My roommates and I love this place! Their granitas and Chai are really good and its a great place to study/hang out with friends. :)

I liked the coffee and the ambience. You can easily reach there by Gray route bus.

I come here 2-3 times per week. Sometimes you have to stand at the register for a few minutes while the employees finish having their conversation.The coffee is good, but the pastries are inconsistent. Sometimes you get filling spread all throughout, sometimes just plopped in the middle, so you have to eat a lot of dry bread ...

Tastes like they pay their baristas 7.25 an hour

Better than Starbucks, and not quite as expensive. A lovely atmosphere to sit and talk with friends, study, work, read, etc. The staff is always friendly, and the pastries at this particular location are better than the rest of the Aspen’s in town.Overall a nice little neighborhood coffee shop and study spot.

Best vanilla Italian cream soda ever, the girls are nice too.

Love, love, love Aspen! Granitas are 100% my favorite! They have super good prices for coffee and treats! My friends and I love to come here to study!I would like to see a bit more enforcement with masks, nearly all seated customers and occasionally the workers have had their masks off for the nearly 3+ hours I was here today. If it were not mid-COVID, no issues at all!

This is the best local coffee shop. I’m begging you all, please stop supporting corporate nonsense at Starbucks and visit Aspen. The employees are faster, the espresso is fresh, the drinks are cheaper, and you’ll get your service with a hometown smile. The food is fresh and prepared the day of. Starbucks food is shipped in and stored frozen for weeks. Such a better chain, consider switching over to Aspen!

The coffee was of good quality. My advice to someone getting the southern pecan coffee... Dont put sugar it stands on its own. If you must have some sweetness order one of their scones or muffins.

I LOVED the environment. Lovely employees. Pastries were tasty. Although, after surveying the consumers, they would love to see a Dunkin Donuts near OSU campus... But just for Coffee.

Tiny menu. Employee at the register was more interested in her phone than my first time visit. My small coffee tasted pretty bad as well, I dumped it after a few drinks. Would not recommend.

This place is great! The coffee is amazing, the food is good, the people are really friendly, and the owner is awesome as well. The owner is there quite often and he is always working - a lot. I dont think Ive ever seen him stand still, and hes really friendly and approachable as well. If you have feedback on his place, he is all ears and will even explain why they do something a certain way if you have a qualm about it. I go here almost every day. Its a great place to study as well.

One of my favorite places in town. Great for studying, a quick bite, catching up with friends or just a pit stop before work. The staff is friendly, the establishment is clean (including the bathrooms). And the owner is always looking for ways to improve. 10/10 would recommend.

I have always loved this place! Whether you are studying, catching up with an old friend, or just wanting a great snack, Aspen is an amazing place. The atmosphere is peaceful and happy. All of the employees clearly want to be there and want to serve you. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Be aware if you have any lactose sensitivities, their smoothies DO have dairy and are not clearly labeled as such. The harvest smoothie had mostly vegetables and a couple fruits on the description, no mention of the dairy anywhere. When I got it, it was overly sweet and so much milk I couldnt taste much of any of the produce in it. When my husband took it back they offered to make me something else so I asked for a latte with almond milk. When I got it...it was incredibly apparent that it was not made with almond milk. We left incredibly frustrated.

Drinks are awesome and fairly priced. Staff is super hit and miss. Sometimes super friendly and helpful, sometimes not friendly at all. I always tip well and even changed my usual order because it seemed like they didn’t like making the ludicrous latte. I wish there was another coffee place on side of town.

My coffee is always made right with the right amount of heart. No drive-thru but thats okay because the staff are very friendly and kind with fast service. Bring your laptop and work in the lobby.

The coffee is always very good and the costumer service is outstanding.Only two things I have to comment:1. I wish they had better ventilation in their kitchen. They grill all kinds of delicious food, and by the time you get out of the place all your clothes smell like burned fat mixed with brewed coffee, every single time.2. They use foam cups.... we all know these cups are not the best for your health or the environment .

Tasty coffee without corporate coffee fake vibe. Smooth espresso from a good, Italian machine made for a tasty latte on my visit. They have thoughtfully provided six-outlet expanders on the wall power connections, so theres room for more people to charge and work.

The coffee is great and the employees are friendly. My issue is the way the orders are handled. If you have an outdoor seating area dont tell people you will bring out the items and then not do it. I had to go back in and ask for my coffee. They made me another because it was just sitting on the counter. I asked if I should wait for my breakfast burrito and was told they would brin it out. I waited and waited some more. I came back in and was told they are making another because someone else took mine. Over 30 minutes for my food....no I dont want it to go just would like it today. It would be good for them to have numbers or something if people are going to just take other peoples orders.

Lady that took our order made a huge production to her coworker about how sorry she was that the coworker had to make our 2 breakfast sandwiches. She made us feel as if we were inconveniences and we felt terrible. Wont be going back. Food quality: made in a microwave, very dry.

I find the location to be very convenient, the service is very fast and the Staff are wonderful! I have yet to be disappointed by the Coffee Shop, Staff and the items they prepare!

Decent alternative to Starbucks if youre looking for something similar but more local

Aspen has POTENTIAL to create great coffee. Every time I have visited this establishment, my coffee is burnt, takes about 5 minutes to make, and 50% of the time as been erroneous. Someone needs to teach them that shots of espresso only last 23 seconds and need to be mixed immediately after being pulled. I have yet to find anywhere to get a great cup of espresso not only in Stillwater, but in Oklahoma in general. I would honestly rather go to Starbucks (which is saying a lot because Starbucks is terrible.) Other than the coffee, the employees are not the friendliest and are clearly not capable of customer service. The atmosphere is great, if only the coffee was better.

I love the vibe of this place if you like good coffee and a quite calm environment then this is the place, although the prices are a tad high it’s definitely worth it knowing I’m supporting a local place instead of a massive corporation.

I think the coffee is ok. The only concern I have is the fact that they serve hot drinks in styrofoam cups. It is possible to get a hot drink in a mug only if you ask for.
