Great costumer service fair prices 👏🏾 an excellent all around experience

I have purchased 3 sets of tires from this store in the last 3 years. Their quality and service have always been top notch.Recently, I went in expecting to buy another complete set of tires: I had a flat and I thought I had ruined my tire. Also, I thought my tires were worn enough that it best to go ahead and replace all of them.Imagine my surprise when the store employee, Chris Robbins, informed me that, not only was my tire was fixable, that my tires had at least another 10-15K miles of life left in them...So, instead if selling me an $800 set of tires, he sold me a $23 patch job.And then, when I came to pickup my vehicle, the technician mounted my tire back on my car and even replaced my spare back under my vehicle.This is the kind if service and business relationship that I grew up with... Its refreshing.

Absolutely no sense of urgency at this facility. I have been here for over 3 hrs currently and havent even pulled in to get the bad tire off. I would advise anyone to pass this facility up for another. They do not care about your time here. This is the 2nd time Ive tried to get work done here.

Terrible experience. Spent $1500 on tires and alignment and still driving around with a crooked steering wheel. I was told “it’s because it’s a dodge”. The problem I have is it drove perfect the day I bought it until the day I dropped it off.

Friendly staff, got my steer tire changed on my 9 car carrier in a jiffy. Fairly priced. Def keep in mind if I need to use them again

I am amending my 5 star review and leaving this oneI bought some take offs from a 17-19 F-250 to have put on my 2001 F-250. They checked the tires (and they were around a year old in like new condition). The guy at the desk chimed in and informed me that the lug pattern wouldn’t be the same (even though I pulled up with another set of 17-19 wheels on my truck 😂). I politely informed him that it was the exact same (8x170). Then they wouldn’t do it because I had a “modified offset”. I have 1.5” spacers (HUBcentric) that I have ran on the two trucks I have for over 150,000 miles combined and never had any problems. Southern tire mart has mounted 3 or 4 sets of take offs on my trucks in the past so I’m not sure what the issue was, sooo I left their shop on my 2017 wheels that THEY installed on my truck about a year prior 🤦‍♂️I specifically used to recommend Southern Tire Mart because of their service and helpfulness but this time I really got rude and condescending vibes.

Very cool place. Went there twice to use there air and they allowed me to do so on a dump truck and a 18 wheeler. Thank you..

Biggest tire store I ever seen great service

It was a nice little gas station to go to. The lady is very kind to everyone.

Took 4 phone calls to get them to start guys are paid by the hour so they drag it out. took 4.5 hours to just swap a tire out

They were very nice ppl. We initially went in to fix a tire that had a nail in it but upon further inspection they found the tire also had several slits on the inside wall and we needed a new tire and even though it was 30 mins to closing time, they sold us a new tire and installed it. Thank you for being such a great business and also meeting the needs of ppl by being open so soon after Hurricane Laura.

I went here thinking I needed a new tire. The people here were so friendly and honest. They told me it just needed a new valve and a patch. Then they did not charge me. I gave the mechanic a tip. This is the kind of honesty and courtesy that is so rare nowadays! Thank you all in Sulphur!

The employees are extremely rude! I was charged $180 for a Firestone tire and when it went flat only 1 month later- they offered nothing and was still rude when I called! I would never recommend this tire place. Not even to my worst enemy! I think they probably treat their dog better than they do their customers! No joke.( if I could give them 0 stars I most certainly would)

Rolled in at 4:53 with a full flat tire. The sweet folks at Southern Tire Mart didnt make me feel bad about the awful timing, but instead welcomed me in & took complete care of my problem. When I thanked the wonderful tire-changing guy & apologized for him having to stay late, he just said that’s what he’s here for & it was no problem. Bless all their sweet hearts!

I couldnt have asked for better customer service from any tire center. The absolute last thing an auto owner wants to hear is Your current tires arent safe. But Michael and his team at Southern Tire Mart in Sulphur made the situation so bearable - even enjoyable. Not only did they get me and my Jeep into a new set of Toyo Open Country for an unbelievable price, they also offer FREE rotations and balances for the life of the tires. We are now a Team Southern Tire Mart household. Thanks everyone for a better than expected outcome. And my girl looks totally fabulous!!!

Southern Tire Mart in Sulphur is a very respectable business run by honest people! More than once they have saved us money buy giving us what we need rather than the infamous car repair markups. They treat you like friends.

First of all the owner,Mike,is great. He cares about the customers and hes very knowledgeable on all products sold. Dealt with him with through messages. He took time to give me choices of brands that I asked for in sizes. The store and waiting area are clean and comfortable. The girls at front are very helpful.Will drive from Beaumont anytime when needing tires. Just absolutely great experience all around.

This place was up and running not long after hurricane Laura. Considering the devastation that Lake Charles and Sulfur had this place was a lifesaver!! They were there to fix my daughter-in-law flat when most places were either destroyed or just closed. They were friendly Considering the extreme heat. I have been doing business with Southern Tire Mart going on 4 years now. I personally have a Jeep, and Southern Tire Mart has taken care of every set of tires, brakes, and steering components that needed to be changed. The most recent trip, I know I needed my rear brakes and rotors changed, so I just said to change them. I received a call a while later, after dropping it off, that the mechanic found that the rotors were still good, and didnt need to be changed. You dont find that kind of honesty many places these days. I have no problem, nor worries, sending even my own family and friends there. I know they will be taken care of. If for some reason there is even an issue, I have confidence that the General Manager, Michael Sudduth, will handle the issue personally, quickly, and fairly.

I had an appointment for a commercial vehicle to get a alignment done an hour and a 1/2 after my scheduled appointment time I asked if I would be seeing that day they said no they were running behind so I guess they were just going to let me sit there until they closed but the staff was kind so 2 stars

My F250 was pulling to the right. They checked the alignment and everything looked good. They suggested it was a radial issue and offered to rotate the two front tires. They did it and it fixed the issue! STM is my go to tire shop for all my vehicles. Great service and knowledgeable staff!

Im not sure why, but every time I go Im spending way too long here. Great people, slow service. Would I continue going back here? Of course, however would I say theyre fast... Maybe with a little more training. Or maybe I continously get a new worker... Unaware. The workers may not be the quickest but they are all extremely kind, understanding, and make the wait well worth the visit.

Slow as a snail. I forgot to mention almost 2.5 hours wait for a tire repair. And when I looked at the ticket I was charged for two repairs not one. I think my company would not be to happy with this.

If I could give these guys 0 stars I would! Dont Waste your time calling this place. Unacceptable customer service! We had a tire blow out on our freightliner so we called these guys for road side service. They initially said there was several calls so there may be a 2-3 hours wait. After 3 hours we called and they said they should be out in an hour. That hour turned into another 3 hours for a total of over 6 hours sitting on the side of the road. They then called me and said they wouldnt be able to come out until the next day.Are you kidding me? After sitting here all day on the side of the road!! Called Loves and they were out within an hour! Unacceptable!!!
