They replaced a tire and it had issues within one week. I tried to return for refund they said I could only get a replacement. I dont want a replacement tire thats just as bad. They said we cant refund your money. ??? why? I asked can you then refund the taxes and fees that came along with the subpar tire? Sorry, we cant do that. Why? Youll have to call this 800 number. What? Awful experience. Beware.

I set up an appointment for a set of new tires, came in 3 days later and they had no idea of my appointment. Upon arrival, the whole place seemed very sketchy, and they wouldnt even price match discount tires prices just 5 min down the road. The man at the counter was barely speaking coherently, and upon asking him to repeat himself he got really annoyed. Overall Id say take you business to Discount Tire literally 5 minutes down the road

Went to get spark plugs & file system cleaning oil lube & filter $639.38 the next day my truck would not start took it back to them was told I have bad gas. Got it tow to other shop to find out the spark plugs was not never change. Went back there spoke to the Manager Donald explaining to him what happened ( with the spark plugs) to show him there mistake he was very rude & also made it very clear to me & other customers that’s he’s not a mechanic. And I need to take it up with corporate. Now I have a blowout head gasket. The worst Mechanic experience ever

Company does not actually do the work they say, will charge extra for tire rotation without doing it and I have seem them litterly drive a car in their shop wait 5 min, do nothing and wait, then tell the customer to take it somewhere else not to mention the lack of employee that know anything at all about cars. Do not come here there 1000 other oilchange places. And if they fick uo your car they have no cameras in their shop so they can blamep you for anything. And they will. You go in for a tune up your leaving 3000$ later.

Ok, have taken my cars here for years. I have tune ups, tires, engine and other repairs. Up until I got the brakes, I have had a fantastic experience.Fast forward to the brake and shocks job on my 01 GMC Sierra. Picked it up and was driving around with it, and noticed there was quite a bit of brake dust on the front to main tire hubs.So decided to take it by to see if it was the break pads that were installed need break in time, or if there was a problem.Huh, no David, and had no clue what happened, and the new manager is there, ok told him my issues.They didn’t want to take a look at first, and then one of the techs came out to look. Yup, new brake pads, didn’t touch the rotors, so both are warped. Don’t get turned at all.So the manager let me know that their rotor machine was broke, didn’t know when it was going to be fixed, but could give me a good deal on rotors if I wanted to buy them, and labor charges. After admitting that the service was Incomplete, he was going to give me a break on parts. Ok. No.So fast forward to today. I was going to take the truck into a different repair shop, cause I was gone on business trips and had a lot of crazy hours working for the base, and helping keeping the lights on from Covid, I haven’t had a chance to run it in till now, but it’s kinda a need now.Somehow, I have no bloody clue how it was missed, but my emergency/parking break pedal is not working, at all. Yup, I am pretty sure it’s disconnected.So now I will make time to go get this fixed any where but there. Trust is a amazing thing that can be broken between a customer and a mechanic when safety comes into play.So that’s it. My new rating for this repair shop is now one star, and I am expecting to pay another repair shop 500-600 bucks to correct and finish job, but since all three of my sons drive it, their safety is more important to me, than the cost.

I got 4 new tires here and all was good at first. One tire had a slow leak so after about a month my wife took it back and they replaced the valve stem. I thought it was fixed but about two months later the tpms sensor went out and I didnt have time to take it in to get fixed right away. I was visiting family over christmas in Pennsylvania and had a buddy of mine look at the tpms while up there. He took the tire off the wheel and inside we found that this shop had taken the old sensor and duct taped it to the wheel and replaced the valve stem with a regular one. I called the tire shop and they said it would be hard to prove that they did this, but the tire hadnt been off since they worked on it so obviously it was them. All they had to do was tell me the old sensor was causing the leak and I would have paid to have them fix it, but instead they pulled this stunt. Im sure if I would have taken it back to them to fix I never would have discovered this is what they did. Pictures added to the review.

This place is awesome. Amazing customer service and fast service. I came in at 4:10 on a Saturday with a nail in my tire. They told me they closed an hour before but if I wanted to wait a couple of minutes they would have me in and out in no time. Maybe 20-30 minutes later my car was finished. They tell me it’s done and gave me the best price I’ve ever had when getting a tire plugged. Highly recommended.

