We’ve been on the hunt for a very specific 4Runner for quite a while! They’re pretty non-existent right now, so we were excited when we saw this one in transit to Stockton. Sid & Boon in the internet sales department were both amazing! We inquired online & they were able to let us know as soon as this one hit the lot! We didn’t have a lot of time to complete the purchase, so they rushed to get us in & out in record time! Adam in finance was great too! Such an easy process! We love our new 4Runner and highly recommend Toyota Town of Stockton!
Like so many others, we were looking for a Venture for months only to find most were either pre sold before they even hit the lot or marked up thousands of dollars. To make matters more difficult the special edition was only made for ‘20 and ‘21 so we knew if we didn’t find one now we never would. Sid came to the rescue and we were so fortunate to work with him. He went above and beyond to ensure we were the first to know when the vehicle arrived off the boat. Thank you Sid for all your help, we are sure without it we would not have our dream rig!

Apart from a material miscue at the outset, I have nothing but praise for this dealership. While others are marking up above MSRP due to supply chain scarcity, Toyota Town of Stockton is doubling down on integrity. That’s the kind of corporate conscience that makes me happy to drive an hour to do business with them. I plan to buy my next vehicle from them too. In the meantime, I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone searching for a car in today’s peculiar market.

We were towed out of the mountains to Toyota Stockton and were basically stranded. Eric Gomez and his team manager Tony were extremely helpful getting our car checked out while we waited even though we did not have an appointment. We were lucky that it was a minor fix and able to get on our way. We so appreciated their help and the car wash!

Great experience. I told Sid what I wanted, he found me my Camry TRD. He had the paperwork in hand, and car gased up and ready to go when I arrived at the dealership. In and out in less than 40 min. These guys are great, I would definitely recommend them if you are in the market for a new or used car.

I took my 11th gen Corolla here to get serviced multiple times according to the factory schedule. When I first got the car from Modesto Toyota, the alignment was off. The car would drift to the left. Each scheduled service included an alignment or inspection of it, so I did not specifically tell them the issue, figuring it would be solved upon inspection.Let me tell you, this place is sketchy and I wouldnt trust that they actually do much when they service your car. After 3 services, the car still had a bad alignment. So much for a 150-point inspection.A couple of years ago, I drove over a hole in the road. My bumper ended up becoming slightly misaligned by 1-2 millimeters. The radar cruise still worked fine for a year after that. After over a year, it stopped working. I took it in under factory warranty. They told me it worked fine and sent me back home after the 3-hour wait.I went back a couple months later to tell them it still isnt working. They then made me ride with the customer service rep, who drove my car around Stockton with me as passenger, just to see with their own eyes if it actually wasnt working. It proved it to be true.Back to the service department we went, where the technician then told me it was due to my front end. He accused me of getting into an accident, despite it being due to a hole in the road. I was slightly offended by this. They are horrible people here, who give no respect to their customers. The customer service rep even complained, saying, Im not lying, referencing my Yelp review. He seemed sort of antagonizing.Now, years later, Im wanting to replace my whole front end (at least whatever needs to be replaced for my radar cruise to work), and they are not wanting to work on my car by ignoring my messages. Yes, they remember who people are if they actually need something.Toyota Town is the most unprofessional, shady, and ghetto dealership Ive ever worked with. I loved Toyota as a brand, but this dealership completely changed my perspective on Toyota.
Outstanding service. I was so impressed by the Service Adviser who went out of his way to help me get my oil change completed quickly. And the free wash card that he gave me was really fantastic.The waiting area was very nice and comfortable. It was a great experience and I will be back!

Despite the usual skepticism about taking your car to a dealer because some believe they’ll pay more than necessary, I’ve found my experiences at Toyota Town to be exceptional. Had my toyota Camry towed in not starting up after diagnostics was told engine was low on compression and my ecu was bad all 4 ignition coils need replace and fuse link was going to be over $5,000 to fix. So i had it towed to another shop after paying $400 to dealership for nothing turned out to be relay and security system needed to be rest cost me $250 been driving car for 2 weeks everyday no issues. Happy i took it to another shop before paying for parts i didnt need..
They have great service there.

Here we go. If I can give them zero stars I will. I have been in the market for a 4 runner for a month. I was interested in Barcelona Red. Yesterday Evening I was told that car has arrived but will not be available till the next morning by one of the hard working Sales man Ali. I was told Vehicle will not be sold unless the buyer does test drive and it clears inspection. I arrive at the site at 8:45 as requested. So does the salesman. After waiting 15 minutes at 9:15 am I was told Car still has not cleared inspection. At 9:30 one of the Mangers told Ali my sales rep that Car has been sold. Wow where did the inspection policy go. I even did the credit application, I was told for me to get this 2021 4Runner Venture if I get Toyotas extended warranty with 5.9% interest rate. I declined both as my bank offered 2.74%. Now what happened here is that Toyota Town is telling customers there is no mark up but they add this no needed.warranty package to make sales. I was not buying a Jeep that I need warranty. Never ever again I am giving these crooks my business. Much respect to the Sales person as he tried everything to help. I will be filing this complain to Toyota Motors as well.Upon having a conversation with Dealership Manager Jason Ken, He clearly made me understand that returning customers are their top Priority and rest of the buyers are only selected if no one else is interested. My take is do not waste peoples time or pull their credit unless a deal can be made. Not sure where all these 5 stars reviews are coming from. Shortage of cars is playing a bigger Role as well.

