Gentleman at desk very accommodating to someone who has no idea what to do with cars. Service very fast for all that was done.

Ten months ago my Ford Transit had 4 new Transforce CV tires installed.Under certain light conditions you can notice a ripple in the tire of drivers sidewall. The Strongsville store gave me two opinions. One said manufactured defect in tire the other an impact defect. They said when the tire was off they could tell which it was. The impact was RULED OUT. They proceeded to charge me for the new tire. Corporate office told me all actions by the store are final. Warranty lasted only to the street. Again, Warranty doesnt apply if local store not willing to do the work.

I had an appointment at 5, showed up they claim they called me but vi had no missed calls and they never left a message. Never tried email me. They canceled my appointment. 1st time going there I will never go back

I was a loyal customer of this location for a long time (16 years) and Im no longer going to go there myself or recommend friends to ever give them business. Whoever manages that store has to do a better job of customer service, especially in the arena of communication.I called to schedule a tire alignment for a car that I had recently purchased. There was a discussion about the height of my car and the person over the phone said it was fine to bring in the car. I bring in my car and whoever was at the front desk took one look at me and said he would be right back. Without even having any conversation about the car, he came back out and told me he could not service me because the car was too low. He didnt want to hear anything I had to say, and for the first time ever in my life I walked away saying something in frustration to a store employee. I said to him it would have been great had this location not wasted my time in the hopes of being able to get an alignment, especially when they could have told me over the phone that could they couldnt do it and I would have scheduled an appointment elsewhere. I wasted the whole day and took time off of work for this appointment.From now on Im taking my business elsewhere and will recommend my friends and family to do the same.

I give them 5-Stars because I was simply driving through (from out of town); and I called and spoke with Chuck who was ABSOLUTELY pleasant on the phone with me.I needed Air in my front left tire, and when I arrived, he had a Technician right there waiting for me...Nate, actually checked ALL my tires and ensured I had enough air in all four. Had a blow out late sunday with 5 kids....120 miles from home and only the cheap spare. So we stayed in town and I called several places 1st thing in the morning (7:30). The guy on the phone told me they had several types in stock and would be able to help. Id say we got there about 8:15. We were greated by the friendly salesman type of voice so I figured, here we go with this sales game. I was wrong, I was told about several brands and prices without being pushed into one or the other. I picked the tires I wanted and decided to have a oil change as well. Got picked up by family as i figured it would be awhile and about 9:30 i got a call that the van was ready. Thanks for the help guys! Yall were fast, courteous, clean waiting room and about average for the price. I will keep you in mind for my future needs as my inlaws only live 2 miles away. Thanks again

These guys were amazing. We were broken down and needed a battery and alternator. They didnt have the part there so David, the manager, called several other Firestone stores and found one that could fix it. We had the car towed there and David drove us personally to the next store. He also had them find the needed part. Ive never experienced such amazing customer service and I highly recommend them.

We came in to get an alignment done on two cars. During our wait time, we watched the mechanic struggle to find the right instruments that fit with our cars parts. For some odd reason our cars engine was running the entire hour and a half. When the supervisor gave us the printout of the alignment before and after their services; first of all, we noticed that the model and year of our car was incorrect and that most of the problems were not fixed. The ONE WHEEL THAT WAS GOOD before we ever came into Firestone, was altered with and the ALIGNMENT ON IT WAS EVEN WORSE THAN BEFORE. When we asked for an explanation, the mechanic ROLLED HIS EYES at us, THREW HIS HANDS UP IN THE AIR, as if our questions were really annoying him, TURNED AROUND AND WALKED OUT. Rude. The supervisor said nothing about it. When we asked for services for the second car, the mechanic said he had to be somewhere in the next half hour (although his work day was not over yet), and the supervisor demanded that we come in a different day. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ENTRUST YOUR VEHICLES WITH THIS FIRESTONE FOR THEIR LACK OF MECHANICAL ABILITY AND UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Here you can see the result of our waisted time and money.

Would not adjust my f150 because I did not have stock control arms after an install at a local shop. I went back in to ask them to adjust the toe only and they still said no. Just needed it slightly adjusted to drive home to Michigan and they turned me down

Very bad customer service. Employee is very rude(he said his name is David. No name tag). He was rude to every customer that came in while I was waiting for my car. Management needs to fix this attitude of their employee. You just lost a customer today.

The front desk guy, David, went above and beyond to help us. We were from out of town and broke down on the turnpike. He helped us find a battery and alternator on a Sunday, someone to replace it and even gave us a personal ride about 8 miles. So grateful for that kind of service.

I let the Tire sales guy know i was a single mom who was trying 2 buy my sister a set of tires he gave me 2 est. 1 for 1,2002- for 800It was BS, TOTAL UP SALENEVER AGAINMind you this is only year and half after 1 set i purchased from here went BAD!!!These ppl dont care about customer loyalty

Discovered a screw in my tire late last night, called at 645am to see if I could stop in to get it fixed and he said yes. I was out the door by 8am with a repaired tire. The work was ok. I made an appointment but walk ins went ahead of my car. Why have an appointment time! I was insulted by the worker that was completing my transaction. Having a puncture in a tire I took it in for repair. Unfortunately it was not repairable and that is when I found out that having an AWD vehicle I had to buy four new tires as mine were half worn.Dave was pleasant and sympathetic about my annoyance at this unexpected expense.I immediately told him that I only wanted the same Michelin tires that were already on my vehicle. His first quote was not acceptable to me and he agreed to match Costcos quoted price.The tires were ordered and installed on my vehicle the next day. I had by then checked and found that I had insurance on my tires from when I purchased the vehicle. Dave dealt with that with good humor, despite a couple of complications and I only had to pay for the three other tires.All in all a very good experience with Firestone.

