad I found B2 Auto!Everything from the moment they picked up the phone, to the final moment of giving me the receipt was professional, attentive, and easy. Tristan came outside to assess my car condition: I had that one blasted paint chip, one scratched patch on the very bottom of the front bumper (not easy to see, but still a scratch on my pride from a couple years ago), some surface scratches on the body, and some scrapes across the aluminium of the wheels. I keep my car in good condition, but novice mistakes from five years ago always haunted me.Tristan was honest in telling me what they can and cant fix: the left rear wheel aluminium was beyond what they could do without replacing it, but everything else could be fixed. He was friendly, even though I nearly gouged his eye out with my umbrella out in the rain and wind (Im really sorry).Well, Im so happy to say that those blemishes are no more! Victor took my car, and detailed it beautifully! It looks brand new! Before I brought it in, it still had that new car look to it, but after he worked on it, it looks like an on-floor model for a sparkly car show.Like I said, it was raining that day, so I couldnt take a picture of my freshly clay bar treated coupe on the spot, but now that the weather is nice, I finally found somewhere to take `em.

The technician Mitchell is very nice and responsible. My car leaked water before, he fixed it very quickly. It is important for me, especially in the recent rainy season.

I was very disappointed to find that my new car had acquired a long, somewhat deep scratch on the passenger side: rear door, quarter panel and bumper. I was concerned that the cost to repair it would be high, and indeed the first few estimates I got ranged from about $1000 to a high of $1705 for just like new. Fortunately, I visited B2 Perfection and met Mario. Although he offered a high end solution, he also described options that would cost far less and would still look good enough. In the end, I saved almost $1000 by going to B2 Perfection, the repairs were done quickly and my car looks great. I highly recommend Mario and B2 Perfection.

I was referred to B2 Perfection because I was not in a condition to shop around or make sure the shop I use takes the right approach and finish the repair well. The person who referred me assured me I need not worry about anything they do. Well, I can say what they did for me, and their quality of work is reflected in their Co. name:Perfection. The customer care (I dont mean the category that some think would have to be what U expect from Ur private butler waiting only for Ur command, and available for prompt response, rather, what is done in the shop that you do not see - i.e., done as if it were their own car) and quality of work in my case was exceptional.

Ernesto is da man! Been here couple of times and Ernesto is super helpful. Fixed a leased BMW i3 few years ago where someone scratched the front bumper and broke the reflector plate - they came in much cheaper than dealer ($150 vs $600 quote from dealer as Ernesto found a way without pulling out the bumper) and worked with my insurance. Similar experience with my BMW 320 where someone backed into rear door and it needed replacement where dealer wanted to put in used door but Ernesto got me a new door - again working with my insurance for a hassle-free experience.Took my new Model 3 last week to get a couple of scratches.. was in and out in 15 mins where Ernesto and team were able to buff it off. Amazing work from B2 over the years! Happily recommend B2.

A few months ago I had a big smash on my drivers door and took it to B2 to repair. They did a beautiful job. But thats not what this review is about.I dropped off my kid at school this morning and while I was parked another parent slightly sideswiped the corner of my front bumper as he was parking. (Happily he was a gentleman and admitted to it!)I stopped by B2 Perfection on the way to work. Jorge took a look and said it would cost $800 to fix!! Most of the scrape can be cleaned off, but there is a scratch in the paint and he told me that to fix it correctly he needs to repaint the whole bumper. I asked if he could just use some touch-up paint. After explaining how metallic paint works and why touch-up paint will be very obvious, he said hed try to clean and touch-up it up and show me how it looks.A few minutes later he came back and showed me. Almost all the scrape was gone. And you can clearly see the touch-up paint...So heres the good news:Its good enough for me. I dont have a show car. This car is a family car (soccer-mom van) and well drive it as long as we can. I think its fine with just the touch-up paint (its a very small spot). I cant in good conscience make the guy who hit it pay hundreds of dollars to fix a small scratch. So I told Jorge not to bother writing up an estimate. Even better news - he didnt charge me to clean and touch-up the car!Jorge is an angel and clearly a very experienced professional. Great workmanship. Fantastic customer service! I HIGHLY recommend B2.

