Not a good experience today. I had an unexpected repair to my car so I decided to choose Mr.Tire. the night before I applied for the Driver card to get the Repair financed 6 months no interest. I was told that the attended at Mr.Tire could look up my card thru their POS. To my surprise after my car was already repaired that was false. Not only did my credit take a hit for the credit card that I cant use, but I had to pay unbudgetted cash for the repair. I did call the card customer service line while I was there everyone (customer service rep and Mr. TIRE attended) apologized that it happened to me but nobody offered me a resolution except for pay another way. Safe to say I will not be returning for my other scheduled repairs and I hope my situation helps people in the future.

Ive been to many places around the country for service. I typically go through dealerships. I was in urgent need of service and not a place in the area would even look into squeezing me in. I called and spoke with Dave. He assured me if I could drop it off he would squeeze me in. They were slammed when I got there. They were so thorough with my vehicle and went above and beyond. They earned my business here and thats not easy to do as Ive worked in the field and have high expectations. Highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Frank at Mr Tire. I ordered a set of tires off Tirerack and had them shipped to Mr Tire. Frank called me right away when they came and set up an appointment for the next day to have them installed. He called to let me know a couple things that were recommended based off my mileage but also told me that the recommendations weren’t actually needed because they saw nothing wrong. My vehicle was too long to get the alignment checked so Frank pointed me to a service provider that would inspect it at no charge. He did replace one of my lug nuts at no charge. Frank is a very nice gentleman and his team is great. I will continue taking my vehicles to Frank for all my service needs. Great job!

Work they do is good but can’t be trusted to be truthful. Will pressure you into additional work. I have 4 cars and can walk to this place so would fantastic to use as a go-to trustworthy mechanic. Sent my daughter there to get tires rotated and oil change. They wouldn’t rotate tires because brakes were so dangerously low and tried pressuring her into new brakes. I called and said put tires back on. Took to dealership and they said brakes had 10,000 more miles to go. Strongsville Auto Express was so much more reliable. I wish they never sold.

Went in today for help with a nail in my tire, not only was the gentleman who greeted me kind and helpful, but the manager came out and was friendly and welcoming. My tire was patched in 15 minutes and I experienced great customer service! Thank you!

Don’t recommend, every time I’ve gone another problem that wasn’t the problem before is now a problem. Like I get the starter fixed and suddenly now my drivers side door won’t open from the inside my turn signals don’t work and my windows won’t roll down

Thought I would try out since they are around the corner from work. Scheduled an appointment on line for an oil change and tire rotation. Dropped off car and work was completed within the hour. No additional expenses. Frank was very nice and professional.

The new manager is great. He was polite, professional and completely honest about every detail on my vehicle. Highly recommend this shop for any type of service in your vehicle!

The manager told me it was going to cost $4500 to repair my car when the estimate he had written up was for about $3200. Told me it was going to cost $638 to repair and replace my muffler; this was also displayed nowhere on the estimate it said $200. New brakes and rotors were on this estimate when i had them done pretty recently. At the end I declined all this was only going there because my guy wasnt available Memorial day and I was charged $58.73 for an oil change. It is proper process to ask the customer what type of oil change they want, this wasnt done. Manager assumed the most expensive oil change and charged me for that. What a joke.

Needed 4 tires quickly. Called Mr. Tire, Frank answered. It was 5pm and his technicians were leaving. Frank told me that he could have the job done in 45 minutes. I had a quote from discount tire, Mr. Tire beat it by $50! They even gave me tire insurance! Shout out to Frank and the tech that stayed late. You guys are awesome. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Brought my van in for an oil change. Was told my brakes looked good and the tires did not need rotated. So if the tires were not rotated, how was the tech able to see that there were 8 MM left on my brake pads. I left and took my van to a friend to look over because I felt something was not right. My friend took the tires off and saw that there was chunks of my brake pad missing. He replaced my pads and showed me that they were crumbling. I even mentioned that I was doing a lot of traveling the next few weeks. How was this completely missed! AND!! I thought that you did bumper to bumper inspection and top off levels. Maybe easiest of all was completely empty! My windshield wiper fluid!! I asked for the MaxLife Oil. I paid for it. but at this point, I cant trust that was actually used. In fact, I wouldnt trust this place at all. Thanks for putting me and my family in danger by not doing your job.

