Usually pretty great, last two days not so much. Forgot part of my order (made right next day) and then didnt make my Frappuccino a Frappuccino. It was an iced drink. 🧊 Not really one to want to continue telling them they didnt check their orders. Thats $60 worth of stuff in two days. 😱 Probably gonna start doing Dutch Bros now.

Its a great Starbucks location however, the drive through gets slammed during peak hours of breakfast, lunch and dinner times. It creates a bad traffic hazard going west on Hall of Fame Ave that needs to be addressed by either Starbucks or the City of Stillwater. Other than that, they are committed to the service youd expect at a Starbucks with college student influences.

I did a mobile order and they did not seem interested in talking to us one tried to ask us our order and a guy said I’m giving them a sec to look at the menu. We were waiting at the mobile order pickup… our cups aren’t filled all the way.. I couldn’t wait to get it fixed because I had to get to work..

Staff are very nice but wait times are SUPER long. Once waited for a frapp for like 20 mins! I ordered inside thinking it would be faster than the line but it was not! Then when I got it it was melted and I had to wait 10 more mins for them to remake it. You are better off going through the line.

Do not order mobile for pick up. Takes well over 30 minutes even with an empty lobby. Also, don’t park in front of the building. The drive thru line completely blocks those spots.

Please be careful when approaching this establishment. It has a past history of support of a hostile work environment. Staffing has not received necessary and proper training for 3rd place development of which is shattered. The shift supervisor Donna thinks its selfish if a partner needs to remove themselves from the floor for Mental Health and Safety due to Donna supporting a hostile work environment, public forms of Dehumanization and Harrassment. As well as numerous attempts to defy the doctors orders for a partner in recovery from a workplace injury. The shift supervisor David was given a high position without proper training, follows closely to the same approaches and expectations as Donna that are NOT in line with the companys mission, values, and policies. Nor do they support the development of the 3rd place as both enforce degrading respect practices. These two individuals are fortunate I am not pressing charges during this time. Starbucks delivered a statement to myself after being forced to stay away without hours for a month and a half. I was let go dishcarged for giving 2 drinks away in 3 years of service, While nothing happened to these particular individuals. Of which I said I will gladly give the company a $20 bill for those 2 drinks, whilst the company gave me counseling sessions for the mental health position I was put in. I dont disagree with the company, I disagree with the people that are being supported by the company. Please approach this establishment with Caution!

Literally worst Starbucks... I even have friends that work here and I still hate it. Soooo slow. I placed an online order and when I went in I had to ask them 4 separate times about it. Didn’t get it until 45 min after I placed the order which made me 20 min late to work. They girl literally lost the order I had to retell them what I ordered after waiting inside for 20 minutes. All I got was a shaken espresso it’s so simple I don’t understand how it took 45 minutes. Anyways if you plan on going here give yourself 30min-1hour

Staff here is always super nice and want to get your order at very speedy, but with accuracy as well!Their supply tends to run low on certain food items, so I suggest asking if they have something, and also having a backup plan if they dont have your original item.

Really hard to complain about the service here. Staff usually seem upbeat. Which considering how bad the drive thru can get is amazing. Drive thru will go out into the road at times.Once forgot my mask and was using my shirt, and they offered me a mask. Which was beyond what I expected.Specialty coffees can leave you feeling uninspired. I get a hot chocolate white mocha with a shot of chai and I should know that I have to stir it. I always figured for the price they could do a quick squish to stir it, but it is what it isAside from even that, I give this plate 5 stars for the staffs resilience during high demand from Mobile orders, drive thru, and walk-ins. I actually would not even like to give one star to this Starbucks!We ordered 4 drinks, they were busy so we went inside to order. We waited at least 15 minutes and were missing our 4th drink, drink #2.All of our drinks were cold drinks!We thought that they might have forgot our drink so we simply asked if they showed another order for us. She went to check but instead of nicely saying, yes you still have a drink coming. She so rudely and LOUDLY told us that there is two bars, a cold and a hot bar and that our drink was still in the queue.Mind you that we were super patient while several others, inside orders, had been filled and we were just asking if they still showed we had a drink.My recommendation is better customer service and finding a Starbucks that won’t be rude when you ask about your order.

Rarely open on time in the morning and even if they are there is no guarantee that the machines are ready to go. Three out of the last 5 days either not ready to open at 6am or got my order wrong. I knocked on the door at 6:15 one morning last week and was told they were not ready to open for another 15 minutes - they never bothered to tell the people who were waiting in their cars for mobile orders - terrible service

There needs to be more than one store. Traffic is getting backed up both ways on Hall of Fame. Even ordering ahead on the app and parking off-site the building gets way to crowded. I have not enjoyed the experience lately.

