Quick service fair prices

I have dealt with this place wayyy before it became tire choice when it was Allied and always had great experience, but all these new yahoos they have working at their places now are pure jokes.They don’t stand behind their work and after 20 something years or doing business with this company I’m out. Time to find a new company

This place is open!! We had a broken stem on our tire. We called them to confirm the wait time and David was super nice on the phone. We showed right away, David and his buddy was able to fix broken stem in less than 15 mins. Come on down, there’s no wait time!

You have to make an appointment though because they are short handed and stay up to their eyeballs in work! These guys need some help here! This used to be allied tire which I used many times before they were bought out buy another company. So this is my first dealing with them . I bought a full set of new tires for my wifes car. They called me and told me the car was ready but when I got there it was on a flat . So that tells me they didnt put the extra effort to clean the rim before installing the new tires. Which I thought was a normal practice. They did fix it the following day and so far they have been good

DO NOT bring your car to this sulphur location. They straight up lie about their warranties and their prices. I purchased warranties on my tires, months later they said they couldnt find me in their system when i wanted to get a tire changed out. I called again and spoke to a different worker and he found me in the system. Later on the manager told me that i wasnt in the system again that the other worker was wrong. Go to pumpellys instead! They have great service and amazing prices!

Ive used Allied for years and The Tire Choice treated me great just like Allied always did. Theyve remodeled the waiting area and made the place that much better. Will definitely continue doing business there.

Tire choice saved our trip to visit relatives in Sulphur!! Damaged a tire beyond repair. Checked with several shops, no one had my tire size. Brian at Tire Choice was the only one willing to go the extra mile. He tracked down a set of tires in Beaumont, TX and sent someone to retrieve them. This is all on a weekend during the holidays when everyone is wanting to close early. Brian had me back on the road for home next morning. Thank you Brian and the guys at Tire Choice!!!

We were driving from Houston to Philadelphia when we blew out our tire from hitting debris on the road on Memorial Day. Luckily Tire Choice was open and Brian was able to get us in and out so quickly! We really appreciate it!On the road again!!!

Fantastic group of fellas. The manager Robert did everything in his power to get us approved through our fleet card company to get new tires. We didnt wait 3 hours like the other tire shops said it would take, even though those shops were empty, and I think we were there a total of 40 minutes. That was approval from the fleet company and 4 new tire install. Now, thats true customer service! Thanks guys!!!

Great experience...even with the Covid-19 restrictions creating a backlog for their business, they made it a lot less painful to wait for service.

They tried to tell me that all four of my rims were bent. They said I needed 4 new Wheels. They showed me on their balancing machine how my wheel was completely warped and claimed that they all were that way. Well my experience with Machining since Im a pipe welder told me that if you were to offset it and spin it, it would wobble like that. So I got a second opinion. They told me that one of my wheels was warped but the others were perfectly fine other than the fact that they were balanced incorrectly. They thought I was just a girl who knew nothing about cars and tried to get over on me. Dont let these scam artists take advantage of you

I went got my oil change today and Mr. Robert DeBarge was a great help. They was a little busy but with in 30 to 35 mins I was out of there. While you wait on your vehicle you can sit inside in the ac. I will be going back here and would recommend them to everyone.

Service is always great here and the job is always done right. Its one of only two shops in LC that is a certified installer with Tire Rack where I get my tires, the other being a Firestone with mixed reviews. My only nitpick is that Allied is usually quite busy and its a smaller place, so sometimes things take longer or the waiting room is full. That said, its worth it knowing that Im going to be taken care of.

I always get good service here, free flat repair, fair prices. The employees have dirty clothes and will mess up your car if it is clean. Tell the manager beforehand and he will drive it.

I brought my car in with 4 new wheels for mount and balance. I was approached outside by one of the technicians asking me if I was going pay with cash or card I said why? He said its going to be 100cash and I said what about debit he said $130!?!?.Now I didnt pay more than $65 at the Firestone in Lake Charles.After getting the $100 from the capital one and come back all of a sudden their 90s style printer wont print receipts. Im told to come back Monday I said thats fine.Upon driving on the highway around 60mph I can tell my balance is OFF steering shaking and chassis is vibrating below my seat PISSPOOR BALANCING. This place is so shady and has gone down hill dont bring your vehicle here they will overcharge and leave you with a unprofessional job.

DONT TRUST SULPHUR ALLIED!!! My 1992 cars steering was not right and getting dangerous, it wouldnt always respond when I turned the wheel. I told him i was a single mother of 3, and all I had was 200. I told him I had to do the absolute bare minimum to keep my car on the road I had a full-time job and school I NEEDED MY CAR.The manager quoted me $652, I was devasted and actually even cried as I left.On a whim, I went across the street to Adays. I told them about the quote asked if they could help me for less....THEY FIXED MY CAR FOR FREE!!!it was only some loose connections that had to be tightened!They even called the manager kevin was his name, and asked him about that quote. He hemmed and hawed but couldnt explain the cost. There are good honorable mechanics out there but they ARENT at Sulphur Aliied on Ruth St.

I went there to get new tires after I lost my lug key to get rims off I went to several places just to be told that I couldnt get them off because of no lug key but Wayne and his guys went over and above without the key to get the tires off and put my new set on so with that being said I appreciate their service and I recommend Allied Tire to anyone