Went here for the first time yesterday after reading such positive reviews, and honestly, it was spectacular. I have a few long road trips ahead of me in the future, and I just wanted to make sure I would be as safe as possible on the road. I don’t know much about cars or mechanics but the owners and employees did a really great job answering all my questions and explaining the details and reasoning behind all their decisions! It was a really stark contrast to past experiences I’ve had where technicians kind of blow off my questions about what’s going on, probably dually because I don’t go to the kindest of people and I most likely come off as super naive about cars. That this experience was such a dichotomy to that was really appreciated, I will most definitely be coming back to this Mr. Tire whenever I’m in town again! Thank you so much, this was great.

Spoke with the assistant manager Dave on the phone multiple times before coming and was always met with above and beyond friendliness and helpfulness. Never once was made to feel bothersome. Had brake lines done very quickly and efficiently the next day. The verbal estimate was spot on to how much I owed and let me say I am very pleased with it. Great price for great service. When I went to get my truck I met with the Manager Scott and he also couldnt have been more courteous or knowledgeable. 5 stars any day. In preparation for a return to our Florida home, I scheduled an appointment at Mr. Tire (12300 Prospect Rd., Strongsville) to have the oil/filter changed. The plan was to leave this car locally and in storage for the next four months. After pulling the car into the bay, Dave (Asst. Store Manager) informed me that there was 60% life remaining on the oil and suggested that the car would be fine until springtime. His comment about not wanting to take money unnecessarily as well as striving to be honest in hopes of return customer business was impressive and not something you hear from other businesses very often. I assured them that they had acquired a long term customer! I would strongly recommend them for all your auto service needs.

I just stopped in today during the lunch hour suspecting that I had a nail in my tire. They had it in a bay within 10 minutes, found the screw, patched it, and sent me on my way with a minimal fee. Courteous staff, fast service, fair pricing. Thanks, guys. Ill be back!

The folks at Mr. Tire are very helpful and friendly. I went in for an oil change and they found another issue with my car. They gave me a ride home and also picked me up when my car was finished, I didnt have to sit there all day waiting. My car ran much smoother than it ran when I went in.

Frank and Dave are great. Got all new tires on my 2015 Tacoma, honest and helpful about everything. Needed new front brakes which I said I would replace myself, Frank took the time to give me good advice rather than push a sale.

Mr tire is super amazing. The manger Scott helped me out a lot and gave me excellent deals on my tires for my 02 bird. They helped me save a lot of $$.They are very detailed and inspect Bumper to bumper and wont rip you off like a lot of shops do.If you have any issues tire wise mechanical wise they are the best around I’d recommend them. Plus the manager Scott and the rest of the guys have nice bubble butts I’m playing :-) but honestly best around very nice and professional.

Great team, flat tire from chuckhole,Dave took it out fo trunk then checked the donut tire for air pressure, then filled it. wrote order up . next day Jack made sure the tire was put back on checked all 4 tires for correct pressure,and put spare tire back in place in trunk, and reorganized it. great guys

Fast talking, double talking salesperson who should be on a late night infomercial. They printed a quote for rear brakes, showed it to me, then threw it in the trash and printed a new quote for their price which was $110 less. Im sure that if I acted now on the brake quote, they would have included the ginsu knives at no additional charge! Totally unprofessional operation and lost my trust within five minutes of walking in the door.