Fantastic Company, Incredible Resource, Stellar Service. I have worked with this company for many years. Initially, I had them help me with minor fender bender and insurance related repairs, and, through that, chose them for a complete restoration of an older Toyota Landcruiser (pride and joy type project). The quality and attention to detail of their work is second to none - period. Throughout all aspects of any job they are honest, careful to point out anything you need to know, and make great recommendations along the way of things worth considering. Also, they are great at bringing in outside resources if needed (which we used for Landcruiser restoration for certain stuff or for needed part replacements). Finally, for several years now I have used their auto-detailing services on a regular basis, which are AMAZING. I have had this same work done elsewhere, and have paid more and been FAR less satisfied. I highly recommend this company for any job, big, small, and again particularly for their care/detailing services

I am immensely impressed with this shops professionalism and service!This weekend we scraped the side of our 2013 Honda Civic on a carport wall. It wasnt very damaged, but it was more than I could handle.I took the car in to get a quote and Tristan, the estimator, took the car back to the detailing shop to see what they could get off easily before providing a quote.15 minutes later the car came out looking great. B2 Perfection did the detailing work and a couple of small touchups free of charge-- Although theres some small damage to the edges of the door and wheel well, it ultimately isnt worth the thousands of dollars to fix.Its rare to find a company that gives you a pass the first time around, but those are the ones that I recommend-- very impressed. Definitely earned a repeat customer here the next time we do something stupid to our vehicle!

I usually do not write reviews but realized it should actually help both readers and B2 Perfection, which does an excellent job with a nice touch of quality. Brad (Owner) and any of his team members always help right from receiving, estimating your vehicle, scheduling for repairs, and answering all your questions. The best part is their new email service, which keeps you updated with pictures after each stage of repair to show the progress of work. This makes you feel as if you visited the shop. In addition, if you qualify for rental services, the team takes care and help you as well. Overall I highly recommend this place and would not hesitate to use their service again. Good job Guys!

Their estimator Tristin is awesome. He was patient and taught me what needs to be done to fix my car. He is the only one who explained clearly the steps they are going to take to fix my car. He even asked his expert to come out to give an independent second opinion which matched what he originally recommended. He is friendly, professional and truly a great salesman and representative for B2 perfection. In contrast, at Fremonts Anything body shop (where they bragged that they are rated #1) the owner wanted $10,000 to cut and replace. At another Sunnyvale shop owned by an Indian - he would not take my tough case. In contrast Tristin gave me the lowest quote and guarantee. His solution was the best of the 5 shops I visited.

Estimator was knowledgeable about my car (Honda Accord) and determined that there was little chance of structure/electronics damage based on visual inspection of the rear bumper impact foam. I decided against a teardown inspection, but was very happy with the service (which was free)!

Had a long scratch on the bottom of my civic. Found this shop through the reviews on Yelp and wanted to see if it was all true with a minor job. Brought the car in and Blake was completely honest with my questions, laid out the options, gave me the good/bad news and finally offered to touch up the scratch for free. About half a day before I decided to show up I was thinking about buying $25 dollars worth of paint to cover up the spot (that is a lot for a poor recent graduate). Blake offered to work on it for no charge! Big thanks to the management and the staff at B2 for their courtesy and customer service. Would definitely recommend this shop to others...

