I went to La-Z-Boy before tax free holiday in August. I had a wonderful, but clearly overworked, employee Audrey. Together we found what I wanted. It was delivered yesterday. The 2 men took out my old heavy, motorized couch and loveseat and then brought in my beautiful new couches. They took covid-19 steps which made me feel safe. Why shop at those other furniture stores when the prices and quality are comparable at La-Z-Boy.

My parents were look for new furniture and wanted to see what La-Z-Boy had to offer. From the moment I scheduled the appointment it was a great experience. Our sales person and interior designer went above and beyond to assist us while we were there. Maddie, our Interior Designer came out to the house to make sure the layout was perfect. My parents purchased custom furniture on Monday and are looking forward to its arrival. The only disappointment was it will take 12-14 weeks to deliver. That’s no ones fault with the custom furniture and COVID. Thank you all for your excellent service. I will definitely be back.

I was very pleased with the woman who came to greet me at the door. She explained the sections of the flooring and told me she was available if I needed her. I went back to her and told her what I was looking for. She helped me patiently with a beautiful smile on her face. The woman at the register was happy, dancing to this tune that came up. She answered my questions and was very thorough. Overall it was a great experience

Our purchase goes back to August, 2000. Store was very busy . We spent a lot of time browsing and waiting for customer service Purchasing was simple and we waited till October to receive our recliner.Delivery people were good and prompt. Wish we had known the store was going out of business so soon to save us some money.

Because I have several risk conditions, a strong safety protocol is important to me. I called and spoke to Rick, a sales associate in the Stoughton, MA store. I told him the name and model number of the item in which I was interested. By agreement, he met me at the door and brought me directly to the item, which he had sprayed prior to my arrival. I had my own mask and face shield, but I was offered gloves as well. I determined that the loveseat double recliner was comfortable, chose a fabric andmade my purchase. He had even sprayed the pen I needed to sign the papers.I never came within 6 feet of anyone else while I was there. I could not be more satisfied with the whole experience.

Dianne Lawrence in the Stoughton,MA store was EXCELLENT!! She is very knowledgeable about the products and really listened to us about what we wanted to get and the functionality and look of the furniture.Because of Dianne we bought 4 pieces of upholstered furniture faster than we’ve ever purchased furniture. (We own 2 homes and have been married for 38 years so we’ve purchased a lot of furniture!)We special ordered 2 wall hugging recliners in leather, a couch in a velvet type fabric and the Roxie swivel chair in a print fabric. These pieces are going in a Cape house so Dianne was great with helping me pick out durable fabrics and had me get the 5 Year protection on them.You’re lucky to have her work there!

Store employees messed up the delivery of our furniture twice. First the furniture was going to be delivered to the wrong state, and then then new delivery date was changed to a date that is already past.I hope you enjoy sitting on the floor as much as I do.

I purchased a recliner with a glider. swivel and a custom fabric. I waited 10 weeks for delivery. I had a problem with my recliner but Ariel Hart, sales person and regional manager Harry Ladd at the Stoughton, Ma store could not do enough to ensure i was happy with my purchase. Their customer service and attention to my needs were unbelievable.

My experience with the customer service has been very disappointing. Every step of the way there has been errors that have caused delays. From misplacing my payment, to delivering the wrong color chair and then failing entirely to deliver sofa. After several phone calls Im now at a six month wait to receive what was promised to me in 2 weeks. Not once was I offered an apology or a discount.

Salesman was a 5 star. So many choices, so you should hopefully find a chair at a price you can live with. Some hidden cost, extra five year warranty $70 theyll repair or replace the chair for almost any reason. They push this. $99 for delivery. All good!

Outstanding, superb, excellent. I can’t use enough superlatives to describe my experiences with the sales representative. He was wonderful. I broadly described what I was looking for and why, and he was able to narrow down my options to a couple of pieces. I was encouraged to price shop at other establishments, as he was well aware that I was offered, was the best price for the quality. It will be my first stop at future outings, thereby minimizing extensive price shopping. Thank you for the phenomenal service.

