Paul came to my home and installed a simple cable that hooked my Smart tv to my old school Kenwood stereo system. Very professional and personable. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Will definitely call him for any future audio/visual needs. Thank you Paul.

Audio Visions has a great line of products to choose from. More importantly, the Audio Visions team is extremely knowledgeable and are up-to-date on the latest technologies. Working with Doug was a great experience. He listens carefully to understand what you are looking for from a home theatre system, while asking the right questions to narrow down the different products that would best fit your needs. If you are like me, keeping up with the latest trends in technology can be very difficult, but what I found working with Doug, he does all the work for you and is an excellent guide in helping you sort through what it all means. I originally found Audio Visions when I bought a house with an existing Control4 home automation system. I called and got a hold of the owner Paul - he came over and we started down the path of getting the system transferred to my info. They have since been over at least 10 times adding more functionality to make the system even better! He and his entire team of retail staff and installers are all consummate professionals and extremely knowledgeable about all high-end AV equipment. They will work with you to understand your needs and budget and fit your products and project into something that works for you. Highly recommended.

Only place for audio or visual equipment. Salesman, Doug, actually talked me into buying a less expensive TV than what I was going to buy. He was more concerned with how the TV was going to be used and where it was going to be located. He saved me around $1000.00. Later, I used that saving to upgrade my audio equipment, again using Doug. I love my system and many are in awe when they come over to experience my home theatre system. Will never go anywhere else.

Theres no other place to home theater and stereo equipment other than Audio Visions. Ive purchased my gear from Doug Gravue since I was old enough to walk and have always found him to be the most knowledgeable, helpful, friendly guy in the business. Audio Visions knows there stuff. Excellent products, honest, great installation at a fair price. But after the job is done they probably arent going to come back if you have a problem without a lot of complaining. Eventually they will get to you - after a couple of months of texts, phone calls, emails, etc.I have had Audio Visions do two large jobs for me. The first was a home theater. The second was a whole house audio system. Both times I had minor problems that caused the systems not to work. Both times I called the owner repeated times. He only returned 1 out of every 10 calls.It is a real shame. They do everything right except the last step. If they ever figure out how important follow up is this company would get 9 out of 10 stars from me. Right now they only get 4 stars out of 10. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------Update to the previous post.----------------------------------Earlier this spring I decided to have my Runco projector bulb replaced. The picture wasnt as bright as it once was. I called Audio Visions nine or ten times over the course of a month to get a quote (seriously) on the bulb and installation and they never called back to quote the job. (This was before the previous Google review). I finally got a call that my bulb was in and they wanted to schedule the installation! I was surprised that we skipped a step but was told that the cost would be less than $100 and I was comfortable with that. After the technician replaced the bulb the projector wouldnt work at all. He disconnected it from the ceiling and took it back to Audio Visions shop. My $100 bulb replacement was now a $1,000 repair bill. What? My projector worked before they opened it up! On top of that to get the projector repaired they wanted their money up front. That was suspicious. It was also low considering that Audio Visions has installed two large jobs in my home and always been paid promptly. What could I do? I had to pay them.

Dealing with Doug and Paul has been an awesome experience. They are top notch and extremely knowledgeable. They have gone over and above our expectations. We have used Audiovision on three separate projects and have always been extremely pleased. Would highly recommend them to anyone!!

I am finally a new home owner and needed guidance to pre-wire my house that I was building. I was recommended by a few people to consult with Audio Visions and I am beyond thrilled that I walked into their store to discuss this with Doug and Paul. I read a number of articles on how to do all of the wiring and setup a new construction house for audio and video. I was completely misguided by my research. If it was not for Doug and his guidance I would not have had the final results that are now one of the most essential parts of my new home. After that they supplied audio, video and Control 4 equipment throughout with the best recommendations while understanding my budget. I hope to work Paul and Doug over the next few years to complete every final detail that we have discussed. My home is more valuable to myself and for resale because of their assistance. I cannot say enough nice words for their special attention to detail and their wealth of knowledge.

I visited the store with intentions of information gathering and pricing. I gave Doug a price range and asked for his opinion on a reciever. He was very knowledgeable about all the equipment available. I walked out that night with a new reciever. Very happy with my purchase. Planning on adding 2 more height speakers for a 7.1 surround sound, I cant wait.Doug is the best!

I had a minor communication problem at first with this company, but WOW! I have had issues with my 4K tv for at least a year... their technician came to my home today and in less than a hour all problems were corrected. Very pleased..thank you! I had previously posted a negative review regarding this company and was immediately contacted by the owner. He personally came to our home and explained that he had taken over the business from someone.He took our TV, without charge, repaired it and re-installed it. He also added a surge protector (at no charge) to our wall mounted TV. The previous team (and ownership) neglected to do this. Overall we were very happy with the turnaround and customer service. We will be using them again in the future.

The Audiovisions staff is knowledgeable but more importantly ethical. My entire movie theater was upgraded by them and all components are working well. Any issues I had were addressed, including difficult problems like getting additional air circulation to the equipment closet. I have some very expensive components, but those decisions were made by me and I was never pushed in the direction of the most expensive options. Alternative pieces of equipment and ways of doing things are always provided and discussed thoroughly. They do their best to compete with the big box stores on price but the big difference is the customer service you get once you have the products. This to me is worth a few bucks more at the front end. I can recommend Audiovisions without reservation and especially like to deal with Paul and Doug. They have become friends. Be cautious to distinguish them from AV Interiors.

I have been coming here since i was 14 and ever since then everyone was nice to me and took the time at the age to show and explain everything and helped me they didnt show me the door just because i was that age i am now 30 and still the same family owned along with the knowledge of what you actually need unlike the corporate chain crap store that will sell you everything and anything you want so they can see you in a year because its broken why by cheap garbage from other retailers they have the same prices on better quality products and a million times better for around the same price if not alittle more YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR DONT BELIEVE ME COME AND CHECK THEM OUT BE YOUR OWN JUDGE

My home theatre system may be the most disappointing investment Ive ever made. When it works, it works great. The problem is that it often doesnt work. Getting it repaired is difficult and drawn-out time wise. Furthermore, the technicians on the phone assume I speak their language - I dont. When I call for a service tech, I dont want to play repairman over the phone, I want a service tech. Many of the fixes are simple and easy, but I want my system to work simple and easy. I will spen this New Years day NOT watching football games on my home theater system!

I worked for the owner, Paul Sweetnich under Audio Video Interiors. (AVI Group) I did reception among other responsibilities, and was constantly told to lie to customers and people calling for accounts payable. I would have quit that job a long time ago, but I needed to stay at that job until another opportunity presented itself.Long story short: I would not TRUST this company! When Paul and Michael Pope dissolved their business partnership (AVI Group), I eventually lost my job, but not before they could SCREW me over, and probably other employees. I DID NOT GET PAID FOR MY LAST WEEK OF TIME WORKED! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY !!! Paul Sweetnich has no conscience!