Continuously changing their times for opening and closing, never consistently open anymore like they used to be. I’ve ordered at least 5 pinks drinks from here and they are never shaken. There is one partner who is always in a bad mood, if you hate it so much go get a different job. Ordered my most recent order on the app to pick up and when I got the the store the lobby was closed, which the app stated was open. At this point I had no time to wait the at least 20 minutes to go through the drive through for my drinks before work. Just wish the app had updated information.

The wait lines at the this place are always horrendous. While I suppose thats not really the companys fault (They cant help that theyre so popular), its pretty expensive for the quantity of food and or drink you get, but the quality is definitely a solid a+. The staff is super personable. Man, its expensive though.

Inside they have lines set up so you can stand 6 ft apart at all times. The bathrooms however are closed to the public so just keep this in mind when you arrive there arent restrooms available. I ordered a Carmel macchiato and a buttered croissant and the flavor and quality hasnt changed a bit.

I forgot my wallet, but didn’t realize until after I had already ordered in the drive through. I got to the window and apologized for wasting their time because I couldn’t pay for my coffee. The lady at the window gave me my coffee for free. Really made my day! I look forward to coming back to Starbucks and seeing that lady again, really made my day.

I love Starbucks and think they do a good job but the drive thru is insane. It’s takes sometimes 15 minutes or more just to order and then another five to ten minutes to get drinks and I don’t like the fact they are closed now on Monday’s and Tuesday’s. I wish the hours would go back to how they were because that is super annoying. I’m starting to get really frustrated with Starbucks.

Even just speaking on the phone to these people was rough. I called to ask a question and the women on the phone was so rude! That seems to be a common quality in a lot of the people who work there. Don’t even get me started on the girl with the color in her hair and what’s with the boy wearing scrubs. They need to get it together and understand that if you want customers to be nice to them you need to be nice to them.

I have gone to this location many times, and either they mess up my order, the app to order isn’t working, or they are out of the cold brew. The employees seem like they just mess around, don’t care to make coffee the way it’s supposed too and overall don’t want to be there. It’s a waste of time to be in the line, especially if you make changes to a drink.

They’ve always been pretty quick with the drive through. However, if I’m in a hurry I put an order in from the app before I leave my house and I can just run inside and grab it right away. Super convenient. I do wish, however, they had better parking.

I love Starbucks, I like the ambient is very nice, and the music that they play is nice, you can go with your laptop and do some school work. Every time I had a problem with my order online they fixed right away. I will totally recommend that if they name their drinks in another language, Starbucks should teach everyone that work there how to pronounce their drinks names. I have ordered several times drinks that have the - Créme- word which is originally a French word and I get corrected by the barrista with - cream- word.. And some times I get the feeling that they laugh low key because I am not pronouncing it correctly when I am since it isnt an English word.. Just a heads-up!

Blocked most of the time.Kid working window went to open it 5 times before getting my money. People are going to broadly rate this Starbucks a 5, because they visited on their vacation in town to drop their kid off at OSU...You’re wrong. This Starbucks isn’t even subpar. It’s always busy, no matter what hour. They have regulars that hog the tables at the exact same hours every day and chat with the baristas while they’re working. They shut off their mobile ordering during promotions. The baristas chat with each other and ignore the customers standing in line. They are rude and forcefully say “you’re welcome” when you don’t say thank you. They mess up your drinks an insane amount of times, and hardly ever offer to fix it, unless you get the right person. Most of them time they just say “there’s nothing we can do about it.” when you even ask! Then you contact customer service and they quote you the barista promise and give you your money back and then some! Crazy. This place either needs 1) massive management change 2) another/new location or 3) to be gone all together.Honestly, I’d rather support a local business, (ASPEN COFFEE) and I’m glad I did over the 2 weeks this place was closed.

The staff is friendly. The restroom is clean. My gingerbread latte tasted a little more like milk than gingerbread so I think it needed more gingerbread. My sisters gingerbread latte needed more gingerbread too. There were several flies in the restaurant but what are they supposed to do about that? If this was a Starbucks that I visited often I would like to see some of the cushioned chairs instead of all hard chairs. They were busy but kept up with the costumers so that it did not seem hectic at all.

Hard to listen to Allison the Manager yell at employees and throw things around while they try to tip toe around her as she does her morning melt down. Your average Starbucks. But busier. Service is 5 stars, but the parking lot/room for the drive thru line is more like 2.5 stars. Not much anyone can do about it now, but it’s still frustrating. I tend to grab a drink for the road whenever I leave town, and that often takes 15 minutes, but as someone who used to drive thru all the time in Tulsa, that’s still just on the long end of average. Nice place to chill and study on the weekends if I can find a table

Absolute worst experience Ive ever had at a Starbucks! I waited 19 minutes for a drink, and that was after placing the order. The Barista took out the garbage and resumed making drinks without washing her hands. There was no apology and the staff is indifferent. They are clearly understaffed and poorly trained.