Scott is absolutely the best!! I had to pull off the road unexpectedly and seek information about my tire. He patiently explained what was going on with my tire and gave me clear instructions on what I needed to do to repair and get home safely. It wasnt just his expertise in explaining, but his genuine care for my well being getting all the back over to the other side of town. I am so grateful to him and suggest this location for service if you want the experience of being in great hands!!

My tire had a slow leak and needed to get in asap. They brought me in same day and gave me a great deal on all 4 tires. I needed them replaced before this, but they made it so quick and easy we got it all done in 1 visit. Would definitely recommend!

One of my rear tires was making a strange noise so I called and had the pleasure of speaking with Frank. He made scheduling my appointment for diagnostics and repair was easy and convenient for me. I also appreciated that only necessary maintenance recommendations were made rather than the laundry list Ive had at other places. I felt the pricing was very fair and service was quality and fast. I highly recommend this specific Mr. Tire because, as Frank said, Im the boss and they really do that you that way. Its rare to find companies that listen, do a good job, and actively try to make the customers life better. One suggestion: Mr. Tire should have Frank training all of their staff on customer service!

Took my car in for a front end alignment about 3 months ago they didnt align it but charged me and told me I needed new tires went back to buy new tires two for the front then I asked him to align it because it was still pulling to the right the manager or acting manager said that it could not be done because I needed to replace the two lower control arms. I went back to get the front end alignment adjusted because it was still pulling to the right replaced all front end parts both lower control arms and I was going to buy two more tires so then he pulled it back in brought me back and told me that he could not do the alignment once again after they just performed the task 2 weeks earlier and I said why he told me that now the all the shocks need to be replaced and something else I believe this is pretty shady practice went on a trip had a vibration all the way down still pulling to the right this company did nothing for me but charged me money for two tires not only did I go on this trip with a vibration pulling to the right but feeling that they ripped me off

I called Mr. Tire at 4:50pm, Scott answered and told me they close at 5pm. He then said an amazing thing to me, just get here and we will take care of it. We had a flat on my wifes front drivers side tire. We walked in handed over the keys and within a minute our car was on the lift. My wife and I waited a total of maybe 10 minutes, Scott came out and said all done. (There was a screw in the tire). I asked how much? We were told there was no charge! Used to be good but under new management they are shady and have no idea what they are talking about. Tried to over charge me for oil change and told me I needed a lot of work...I took my vehicle to the dealership and they said I didnt need the repairs after all. My sister in law just went there and they ripped her off.

I work part-time helping the employees at the company that I work for and one task that has become popular is them asking me to take their cars in for oil changes or other services. One person found a coupon on Mr. Tires website which prompted me to go there and what a pleasant experience it was. Quick service! Great price! Scott is the man. He was very helpful in explaining the differences in oil for my vehicle . He was able to check my tires, brakes, battery and complete the oil change in record timing while I stayed in the waiting area, all at a reasonable cost. I had a screw in my tire that was leaking air of course on the worst weather day of the year. Dave at Mr. Tire squeezed me in to their schedule and repaired my tire for a good price and got it done fast. I highly recommend and will come back!

Mr Tire always takes good care of my car. They are polite, courteous, and hard-working. They get the car repairs done on time. They never pressure me to do more repairs than are necessary, and they have even given me a second opinion on a problem that another repair shop claimed my car had - they found something completely different to be the issue and easily fixed it and saved me a lot of money! As a woman, I feel I can trust the Strongsville Mr Tire Service Center - they are always honest, upfront, and never try to take advantage of me or pressure me into more repairs than are necessary. And Scott, the manager, is awesome! Always super helpful!

Saved me over $500.00 on this job. My normal guy at Mr. Tire moved on but suggested I go see Shane at the Strongsville store. I received quotes from other shops and Mr. Tire beat the next closest by just over $500. I had a lot of front end work and maintenance done. Now that my old guy retired, I am happy that Shane is here to pick up where he left off. Great service, timely repairs and honest advice about what needs to be done now and what can wait for my budget a little while is what I am beginning to expect from all Mr. Tire shops.
