Im shock that this Dollar Tree on Broad St. in Sumter, SC doesnt have more items on the shelves seeing its on a busy corridor (Ive been there often before the news on shortages). Currently, my preferred Dollar Tree would be on Pinewood Road or on Hwy 15 (Pocalla Rd).

The store had somethings still in the box in the isles of the store. The shelves were almost empty in some areas. I have never experienced that in this store before.

The store is very organized, and the clerk was very pleasant.

This place really needs help. Thry are out if everything, people who are working are going hard and fast as they can stocking abd cashiers. Not employees fault. They need to fix the AC for them do better home office

The ladies at the register were so very friendly and were real helpful. I had to get balloons and it is always extra work to find the balloons and fill them up. The lady who helped me had just finished getting balloons for another customer and she was still real pleasant. I was very happy with her help and cheery attitude.

My go to store before everywhere else, you can sometimes find gems. Cashiers have always been friendly to me. The store itself could use some updates, some of the aisles are a tight squeeze when more than one cart is passing.

This place always has excellent food and its always served hot when it comes to your table!! I will definitely be going back!

Lots of boxes in pathway of store. Need to hire more people to stock shelves or leave the goods in store room till ready to put out. My friend and i love to shop there but she is in wheelchair so it is hard for us to get around all the unopened boxes.

Well organized, clean and not a long wait.

Place is pretty run down but this is the first place I go to before shopping anywhere else. In short, I love the dollar tree.

Many empty shelves and why dont you ever have helium?

My go-to place to buy shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, spices, and those awesome Golden Krust Jamaican beer/jerk patties.

Cashiers are always nice. Great customer service.

Parking lot is hella weird, and a hazard. Dirty store, and selection is just meh .. Ill definitely be driving further to a nicer one. Rather disappointed.

THIS DOLLAR TREE WAS NOT FULLY STOCKED AND THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS BROKEN (THIS IS A REOCCURRING THING). DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND VISIT THE POACALLA ROAD DOLLAR TREE.

Only thing that was not good is that they was out of Donald Duck OJ. They customer appreciation day. Great service. Great staff.

I love Dollar Tree but the store is always in disarray, stacks of unopened boxes that should be stocked!!! Things just thrown in a pile, empty shelves especially in the crafts dept, I have been going just about everyday for a week and nothing has changed!!!!

Very upsetting, a lady with her 2 babies came in with a bag of rolled up quarter and asked if they can accept these and the cashiers both whom were quite young told her no, now wait a minute she wanted to get items from the store, and this is cash the last time I checked, I and another lady both had a problem with his because youre denying her Services because she doesnt have dollar bills or a credit card?? Thats showing some type of prejudice against this poor young woman with her 2 small children who wasnt asking for anything for free she had to bring in her rolled-up coins to purchase Goods what part of that did they not understand it made me so sick this woman had this face and come to find out that it was her childs birthday and she didnt have cash so she broke the piggy back rolled up the coins and brought them there so she can buy things for him for his birthday they almost wouldnt let her shame on Dollar Tree for hiring such ignorant employees

Poorly stocked compared to other Dollar store blogs based out of other locations.

First time I have been in one of these store that there wasnt merchandise in every aisle waiting to be stocked. It was clean, well stocked and the employees were very cheerful and helpful
