Ive been buying from what is now known as Top Flight Automotive for well over a decade for a multitude of Corvette chassis, and have stayed with them despite being three time-zones away for the last several years. Theyre one of the few East Coast companies I can contact later in the afternoon PST and get someone on the phone with product knowledge and not just reading from a script.As their product selection continues to grow beyond Corvette and Mustang, theyll be my first stop to see if they have what I need for one of my (too many) project cars.

Limited selection and extremely rude, terrible customer service. Sends out orders a month behind schedule, and demeans their customers. Awful gift certificate system too. On the website it said to leave the gift certificate number in the special instructions section of my order, then they charged my card and then in short told me to just deal with it after being very insulting. It was a 600 dollar order, not money I could just spare. They ended up resolving the issue after hours going back and forth, but the damage was done.. Will never deal with them again. Again, their selection is also terrible, so with very few parts and terrible people who work there, why would I buy anything from them.

Been buying parts sense the early 90s. Check out some of my rides Throughout the years. I have purchased Transmissions, Cowl Hoods, Wheels, Exhaust, Nitrous kit, Saleen parts, Shortblocks, Intakes, Gears, Motors, Brakes, Fuel systems, Interior parts and so much more.

Let me start of by saying that this company is so unprofessional I will never deal with them again! I’ve been treated better at the DMV. Not to mention that they took money from my account and never sent me my product then when I called about it I spoke with a guy named Shawn who made accusations that My card was declined but the money is deducted from my checking balance. So either someone is doing illegal activities at top flight or someone made an error on there end. It’s safer with Ecklers corvette of America hasn’t been the same since they changed there name

Awesome Ford Mustang parts store. Have most anything you need in stock and the prices usually best American Muscle and LMR. Staff could be a little more friendly, they seem... tired. They also have museum area showing all of the generations. Sometimes they run an indoor tag sale with great random deals.

I ordered several books over 2 months ago. They debited my account immediately, but I have yet to receive the books. I’ve called multiple times, never got a call back. I’ve emailed multiple times, never got a response. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and this company never responded to them. All I want is my money back now, I can go somewhere else to find the books. They aren’t worth the hassle of dealing with this joke of a business.

This is the store to for all you mustang needs. The counter guys are knowledgeable and helpful. They have an endless selection of parts. You name it they got it or can get it. The show room has many examples of products and completed cars for you to breath on. There are only 2 drawbacks. In a world of free 2day shipping it’s hard to choke down shipping costs especially if your doing a full build and come into the shop for multiple orders and sometimes they can be overpriced. Besides that if there is something you need for your car they will look through book after book to find it and order it. They are essential to any mustang build!

I bought a set of springs for my Mustang. The springs came without any U bolts. I asked why they didn’t come as a kit, and Alex had no answer. He said I can send you out some larger U bolts but they are a little long and can be cut off. The U bolts came and they look like they were for a 4Wheel Drive. I have waited over a month for the return label. I know our society has gone downhill when it comes to customer service, but this company is the worst. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

They have the ability to get almost anything you could need, but if they dont have it in stock, it can take two weeks to get parts in. Also, dont expect the people at the counter to know about what they sell. I went in and asked for a throw out bearing, and the person behind the counter had no clue what it was. I had to look it up in one of their catalogs and give him the part number.

Only giving one star as i was never actualy able to purchase parts in person due to wrong hours posted on their website and facebook, drove 1.5 hours from ri to just turn around and drive another 1.5 hours for nothing..atleast put a message on the phones saying your operating hours and keep your hours up to date. Most of us work monday-friday so being open sat was a huge one for me especially if you were going to buy parts that would require freight shipping!. Ill change this when and if i am able to go back.

I ordered a steering wheel online before thanksgiving last year for my father, and for months I would have to continuously reach out as to the status of the steering wheel and be told it was just on backorder. By the time fathers day came around I just had to order it on Ebay. Terrible company. Terrible sales staff. They ruined Christmas

Ordered parts on Aug 6, 2016 and was e-mailed the acknowledgement. I havent heard from them since (Aug 13) and emailed them to cancel my order and to acknowledge the cancellation. Still havent heard from them.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The two guys working sat on their computers for the first 5 minutes we were standing at the front glass with no acknowledgment whatsoever. It was completely empty in the warehouse.Then the heavier set guy with the gauges had the audacity to come up and go straight to the computer, again without acknowledging the customers. However, that was only after the other associate told him to get up across the cubicles.Absolutely horrendous.1pm. Sunday, October 1st.

Their prices are a little higher but they have everything in stock no issues at all with refunds and you get an excellent huge warehouse and showroom its worth every penny even if they are a dollar more Im lucky to live in the next town over

First time here, they didnt have the part we needed to adjust our racing clutch but they directed us to some local stores that might have it. They do have a bunch of antique items for Mustang enthusiasts.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible customer service. They are horribly understaffed all the time so nothing ships. Utterly unapologetic when they screw up, 1/2 hour hold times if you are foolish enough to try to call. Use *CJ Pony Parts*, at least they ship your parts. This place is run like one guy working nights out of his basement.

My father has a couple rare cars, two Mustang 77s. This company is unfriendly, rude, unhelpful and could care less about service. The people who buy from them have to buy from them due to the rarity of parts and they take full advantage of the fact that you have to use them. They dont want to talk to you and could care less if you buy, if you get what you need or if they are selling an inadequate product. If another company existed that my dad could use he would because hes never had a worse experience in his life with these people.
