Went in to buy a mattress, the staff was very informing in the decision making process. However I spent over an hour in the store after because they could not get there computers to work to get me checked out. Staff was great but I shouldn’t have to wait an hour to pay for a mattress when I’m the only person in the store.

Walked in on a random Thursday just to browse and see what is new in the mattress market.My mother and I were greeted by two friendly faces, Michael and Suresh.We worked mainly with Michael who was very knowledgeable on all the brands they carried. Not once was he pushy on selling the most expensive brands on us nor did he rush us when we were testing out all the beds. The sales people were pleasant and easy to buy over the phone. First attempt at delivery was botched, 4 day lead time to schedule morning delivery and made a reminder call 2 days in advance. Of course it was scheduled for pm, which we could not accept. Did get it next day and setup was excellent. Delivery was a 1 or 2 star, but everything else was 5.

My first experience with mattress firm was about a two this time boy was I impressed! This was a five. The Customer service folks met me at the door they were very good with her Covid protocols. We talked about how I sleep they arm let me test several mattresses and even asked me how my body felt while I was laying on them. They ask if I sleep hot at night and then directed me to a gel mattress. I was given an adjustable base for free and a military discount for delivery. So far so awesome great job James at Sugarland mattress firm!

Each Mattress Firm employee I’ve interracted with have been incredibly helpful. They are willing to work with you through anything and offer their assistance on things you wouldn’t expect help with. I was able to quickly figure out what kind of mattress Would work best with my sleeping position and ailments. The amount of knowledge they all have on sleeping comfortably and health issues related to sleep is more than I could have asked for. Please support your local businesses by being a patron at a nice brick and mortar store. You won’t regret it!

Good customer service. But they showed me a mattress with price 599.99 and verbally said showing me tag that its 40% off which brings down the price to 360.00.But after paying them invoice showed price 419.00.I called them, now they are saying online price today is 419.00. That is deceiving practise. Otherwise everything was ok. Please reply or refund 59$ as thats honourable thing to do.

I was at the Mattress Firm location in Sugar Land in the afternoon of 8/28/2020. The staff were too friendly and helpful. Sorry that I was not able to get their names. I want them to know how helpful they are as soon as I walked in the store. The other guy ( maybe he is the store manager) even took his time to look in his stock room if he has the thing I need ( mattress protector) and luckily he has it considering that they do not normally stock it in the store. I am one happy customer. Kudos to the employees of yours.

Went looking for a new twin mattress. We wanted something nice, adult rated in case we need to coax our little one to sleep. We went in with a budget between $400-$500 for a twin mattress only. Service was ok at best...prices thru the roof. Cheapest (looked real cheap too) was $300 (after an arbitrary $100 discount) and looked like the Wal-Mart one, only not as nice and it was some off brand...not that I wanted that pos anyway simply juxtaposing...and we Hate Walmart! If we wanted something nice here we were going to have to spend about a grand...which the sales guy made every possible non stop effort to sell me when he found out we own a Stearns & Foster Hybrid and how we should upgrade it to a Beautyrest regardless of the fact we have had it less than a year...and heres mud for your eye, the Beautyrest version was a comparative downgrade to the S&F we already own. Do people actually do that?! I guess they only want to sell the expensive over priced stuff that they want to sell, not what the customer needs or wants. We stopped here bc it was closer and more convenient. Were going back to American Furniture Warehouse...where the prices are righteous and the service is never like buying an overpriced used car.

Great experience. Awesome bed...hope it feels as good when we get to sleep on it as it did when we tested it in the showroom. The men who delivered the bed showed us how to use the remote and cleaned up after themselves. They were in and out in no time.

We came by the store on Memorial Day and were quickly met at the door by a salesperson. He answered our questions regarding a particular mattress. I had a very great experience with this Mattress Firm. They werent trying to sell me on any outrageous priced items. They asked me what I was looking for and my price range. Not once did they try to sell me on anything I did not want. I definitely recommend this place, and will come back for future purchases!

Where to begin? Lynn was exceptional! He went above and beyond in every way. I needed a bed to replace one I was taking to my bay house the next morning. The store had just reopened after being temporarily closed and I needed a cover for my old mattress to transport it. He went to another store to get me a bag late after he got off work from a very busy day. He then delivered the floor display mattress (which he gave me a very good price on) to me HIMSELF with a coworker carrying it up stairs. It was a huge mattress! He was so nice and professional throughout the whole process.

Our salesman, Emery was very polite and provided us a mattress that catered to our needs. He Knew exactly what was best and asked many questions to find answers for our needs. He paid GREAT attention to detail and remembered all the comments we made about our sleep arrangements in our initial conversations. He did not try to oversell like most salespeople are. Were super happy with this Mattress Firm. We had tried a different location a couple of days before this and it was not a good experience. We tried Star Furniture, literally had the same experience. We tried this particular location just out of desperation. This was a great experience. Lynn Stewart really made up for our previous experiences. He was attentive without being annoying, respected our space to talk out decisions (amazing how many people either get involved in a spouse conversation or hover listening in), and moved it all along nicely. This will be the one I return to this next week to pick up another new mattress for one of the kids.

Exceptional service. I purchased a Purple 3 from Tina who provided absolutely perfect customer service. I have some pretty gnarly bone issues, and Tina was very knowledgeable about each bed, very patient and above all very kind and pleasant to shop with. I am very happy with the Purple 3, plus they were able to match the same promotions available from the Purple website and they were able to deliver quicker too. I cant recommend this store enough.
