Nice tires. Long day.

Walked around the store for over an hour waiting for my oil change. Went back there to pay only for them to tell me “oh we couldn’t get the oil cover off so we didn’t do it. No charge” obviously. Idk why they ask your phone number if they had no intentions of calling me to let me know.

Today I brought in two tires to be mounted & balanced. After being in the store 2 hours I go to check on the car and was told they could not get my lug nuts off the car with the gun. The tech said there was nothing he could do. When I asked him if I used the lug wrench and got them off could he still do it he said yes. So I went out to the car and loosened the lug nuts using the lug wrench. Then he takes the car into the bay and starts. Some time later I come back and see that he has used wrong weights for the balancing of the wheels. I asked him if he had the stick on weights instead of the ones that attach to the outside. He said yes but when I asked him why he didnt use them he had no answer but asked me do you really want me to take off the tire and re-balance it? to which I said ABSOLUTELY!! Now that I have picked up the car I see that they did not reset the TPMS in the car. This will be the LAST time I have them do anything on my car. If you want cheap tires get them here but have someone else install them!!!

In and out in less than an hour! They needed a cashier but the guy back there got to us as quickly as possible.

Me n my husband went there to get a battery for our car. They had the same one they recommended online same price. The employee was very helpful. Good visit.

The price was the best around by far. Service is very friendly but there were not enough people working out in the garage for this to be remotely quick. The wait was quite long especially for changing just 1 tire, but the person working was doing a great job, however, there is only so much one person can do at a time.

Came here today to get 4 new tired on my car. They told me the price was $40 a tire. No problem sounds good and cheap, install them please. Now my bill is $245. How did I go from $40 a tire to $245 total? The customer service, the worst I have ever seen. Took me an hour to even get up to the service desk to ask for my tires and then waited for 2 hours while the slowest techs I have ever seen stood around and took breaks constantly. They pulled 3 different vehicles in and changed tires on them while mine was still on the lift. Worst experience ever. Thanks Wal-Mart for an awful Saturday.

There were issues with the system at checkout, but other than that it was fine.

The ticket writer cannot drive a stick shift and almost hit the car in front of mine. The cashier tried to overcharge me because she made a mistake and actually undercharged the person in front of me..

Today I decided to give the Sumter Walmart TLE another try due to the bad situation I was in. Earlier in the day, I visited RNR in Sumter, and due to an employees alarming unprofessional behavior, I decided to seek services elsewhere. I was mentally drained and under the impression I was going to have to buy a new tire, in which if I have to replace one, I would rather replace 2 at a time. The TLE mechanic Tee, was a life saver, relieved the mental stress of vehicle repairs, and saved me from spending a large amount of money so close to Mothers day. Tees knowledge, integrity, and confidence in his abilities turned replacing 2 tires to simply patching the 1 that was able to be saved. Thank You so much, you are truly appreciated Sir!

11 a.m - 1:14 p.m. just for a tire plug. I’ve done everything I can possibly do at Walmart and still ain’t get want I came for. And seeing cars being serviced that came after me before my car has gotten touched. $10 though. Cashed out @ 1: 36pm by Brittany.

I bought tires today and the customer service was horrible. I gave them the make and model of my vehicle for the size of the tire that fit the vehicle. The attendees asked me for the size of the tire. Walmart is a big chain and their computer system dont allow them to look up the tire size for my vehicle. So, I had to go to my vehicle and get the size off the tire. The attendees acted like they didnt want to be there and had an attitude. I came there an 1 hour before closing. Without the customers who want automotive services they would not have that area in the 24 hour Walmart. What happened to customers pull up and someone get the keys and asked you what you are getting done today and meet you at the desk with information. My visit today will be my last at that Walmart.

Went in for an oil change (high mileage) and fuel system flush. They said they didnt have high mileage oil nor the tool to do the fuel system service. At least i was offered an alternative in synthetic, but why advertise services you cannot fulfull?

Excellent they had just what I needed.

For what ever reason I called Walmart to order a specific size tires for my car, I was told they wont order the tires and to go to the website and type in tires and search for myself.

Customer service could use some work

Horrible experience. All I needed was my tire patch and put on my car. Sat for atleast 2 hours. All workers but one was actually working. Wouldn’t recommend anyone go there unless it’s early on a week day

This was my 3rd visit in a week to fix my tire problem. I hope it is resolved.

Very slow on oil changes . Oil spilled all on side of engine.

They say close at 7 pm but they actual close up at 6. It is wrong to lie about the hours you are open .