Bad experience here with bad customers service from Tony. Came in wanting more info about new Rav4 hybrid and was planning to cash the car out. Tony was rude and pushy asking us to finance the car when we intially told him we are planning to cash out the car. He made a remarks, where you going to get the money of 33k+ from?. I responded we get the money from the bank, of course. Well, first of all, we may not be rich or anything but, we are professional working couples(Im a doctor and my partner is a therapist) who have been saving up for these type of situations. If we can cash out the car, why are we asking to finance it? With no explanation, he took the credit check paper away from us and pushed us out. Well, we end up cashing a new 2022 honda hybrid that same day. Thanks Tony, you could have earned our business.
Went to get a part for my car. A small piece of plastic. They did not have the item. The item itself is more than $10, I was willing to pay that. Was told it could be ordered. I asked for it to be shipped to my house and was told that shipping was more than $20 by itself.
Had my highlanders break system serviced. It was a little bit expensive but I was ok with it since its the dealership and they can fix a mistake if one arises. SURPRISE, no help. I called, was referred to someone who didnt pick my call, never called back. Went there to resolve the issue, explained to 3 different people the problem with the car and all I was getting was, someone will be with you shortly. Not that there were no service reps.... almost 20 mins later, I had to leave. I bet the dealership policy is after weve taken your money, we no longer care. Now i have to drive 200 miles with an unreliable car THANK YOU VERY MUCH. NOT. NOT!!!!

Customer service can be a bit quicker. Walked inside the customer service area and to my surprise there was no line. Also, there was no greeting or acknowledgement from all 6 workers in front of their computers. I tried to get eye contact, but these zombie employees just stared at their screens. Usually I would say something but I was in no rush so I patiently waited. Time went by and for a second I thought I was invisible. Finally, after 8 minutes passed by someone finally called me to their station. In my opinion, thats slow when no one is in front of you and there is 6 workers helping nobody.
Last year I bought a highlander from here and came for the annual service this year.I don’t know how to thank Mr. Erick Gomez from service dept. You are very professional.He looked after my car very well. For a customer after sales is very important and Toyota town justifies each and every word. Definitely I will come again for my second car.

I am very happy with my experience with Toyota Town of Stockton. My sales associate, Pete, was very helpful and patient. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Since they sell Tacomas for MSRP, you can avoid the $10,000-$15,000 markup being charged up north in the city named after the pretty flower (ok, Roseville). Also it’s great to avoid all that back and forth haggling over the price. If you’re reading this, you’re probably all ready to buy, so get your butt over there and talk to Pete.
As always an excellent experience, whether it’s for service, parts, or in this case, purchasing a vehicle. It’s my 4th vehicle I’ve bought from Toyota Town and if I ever needed another one, this is where I’m going. There’s a reason for that and it’s so much more than being treated like family.

Best customer service we received from Asif and staff. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. He was so patient with us did not rush us. At the end he went over all the specs in the car showed us how to work all the gadgets called me few days later to make sure if I was still happy and if I had any questions. I typically will go in for the occasional oil change if Im not doing it myself. Everything I go in I can see that the atmosphere is very friendly and professional. I usually have Raymond that tends to help me along. Hes a real cool guys and keeps it real with me. I recently went in the cause I changed my Alternator and Battery and after I was done my car developed bad squealing. Raymond went out there with me said what it could possibly be and got it fixed up for me. Thank you Ray and the Toyota Town for always treating me and my cars right.
This was my first time visiting this facility. I recently bought a scion XB in June and needed to get a couple of re-calls fixed. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with great customer service. Russell was the one that helped me out and he was very nice and helpful. Even when he called me to tell me my car was ready for pick-up he had a nice positive attitude. The whole process was super easy and I didnt have to do anything! They also were very quick. I have always received excellent service at Toyota Town Stockton. The service representatives are always very friendly and helpful. Most notably were Marquis and Jackie. With Marquis, I felt he had my best interests at heart because he always reassured me that I will be taken care of and actually followed through! He answers all of my questions and both very polite and professional! I havent seen him around, but I remember him and thats proof of his excellent customer service!Jackie is very nice! Recently, I had made a maintenance service appointment by phone a day prior but it wasnt listed in their schedule for that day. However, Jackie did not let that little hiccup deter her and made it a point that we will figure it out! She was very accommodating and in the end, I was still able to get my car serviced! I appreciated that she addressed me in a timely manner and made an effort to pronounce my name correctly. It was a bonus that she complimented my name and I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation we had about her children having attended the same alma mater I did. I really like Toyota of Stockton. All of my car needs are taken care of and I always leave the place feeling good. Keep up the good work!
I bought a Toyota because I knew that it was an exceptionally reliable vehicle. However, I did not realize that it came with exceptional service. Every time I go to get my car serviced it is quick, easy and relatively cost friendly than other dealerships.
This was my first experience with Jackie. Everything was smooth, recall work was done quickly. In all other times in the past, I had Erick assisting me and those were great too. I live in SF but choose to come to Stockton Toyota for my service needs. The staff here is great. Thank you... they have my future business.
My experience was great at the beginning for maintenance services.Towards the end, I was rushed to leave. It wasnt a complete customer service. I totally understand there was someone waiting but I should be given a full customer care. I was hoping for a full understood what I needed to work on for next time. Hopefully it will be better next time.

He explained everything that was done and also let me know when to come back for the next service. This dealership does not include transportation so plan on staying or finding your own ride.