Generally some of the highest quality and most comfortable furniture out there, and knowledgeable sales staff; we wanted to upgrade an existing recliner and the store sold us the correct part.La-Z-Boy itself, however, seems to be stuck in the... well, 1980s. Ordering is a chore that involves (Im not kidding) a catalog of part numbers from a three-ring binder, paper forms, file cabinets, multiple trips to the back of the store because the payment and ordering systems are separate, hand-transcribing of information from one computer to a printout (!) and then to another computer, at least a half-dozen different signatures and disclaimers, and weeklong shipping times for things youd thought might just be in stock. Needless to say, you cant order anything online.

The salesperson was very helpful and accommodating. After 8 weeks, I had to call the store regarding my delivery status. I was assured the delivery team would be able to take my old chair to the curb. Come delivery day, the team was two hours late and refused to move my old chair. I have lumbar and cervical disc issues. I had to move the chair down three flights of stairs. My back is still recovering. I might have to go back to PT. Im never shopping at Lay Z Boy again.

Chris was very attentive & patient - He spent time making sure the order numbers for both items was correct -He had to hunt for the print I chose from on line too - Explained the ins program & benefits but allowed me to go home & think about it before committing - I never felt rushed - Good experience overall - I just have one ? - Besides the great 30 percent sale, why is Laz-Boy not offering other incentives that many of the furniture stores are advertising ? Such as a TV or free delivery etc - I bring this up only because my friends brought it up - I love the furniture I chose & could not be happier - Thank You again

I purchased a Hampden Swivel Rocket in Jan 2019, was told the chair would be ready by mid April. On May 1st I hadn’t been contacted about the chair, which was late, so I called to inquire. I was told the chair should be arriving soon. I called again on May 31st and was told the fabric I had chosen was discontinued. Five months and the problem was only discovered when I inquired. I received a full refund for the chair.Additionally, when I purchased the chair in January I was also sold a $40 fabric care kit to use on the chair. I took the kit with me. In May, when the error was discovered, and I received a refund for the chair, I was told I would have to return the kit to the store to receive a refund of $42.50 (kit plus tax) for the kit. The store is 45 minutes from my home.So, La-Z-Boy made an error, which happens sometimes. But the kicker is, they held my $1300 for 5 months and then didn’t think it was worth the cost of a care kit to try and salvage the customer relationship. They refused to save me the inconvenience of returning a $40 (retail price) kit to the store. I ended up shipping the kit back, which cost me $13. The store manager has refused to reimburse me for that cost. I am beyond disappointed.

We made a decision fairly quickly, but it took a lot of time to find out what the final price would be. The chair we chose had a tag on it stating the price was $399 and the salesperson came back telling us that chair would be $499. After my husband requested clarification we did end up with the $399 price but no choice of color. I have had a LazyBoy chair that has held up well so i believe in the quality of the product but the shopping experience was less than stellar.

Difficult to do business with this companyWaited a long time to get a salesperson so I left the storeTried on line after the difficulty at the store .The online person was helpful but when I received the swatch for the couch it was no where looked liked the picture on lineBack to the store again to get the correct colorThen contacted the online salesperson to update the order and was told I had to confirm or cancel the order onlyYou get it already I cancelled the orderBack to the store again had a nice person help me after a fairly long wait and wrote up the order and I had 7 days to confirmI did not sign on at the time because I waited to be sure my online order was cancelledI tried to put in order over the phone but was unable to do soSo back to the store to sign the orderDoes it have to be this hard to buy a sofa and loveseat????ThanksLarry

I have had two really good experiences at the Stoughton store. Both times the associates we worked with were very helpful. The second time we where very concerned with size of the sofa and love seat as the room they were going into was not as big. They took us through all the options that we felt would fit what we are looking for and where very happy with the entire process.

We bought a recliner for our babys nursery and its a very nice chair, incredibly comfortable and the fabric is easy to clean. I will say that they nickel and dime you with your purchase. EVERYTHING is an add on. The chair that started out as $399 on the price tag, ended up costing $1109. Now, yes, I did choose the Sunbrella Style Fabric but I dont like being pressured when the salesperson brings the manager over to convince you to add on a million things. We chose in store pick up and guess what? They charge you half of the cost of delivery to pick it up at the store.

