The rep Noah was fantastic. He took the time to ensure we got the perfect phones for our needs and was able to intelligently speak to options and features as well as pricing and payment options. And he was a real person with a great personality. An overall enjoyable experience thanks to Noah.

Employees need to be more knowledgeable about their jobs and what they can and cant do. Called and inquired about a screen protector, was told it was in stock, told the employee Id be down after I got out of work and that Id be using my account that gives me a significant discount, was told it wouldnt be a problem and that I could stack my discount with one of their current accessorie sales (which is INCORRECT). I arrived at the location and collected my item to be told that he was unable to process the transaction with my discount and he repeatedly kept insisting that hed lose his job when I tried to inform him he was mistaken and could process the transaction. I ended up giving up and leaving without what I drove there to get. Oh and my brother (a manager for a corporate att location) confirmed that the employee was wrong. Frustrating to have to have my brother order something and pick it up at a later date over just being able to buy the one in my hands if the employee cared to listen.

I would give 10 if it were possible. Kudos to the boys at AT&T Stoneham MA store, Cameron, Nadir, and Noah, for their professionalism, patience, empathy, and kindness. They were wonderful helping me with a problem Id encountered, and so very kind, friendly and fun to be around. If you have ATT and live North of Boston, MA, the store on Main Street in Stoneham is the place to go. Youll get professional help, respectful treatment, patience. We need more young people like these three awesome guys.

Michael is amazing!! I was there for nearly 2 hours due to issues with Sprint and Michael was amazing so happy I switched!

Kyle did amazing! I absolutely give him a five star review, he helped me and my dad set up our family plan and was very helpful on any questions we had !

I came in with a relatively minor technical problem but Michael still gave me his complete attention and made sure that everything was fully resolved in a very short time. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Michael is hands down the best employee Ive dealt with at any cell phone company in years. He personally saved us from taking our business account to a different company after 6 hours on and off the phone trying to troubleshoot he helped up in a matter of minutes.

My wife and I decided after 20 yrs to make a change from Verizon to AT&T. Although we made the transaction online we brought our 4 new lines in to the store for the transition. I know for a fact my local Verizon store would have rolled their eyes but Michael was great and took it in stride once we were able to communicate what lines needed to go to what phones. So far my experience with AT&T from point of sale to customer service has been excellent. You can always get a better price but when you back it up with great service it’s a win for everyone. I highly recommend Michael at the Stoneham store for that service.

They rock! Michael and Kyle just provided absolute five star service. They stayed open late for me to help me set up my son’s new (upgrade) phone. This after the chat and phone reps the other day at Corporate AT&T (1-star!) couldn’t properly explain the deal, leaving us with a really bad taste in our mouths. We were ready to take our family’s (5 lines) business elsewhere after 20+ years! These guys restored our faith in AT&T. 👍🏼I came to this location because of the stellar Google reviews, and am able to confirm their 5 star average is a totally justifiable track record!

Went into the store today and immediately had great customer service! Everyone there was friendly and knew what they were talking about. The employee who helped me was Ron. This AT & T is awesome. Ryan was extremely helpful, professional and super nice. They did not have the iPad I wanted, Ryan went to the Tewksbury store to pick it up for me. How incredible is that??? The first time we went in there, it was close to closing time, they never made us feel rushed. They took their time and made sure we were happy

I went to this store based on the google reviews. The reviews were spot on. Although there was only 1 guy there he made me feel like I was the only customer there. It was an amazing store.

Manager Ryan was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. As the only person working in the store the Thursday night I went, he had his hands full, but he helped everyone with a smile and met my needs.

Service here is great. Ron was very helpful in every step of getting a new phone and plan nad even stayed late to help my wife with an issue transferring data from her iCloud account. My only complaint is the store didnt have the exact phone I wanted because of the somewhat limited inventory they have for iPhones, but a pre-order or call ahead wouldve solved this. I needed a new phone immediately though so we were able to make it work. Highly recommended.