My Husband had a flat tire he took the tire up to Firestone and talked with the manager. They stated he needed a new tire. He said ok they had one in stock. Manager said it would be ready the next day my husband said he would be up at 6:00 pm to pick it up. My Husband goes up the next day at 6:00 pm and tire is not ready, not even mounted on the rim yet. Manager not there worker states they are too busy as he has a car he is working. Asks why are you coming at 6:00 pm as they close at 7:00 pm. My Husband states you had the tire overnight and the Manager said it would be ready. Too busy! Really! Bad Customer Service! Worker has a bad attitude. Called the 800 number and filed a complaint. Worker should be fired!!!

Been going here since 2000 and they generally dont try to give you the run around. Good place to get oil changed, switch out summer & snow tires, buy tires, and have them mounted and balanced as well as have other automotive needs serviced.

I wouldnt put my trust in these guys at all. They are 2 face and have no people skills to begin we with. The business bureau needs to shut them down quick. The manager is not a person of his word. They have no sense of honor. Its a shame to call them men.

The store manager, Chuck Johnson handled the transaction in a very professional manner. He corrected a very serious manufacturers error on three tires and replaced all three of them. He rebalanced and explained the fault, thoroughly, and renewed the warranty. I personally road tested the veheicle and found it perfect. He was very serious and apologized for the error and inconvenience. I would highly reccommend Chucks place of business.

Went in for an alignment after getting tires put on. Car has lifetime alignment that was purchased last year and only used once. they literally told me that I needed a full tank of gas and three people in the backseat to properly align the car..

Good place for tires, oil changes, and brakes, but Firestone isnt what it used to be, and I mean all Firestones!

I had an emergency and needed tires as soon as possible. Guy at front desk was rude and did not care, let me walk out the door. Went to Mr. Tire in Brunswick and they took care of me right away with a smile.

Caveat Emptor. This shop slips in upcharges.I used this shop after researching options on Tire Rack. The tires I was looking at on Tire Rack were US made. The ones that this Firestone shop supplied, which are the same brand and model, are made in Costa Rica. Strike one. I suppose that this is actually my fault for not asking the question of the shop.The store manager called me while the work was underway to tell me that my car needed a fuel-system cleaning for $189. He went on to say that it was unsafe as it was and would likely cause problems with the cars computer and possibly unintended acceleration. His impassioned plea was full of technical terms and jargon. The problem? My car has a diesel engine and none of the equipment he described as requiring the service even exists on this car. When I asked him about it upon picking up the car, he said that they simply put the VIN into the computer along with the mileage and the computer recommends the service. While that explanation provides me some comfort, it doesnt explain away the impassioned plea for my safety. The sales pitch was intended to lead me to believe that he had personally observed the problem, when he clearly did not. Strike twoWhen I got the total bill, it was more than $100 more than what we had discussed. We went through the bill and he had put road hazard ($25) in, which I had not asked for. If I had not been paying attention, I could have paid it unaware. Strike three.Also, they do a free alignment check during the tire change. Not surprisingly, the car was found to be ‘out of alignment’, even though the car had been aligned by the same shop in the spring following some front-end work. Now, I cant say definitively that it was not out of alignment. It is possible that I bumped a curb or something that could have knocked it out. However, I find it unlikely as this car historically stays in alignment well, it was not pulling in either direction and the old tires were wearing very evenly. They were pushing the lifetime alignment for $135, but I just opted for the one-time alignment for $79. In good conscience, I cant give a strike on this one because it is possible that the alignment may have been out. It just seems unlikely. Foul ball maybe?One final thing, they used the weights that clip over the edges of the rim after I asked for the stick-on weights. A minor thing, but I don’t like the clip-on weights as they mar the coating and can create initiation sites for corrosion to begin.I personally wont be going back when there are other superior options out there who will install tires purchased on Tire Rack and have a better reputation. I take particular issue with the heavy handed push for the $189 service that couldn’t be done in any case. If my wife, son or daughter had gone in for service they likely would have paid the additional charges to the tune of nearly $425.In full disclosure, driving the car into work on the highway this morning, the tires seem to be well balanced and not pulling. I’ll post again after getting more miles on the Costa Rican tires.

I will be 70 years old next month and have been a Firestone customer since I started driving at16. My father always used Firestone. Firestone and their people have always been better than any other service ever used.

Very bad service came in on Saturday 10/18/14 and service manager Iram promised to have the truck in an hour which turned out to be two and other people coming after where serviced before mine. On the other side sales associate Luis was very helpful would recommend asking to be serviced by him.

Tried to scam me into getting my radiator replaced for $1200. When all it needed was a new hose and clamps.....

5 starts for Robert store manager. If you deal with anyone else HORRIBLE!!! No integrity when you drop off car you hear from noone. Then when you call they tell you they were about to call you. Happened on more than one occasion. Robert is the only one that kept me in the loop. Firestone just lost a paying customer for now.

I have had oil changes all my Honda Civic 2012 life at the dealer, the one time I take it to that Firestone, I NOW HAVE AN OIL LEAK! stay away!

Replaced a tire under warranty on sunday in less than an hour!

Ive had several blow outs with the cheap tires they sell here and how does it cost $1000 to have a radiator and hoses put in when the radiator only cost $160. They also charged separatly for a transmission cooler when its built into the radiator like most cars. And they charge over $100 an hour for labor. And they jack up prices on parts.