If you need a tire fixed or need a new tire this is the place to go they were super busy but still got me in and out super fast I was turned away from two other places before going there. They got my tire fixed and made sure it was safe and they told me if I have any problems to come back and they will look at it. I highly recommend this place. Took my truck in to have the tires rotated and the wait wasnt long, so far the service I have gotten there has been great.

This is where I have my car serviced. Today they fixed my tire and had me on my way to work quickly. It is best to call and schedule an appointment for service ahead of time when possible.

There was an older woman who appeared to be in her 70 and a young man that appeared to be her grandson... there was a gentleman helping them by the name of James. Someone gave them a quote on work that they could do for them. They came from Florence only to find out the work couldn’t be done... they also left the gentleman’s car in the parking lot unlocked overnight. The man that was helping him told the young man it was his responsibility to ensure the car was lock. How? If he was at home and you all were responsible for the vehicle he left with you all? They wanted to know why they Weren’t called and informed that they were not going to be able to work on the car.. the gentleman name was James was extremely rude to these customers. I recommend to them that they call corporate and talk to a manager as well. These customers had to drive to Florence with their car overheating... this was a disheartening situation to see. We won’t be coming back here, seeing how they treat their customers when they are in the wrong. We are military and highly recommend to families at Shaw to take your business else where.

I took a 1993 Nissan 240 SE SX to have a fuel pump installed. The manager Greg Bryant not only over charged me but used threatening tactics telling me he was going to murder his former wife to intimidate me . He defrauded me by overcharging for parts and repairs that I didnt request and claim that it cost $484 to only install a $99 fuel pump.I purchased all the parts with the exception of the parts that he purchased without my consent. I drove the vehicle to gas station and filled it up with gas.As I was driving, I smelled gas. The gas was spewing into the engine while I was attempting to teach my 17 year old neice to drive it. The car couldve blown up and killed up which wouldve injured other innocent people if another mechanic that I took it took didnt make the repair to the hose. This place is dangerous, racist, sexist, and a fraud. Do not patronize this business.I am filing a lawsuit for damages and for criminal harassment. Greg will not get away with what he did to me and my niece and to my vehicle.Anyone who have experience any similar problems, please contact me asap.

July 4th went and got 2 new tires from these guys and 2 days after I got a tire mounted on a rim. Today found out2 tires were leaking and I took it back to them and they patched it no questions asked. They run a great shop and have amazing service I would highly recommend to anyone.

I was on my way out of town for work, on a Friday afternoon, when I saw that one of my tires was low on pressure. My husband had put air in it two weeks prior so I knew something was wrong. My husband had just left town for the weekend and told me to go to a tire place because I couldn’t travel two hours in an under inflated tire. I stopped in here to ask if by some chance someone could look at my tire NOW. They only had one service guy at the time and said it would be a while but they could put air in it for me. While putting air in they noticed a screw had punctured the tire. They then proceeded to plug and fix the tire right then and there for me!! They said they couldn’t send me out of town with an unsafe tire. Truly nice, caring and professional people! Thank you.

I love this shop. Good people. BUT dont schedule anything for right when they open. The managers didnt get here until 7:50am to open. The techs were sitting outside with myself and a couple other people who were told to be here at 7:30, because thats when they open.

Stopped in last week under the impression that I needed brakes. Turned out that I was missing a bolt! Ended up costing less than I had planned. The manager David? Was super nice really explained what was going on.

Discovered a hole in my tire and came here in a rush after work to get it fixed. All of the gentlemen working at the shop were courteous, professional and quick. Honest, quick, and knowledgeable. Daughters car started making weird shakes, etc. - took it to David and - BOOM! diagnosed what he THOUGHT might be the issue, took it and called as promised with exact diagnosis (which was correct as he assumed) made necessary fixes and had car back in little time - drives 110% better already. Cant go wrong dealing with David - so knowledgeable and honest. Heaven forbid if he ever left TQ!
