My girlfriend and I approached the T-Mobile store without an appointment near closing time and with the consideration of changing cell phone carriers (from Verizon). We were approached by Ricky a store associate who happily scheduled us an appointment for that day about 5-10 minutes later. After discussing with Ricky and Mariah our options and the cost of the plan, we were sold. These two were super helpful in making our decision and providing us with exceptional customer service every step of the way with this decision (from picking a phone to porting our existing phone numbers to activating the service the next day [and they even stayed late for us beyond the closing time]) and making us feel comfortable making the switch from Verizon. Highly recommend this location!!

Horrible customer service. I call to ask for Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 512GB to see if they have it in stock. I already call t-mobile to see if I could order it but they didnt have it. So I try my local store near my area. They hung up the phone on me as soon as they told me they didnt have it. Didnt wait for me to ask other questions and just hung up the call. Disrespectful.

Me and my husband had massive problems with our T-Mobile account and went to the Malden store where they said they couldnt help. When we went to the Stoneham store we met with Daniel Diaz and he was EXTREMELY helpful. Everyone there helped us with everything they could. Dan was the kindest T-Mobile employee we ever interacted with. He did literally everything he could to help us throughout the course of 2 days (yes, 2 days)!! Any other person would have given up, but he didnt!! Highly recommend the Stoneham store and if you get the chance, ask for Dan!

Friendly and efficient

When I was finally helped, the worker was great. Dana was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I had to wait a long time, but that is not unusual for any T-Mobile store. They all seem to be under staffed.

It went well. I pre made an appointment, so that helped. I just needed a Sim card. I do get the feeling they hate to replace them though. But I have good luck at the Stoneham store. The techs are great.

Terrible service and they never have any phones in stock. Its like a pop-up store, they should shut down. Every time I go in, they send me to another store because they cannot help. If I could give no stars I would.

T-mobile service is decent but this store is almost useless for your customer needs. If you can do it online or over the phone with customer service I would take that route instead of making an in person visit.
