Unfriendly delivery guy. Didnt show up when he was supposed to. Wouldnt even bring the boxes in or set up I had to do it. Then when I finally got some one to come out a day later because they didnt give me the right pieces. He put the support beams on wrong they are supposed to go on bottom not on top

Awful, terrible, say they gonna come get someone out to fix new rental dryer called many times they tryed to say someone came that was a ball face lie got cameras to prove otherwise and someone at my home all the time called customers service they suck never got any calls back from anyone or tech support well I stopped payment at the bank I quess when payment dont go threw they might come get it then there called today they say its in order to come get today quess what thats a lie no one came out just terrible place to deal with

Very few computer options. I tried two. Both had issues. For $2600 for a $600 laptop, it should be pristine. I wont go back no matter how much of a bind Im in. Small store. Very sales orientated staff. Natasha was helpful and customer service driven.

Paid for the rental in advance, scheduled delivery For 2 pm. called 4 times, only to get another promise that it will be there soon. At last call, they promised to deliver bu 9pm...its 9:38 pm...no call, no delivery and no one answering the phone anymore! Never will go to this RA again!

They are excellent people, plus sometimes they give you a free upgrade for the price of a lower grade car.

Good stuff & worth it if your on a Budget

Worst customer service ever. CSR cant do something as simple as schedule a pick uo of furniture. Called numerous times and got the run around. I am disgusted with this particular stores customer service.