The sales person made an error on the delivery date and would not fix it. It would have taken 5 weeks to get one chair delivered. They were very rude when I had someone pick it up for me. Now I have to wait for my delivry fee to be returned. I paid in full at the sale

Purchased a Lazy Boy Couch. Upon delivery not only was the couch damaged by the movers, they also damaged my hardwood floors, front door and various nicks on my paint. It took us several phone calls to various “managers” to resolve issue. Finally I called to cancel order and miraculously a District Manager called me back. Stated they would have 3 people deliver (they did not), they would give me 30% off couch to honor current promotion (they did not) and they would take off $99.99 for delivery charge (they did not!). We did settle with moving company for damages and now I have to take time off from work due to repair to my floor. Oh and the District Manager has not returned any phone calls about bill. I will never buy from this company again. I will also tell everyone of my experience.

Im not sure what to think anymore. We had a problem with our brand new sectional I paid $4,000 for. I bought the protection plan that cost me over $400. Years later something happened to one of our cushions and it got damaged. Whether it be kids or my dog not sure how it happened. Its been nothing but a nightmare to try to get them to cover the new cushion. at first they said they will not be covering it because we do not have pet protection. I really dont know what was the point of buying the insurance? After back and forth and realizing they just aput my protection plan incorrectly and Once they figured it all out there covering the seat. Great! But then I get a phone call from the store saying that they wanted me to pay another $130 so that I can cover the new replacement cushion that Im getting... and make a new protection plan for that piece. Never will I ever buy another protection plan on any pieces from that store. So basically I have to pay for the cushion that was damaged. I have to buy and protect this other piece. I laughed at the salesman and told him why would I ever buy another protection plan when I wanted a refund for the protection plan I already got? And what makes it even better is that they will not put the protection spray on the cushions if I do not buy the protection plan. if it gets stained they will not cover it and it will not come out because it doesnt have the special spray. Its just ridiculous.. I dont really know what game theyre playing but read on Google about all the reviews from lazyboy and there awful insurance plans for their furniture and its all a scam! Dont fall for it. I used to love lazyboy but now Im beginning to think if they could hire or have this company in their name they should be ashamed of it. However I do love my sectional. But I dont think I will buy another piece of furniture from them.

The furniture pieces we have received are great but one piece hasnt been delivered and its been well over a month. Customer service has been horrendous, they tell you theyll call back with info and never do. I even went into the store to get information and was told we will be hearing from them in the next few days and have heard nothing!Based on how they treat customers after already receiving their money, I wont be shopping with them again.

Stay away! We had a terrible experience from La-Z-Boy Stoughton from start to finish. When we placed our order, the salesperson significantly overstated the amount of time it would take to deliver our furniture. I cant know whether he was misinformed or just a liar, but he certainly didnt tell the truth. Our order ended up being delivered eight weeks after we placed it, which is outside of the time frame established by the contract. When I asked for compensation, the manager fought with me by telling me that the store called to arrange the delivery (not true) and it should have been delivered within the timeframe allowed by the contract. After I persisted, she offered me $50 off a near $2000 order. Insulting. For each of the multiple calls I made to the store during the two months I was waiting for my furniture, I found the staff to be either unresponsive or rude. Again, stay away!

I am in the process of renovating my home and dealing with so many uncertainties, however I knew that I was certain that I would be replacing my 35 year old LaZboy living room set with a new LaZboy set!My experience has been wonderful.From being greeted by Megan, being assisted by Audrey, and guided by Vickie and Tiara.Vickie was kind enough to call me and let me know about a sale that was in process and arranged a home visit with Tiara.Tiara brought her measuring tape, samples I had chosen in the store and even more samples to choose from.Within two days, Tiara had layouts of the living room ready, with the pieces I had chosen, as well as suggestions of alternate pieces that would work in this unique room.The ladies have been wonderful, working with me and the uncertain timelines in this renovation, I can hardly wait for my new LaZboy furniture.