Im a loyal B2 customer who unfortunately no longer lives in the south bay. But while living in Berkeley, I inflicted a minor damage to my car where I broke off a little piece of plastic that actuates the fuel door to open. I could still pry open the fuel door with a credit card but since it is inconvenient and also one of my passenger doors not opening because of this defect (part of a sensor), I wanted to get this checked out.I first took my car to Berkeley Honda service center. Without even taking a look at it, they would have charged me $150 base fee plus additional $150/hr + cost of parts. I had already looked up the cost of replacing the entire sensor-- the entire sensor only costs $60. Likely that plastic piece, if sold separately, only costs ~$10. I said no thanks.I waited until winter holiday to bring my car down to B2 in Sunnyvale. While my car was being examined, I told Brad about interesting electrical oddities that Ive noticed on my dashboard. He went into the shop and brought out this neat computer that plugs into under the steering wheel and checks for every single defect that could be wrong with the electrical system in the car. He cleared the codes (some which could have been made funky with low / high voltage systems) and reinstalled them. Problems solved. (If the problems were more complex than that, then he would have referred me to a partner shop that does electrical work on vehicles).Then he took a look at my fuel door. Its literally a piece of plastic for the spring thats missing. He went to his desk and looked for the part. Then he called his parts buddy to ask if that plastic was sold separately.It was only $1.60.He placed the order for that plastic and told me to come back the next day.Mind you, this was the day before the new year.If the procedure of placing this plastic back into the fuel door would take less than 15 min, the labor is free of charge. This applies to most things done at B2, by the way. They dont take your money if your problem is something they can fix quickly. But if it does end up being kind of complicated, their labor charge is half the cost of the Honda service center.While all of this was happening, I got to catch up with my family friend who also happened to be at B2. She got into an accident where she needed to replace the head lamp plus some body work on the front of the car. She had brought in the car for assessment the day before. B2 immediately ordered parts, and she brought the car back that day of, for the B2 team to fix on the spot. INCREDIBLY admirably efficient system they got there. All of this, on a holiday schedule too.Anyway all Im trying to say is Im never going back to Honda service center (unless its a recall / complementary servicing) because theres no reason to pay $150++++++++ for small yet crucial fixes for my car. My car is 10 years old and B2 has been the lifetime family doctor for my familys cars. This one also has been through a major hit and run accident and a break-in. My family has brought our other car for other major and minor repairs at B2.And I literally refer everyone I know to B2 with confidence.B2 has a loyal customer for life right here.

I recently had B2 Perfection Auto Body install an OEM aero kit and rear spoiler for my 2017 Miata RF. I was pleasantly surprised by the price and it only took 2 days for the shop to complete the job. Install looked great, they definitely paid attention to detail. I would definitely go back to B2 Perfection and recommend my friends to go there.

I have brought my red Mercedes-Benz C250 to B2 Perfection six times in the last 15 months. The first time I brought my car in, was due to some damage that I had caused myself. I scraped the bottom of the front bumper, backing out of a driveway. I also had a scratch on the hood that my younger son had caused, while playing in the garage.I will never forget what Tristin said when I showed him the scratch on the hood. He said, I can try to have one of my guys buff it out for you and it you probably wont be able to see it anymore. I asked how much it will cost me, and he said, It will be free of charge. That was music to my ears, because I had just been to two other shops that wanted to repaint the entire hood for $700. Tristins guy buffed it out in five minutes, and I couldnt see the scratch anymore.I then asked Tristin how much it would cost to repair the damage that I made to the bottom of my bumper, and he said, You know, no one can see that damage, given that it is on the bottom of the bumper, so if I were you, I would not spend the money on it, because you are probably going to do it again.This, once again, was music to my ears. I thought to myself, B2 Perfection saved me $700 on my hood, and now, they dont want me to spend more money on my car. This made me want to do business with them even more, so I did have the bottom of my bumper repaired, and just like Tristin said, only to return four months later, because I did scrape the bottom of the bumper again. I should have listened to Tristin.To no fault of my own, from September 2017 to November 2017, my car was hit by four different people, and each time, I never even thought twice about where I was going to take my vehicle. I brought my car into B2 Perfection. Not only was my red car returned to its beautiful normal body condition, but every time, the customer service was amazing.B2 Perfection is friendly, helpful, extremely customer service oriented, does excellent work with your vehicle, they guarantee the work for the entire time that you own your car, and every time I pick up my car, it is beautifully detailed, free of charge.If I need a ride home, they take me home, and if I need a ride back to the shop, to pick up my car, they pick me up at home, too, free of charge.When I walk into the shop, I am always greeted with a smile, and when I walk out of the shop, after the work has been completed, I am handed a goodie bag, full of yummy chocolate, a notepad, a pen, and a key chain, along with a hand shake. I love that extra touch!Needless to say, B2 Perfection is my go to body shop every time that I need my car beautified. I highly recommend B2, and I promise you that you will be completely satisfied, too!

Amazing service. They buff out scratches and stuff for free!! dont over charge, very professional. I will be going here for any auto body repairs.
