I visited the Mattress Firm Sugar Land Eddie was my sales rep. He was wonderful. I told him what I needed and my budget and he got me exactly what I needed in the price was awesome. Even though he was a one person man at that location with two other customers. He was very considerate about not pressuring me and let me take my time. I urgently needed bunkie board for my unexpected guest. I have called the store to find out if they have bunkie board in stock. Sales person told me it is available in warehouse but not in store. He said if I made a payment before store closing for the day, bunkie board will be available to pick up from store in sugarland or I can pick it up from warehouse in Houston. I made a payment with secure online system around 7:58 pm. Store close at 8pm. Sales person acknowledged that. Next morning around 11-12 pm I received a called from mattress firm that it is available to pick up. I am so thankful and I appreciate that they have kept their promise by providing me bunkie board on time. I will use them in future. I highly recommended sugarland Riverpark location.

I had a great experience with our sales person Jonathan and the delivery crew. Jonathan was very kind and explaining everything and very patient with my questions. He got us a good bed at a good price. I was also extremely impressed with the delivery crew. They were very professional and helpful. As it turned out they arrived a few hours earlier than I was expecting and were very helpful since I wasn’t quite ready to have everything cleared out for the mattress. My experience was horrible. We were acknowledge on arrival due to representative was assisting a customer . However, another couple arrived maybe 7 minutes after us. And the rerepresentative went directly to them to assist next. Just sad how people still judging.

I have bought from this location before without any issues. However I experienced a level of deceit last time. The salesman assured me the mattress can be picked from store next day..however he slipped a different date on the receipt that was provided. When I came in the next day to pick up, they said the item is not even in stock..this was a big issue for me and forced to take my family into a hotel. Canceled my order and will not buy from there again. My advise is simple. 1) when they say the mattress is available Ask them to show you and 2) forget the salesman word and look at the receipt you are about to sign.
