Went to buy a new phone. The girl that was handling my business almost charged me too much, but the other girl heard when I asked why is it so high when I (etc). The other girl explain to her that the sim card and a few other things wasnt supposed to be charged.
The nasty people working here added something or someone to my account and charged me more money. And they said i didnt have mobile hotspot when i know i did. I had unlimited everything plus mobile hotspot. The woman working rolled her eyes at me. Dont come here😡😡😡😡👎👎👎👎👎
Went in and 2 females were eating and being rude. They didnt want to service my mother and brushed her off. One of them did not check her phone for the issue she told her just buy another phone. Customer service is awful. My mother said she spoke to her like a child. Another customer walked out also. She did not service my mother and laughed in her face. Trifling.

It was 2 woman in the store at the time. Both of them were so rude and disrespectful. When I first came in the girl didn’t want to help. She barely moved to go get the phone I purchased. She was on her phone texting while she was completing my transaction. They were gossiping about how bad their systems were. The older woman tried to be helpful but she wasn’t at all. The younger girl definitely need to learn what customer service is. My phone is glitching and I refuse to go back in their store. I will visit another retailer. I will never go to this store again!! Awful customer service!

Very Friendly staff my cell servace is just ok since I live way in the country but in Town its very good. The cell phones are kind of pricey and if you want to upgrade its not free you can get a discount on a phone but still have to pay 100$ on up plus a 25$ activation fee and one other fee. The screen savers cost way too much so do the phone cases I suggest looking on eBay for those products you can get items that are the same or just as good or better for less then 1/4 of the price plus free shipping

Being a senior, Im not so tech savvy as all those younger users so I have questions... Yep, questions and I may not always know what my question is- lol well its not really that bad but I do need help from time to time. I feel comfortable dropping by to have the Customer Service staff help me with my questions... They can help me without making me feel like I shouldnt be using a smart phone( like Im to old ) and have me in and our in no time. I do have some tech skills so I do have something to work with but just dont know all that my phone will do i guess, but Im learning lol

My wife lost her phone. They sent another phone to her. But then she found hers. She sent the new phone back but later they shut off the service on her old phone. We are now 10+ days arguing with cricket customer service. Every person she has talked to as given her different and often opposite directions. They have both been rude and condescending. They don’t seem to have any organization.

I thought this was such a great company when i joined. Buy seems they just sell u faulty chargers that break every month tops. I brought one this morning and it didnt work and they wouldnt return because quote it will make there register short, but there item will be back on the shelf for sale knowing its faulty. I have the highest phone bill plan they offer and about to switch my number been a customer for abot 5 months +.

I had one of the worst experience ever. The manager was very rude to me And refused to pay my bill. She handled 2 people infront of me and refused to give customer service to me. I dont know if she had a bad day or what but she obviously took it out on me. I know 6 people who left this place because of the manager and her nasty attitude. I will never go back here unless they get a new manager.
