I needed a new mattress for my daughter and wanted to see what Mattress Firm had to offer. I was pleasantly greeted by a gentlemen named Kumueh and he is very knowledgeable of all his line of products. No pressure at all, he just showed me all my options in the price range I had given him. I ended up with a great mattress at a great price. I would recommend giving the Mattress Firm on Hwy 6 a chance to earn your business! Very happy customer!

I went into mattress firm in search for a new mattress. The store manager Kumueh was very kind and he walked me and my family through our options. I felt very informed and he was not just trying to sell us something for his own benefit but more so for ours. He was very fast at checkout and went over the shipping procedures. I had a very pleasant experience and would come back to shop.

It is my first time going to a mattress store. I have always order online because it was covenient. But my daughter did not like her bed that I order from a super store online and she refuse to sleep in her bed. I knew I made a mistake. When we I walked in the mattress firm store. I was greeted by Kumueh. He explained that he would help us choose the right bed for the right budget. He was patient and work with my daughter. First she tried on the firmness of the bed and what time of sleeper she was and so forth. It was personalized to her needs and our budget. We walk in the store to compare the prices, we had no intention to of buying until we gone to other stores. I love my experience because I was not pressure to buy, but I did. I done my research with the prices before I walked in. I new that quote was comparable to with other stores. Kumueh and Michael are valuable and a true assets, they’re costumer service is next to none. Buying online is convenient but if your going to make an investment of buying a bed it’s best to try it out, it will make a world of difference. Nothing like virtual purchasing. I have every intention of coming back, to bring my dad he needs a new bed. Thank you Kumueh and Michael, you have converted this online buyer to a face to face buyer.

I went to Mattress Firm looking for a mattress and adjustable base. The service rep. Victor Ajpacaja greeted me. Listened to my details as to what I was looking for and suggested several items that fit my description of what I was looking for and explained in detail difference and benefits of each. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. In short I would have no problems returning to purchase another bed set.

Went in the store and there were a couple other groups in front of us, but Kumueh Trueh Jr. was very attentive as soon as we walked in and kept checking in on us while taking care of the ones in front of us. I want to take moment to extoll the superb customer service I received from the manager of the Sugarland Mattress Firm Store. I believe the managers name is Kumueh.First of all I had a bad experience with ordering from Mattress Firm online out of New York. But it was not the fault of your company. Rather, I ordered a firm Sealy King Hybrid mattress and when it was delivered it was maximum softness. Not a firm mattress by any stretch of imagination. I called Sealy and complained and they explained that their Comfort Firm labeled mattress is indeed their medium I asked them why would they confuse customers with their mislabeling---if it is a medium mattress then label it as such!Within 15 minutes of delivery I headed to the brick and mortar store in Sugarland Texas and expressed to Kumueh my extreme disappointment while letting him know my full intent on canceling the online order and taking my business elsewhere (to Macys). Kumueh listened intently and became as concerned as I was. He spent a lot of time working with me helping me understand all of the variations of bedding in his store. He then diligently worked the numbers to see if he could rectify the delimma I found myself in even if it was not the fault of Mattress Firm.Thanks to Kumuehs extreme product insight and dedication to craft he was able to find me the perfect mattress to meet my needs and had it delivered instanter. We went to the Dulles Ave location and were very happy with the help and selection. The powered went out and we were still able to get a great mattress athat day. The staf was great!

The sales rep, Emory, was so helpful! We walked in 30 minutes before close and he didn’t even budge or act like it was inconvenient for him. He took down our information, asked for the style of bed, if we were having issues with our current mattress and found the perfect fit for us. He secured the sale and bundle addons. Wonderful experience and can’t wait for the mattress to show up!

Darris is very knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming and patient. I knew what I wanted but that mattress is discontinued. So he showed me a few others while doing so paying attention to my needs. I realize a sale is a sale but this transaction made a difference. I wished we had more people like Darris in the world. I cant wait until my mattress arrives and I get a good night rest.

The service is incredible. They’re willing to bargain and accommodate your budget and what you want. Most of their mattresses are relatively expensive (like $3000) but they do have cheaper options.

A crisis left me needing a mattress set immediately! Due to COVID 19, the Missouri City store was closed. But, down the road, the Sugar Land store was open. The salesman, Kumueh Trueh was exceptional. Although my funds were limited, he was understanding, not too pushy, and helped me find something to fit my budget.What I needed was not in stock. But, it was at the warehouse. However, once again, due to the pandemic, could not be delivered for 2 to 3 days. Kumueh to the rescue again!! He made the phone calls, and set up my pickup. His helpfulness, patience, and non-pushy method has guaranteed another sale in the near future.

Our salesman Jin (store manager) was very knowledgeable about mattresses. He warned us about a queen floor model being there for two years, so a new King size would be much, much firmer. So we wouldnt be surprised. He was very honest about the differences between mattresses and was not high pressured sales at all.
