Brought my van to the Auto Clinic 1-17-2019, it was running really rough.I had changed the plugs, wires, coil pack, 2 injectors, and a MAP sensor.I gave up so i took it to a real mechanic Well he said it was the fuel pump and fuel filter That would be $560.00 that would fix it. I said OK, i had never hear of fuel pump causing rough idle, hes the Mechanic. Call to get it and he said it was quite ready it had a intake leak form the bad mechanic that changed the injectors that would be me. I said OK change them, intake gaskets and it would be good. When i picked it up it was the same, had really rough idle, He only charged $629.00 i was lucky. He did me a favor and didnt charge for all the hours. Then he said it has a burnt valve. Also he said it would run but go over the bridge. Now i am not sure i think a real mechanic was started there, it could use 2 new back tires but i dont think that would make run any better. Bottom Line i give him a thumbs down and will never go back, Now it needs to go to a real mechanic, just to be sure whats wrong with it.

The kindes people replaced my A/C Compressor and clutch plate cheaper than another place I went to.. it was done in a half of of a day. And they brought my vechile to me at work. It works great. And His daughter who took care of paperwork brought my invoice to me . Defintely claming this place as go to place for me.

Started at one price, once finished price doubled. They changed my torque converter. They broke 2 bolts in exhaust and wanted to charge me $175 to fix it. Then they didnt put a new gasket in the exhaust flange so I had too also now I have an exhaust leak were the pipe bolts to the manifold. Go somewhere else.

Russell overcommits to promises he doesnt uphold with little regard or concern for performing timely repairs. Theres no computer on his desk-all office work is performed manually by a family member. This causes a disconnect when the clerical/accounting person is away. Furthermore, theres no delegation of authority for a lead technician to provide updates in Russells absence. He rarely if ever provides status updates and his customer service is much less exemplary than the previous owner, Leighton.In a text conversation:Me: I took my car to Meads to fix the air leak. It was a slip ring that wasnt tightened. I dont know what I will owe yet but shouldnt be too much. Whatever it is, Russell can make it up to me with a service in equivalent value something easy and quick like an AC charge.Clerical: 😂Clerical: And I mean that in a smart ass way..please quit texting my phone.
