Employees that are making your drinks are not wearing masks! If you go inside be prepared to wait along time. The drive through seems to be the focus. Very poor customer service for a coffee shop. My last visit!

Today was my first time in here since moving back to Stillwater and it was so yummy!! Amazing espresso. I got my order to go but the tables inside were cute and would definitely make a great reading spot. The girls working were very kind and I just cant say enough how yummy this espresso machiatto is.

Kudos to Dunn brothers for letting patrons sit and enjoy coffee again. Starbucks and Caribou seem to prefer sticking their noses up at customers who can safely be in public settings. I dont like Dunn Brothers coffee as much as others, but the fact that they are open earns them a higher place than the corporate giants that dont care about customers.

Possibly the worst cup of coffee I’ve ever had. I’ve been to other locations and really like the coffee, but this location was very disappointing.

Even though I usually just go through the drive-thru, everyone here is SO kind and helpful! Their coffee is my favorite and their breakfast wraps and sandwiches are made to order, by hand and with much care. If you want a gluten-free option, they have a delicious GF English muffin egg sandwich with avocado that is fantastic!

If I can rate it 4.5, I would. I’m not one for chains but I enjoy this location. They have good drip coffee and delightful muffins. The baristas are very nice. My only feedback is how noisy they can be when working behind the bar. It’s happened twice where I come to study and they are talking really loudly or laughing really loudly. This happened this past Saturday at 6:00 AM. Wish I had headphones with me. Nothing wrong with chit chat when working but I work in the coffee industry and I’ve learned in my time to maintain professionalism in front of customers and not to distract guests. That’s my only note but otherwise I really appreciate this place and will be backCheers!

The coffee just tastes better, simple as that. The staff does more than decent job of keeping the store clean. They really care about feedback and always take criticism into consideration.

Dunn Brothers has a leg up when it comes to the freshness of its beans, as master roasters do so on site. Plus, if youre a caffeine junkie like me, youll greatly appreciate the strength of their brew. Enjoy ✌

Surprisingly tasty for a large chain. Their cold brew is flavorful and highly caffeinated. The egg sandwich was satisfying and not greasy. Wish they had ketchup or condiments though. Friendly staff

They didnt make my coffee right, and after I advised how to fix it, they didnt do it right. They couldnt remember what I told them. Breakfast sandwich was good, did not put butter on, had to ask again.

I go out of my way to go to this Dunn Bros. Their coffee is exceptional and their service is top of the line. I just order a black coffee because it’s too good not to.

Ick. Not clean. Lazy workers. Dirty. Didnt know how to make my drink. Had to give them instructions and they didnt listen. Worst coffee experience ever. What is worse was I thought I would return and try over, thinking they couldnt always be bad. Well, I was wrong. Theyve gotten worse since my last bad experience last year. Rotten.

Love this place...great FRESH-GROUND coffee, wide open spaces for private conversation, snacks and great seating for customer choice of either sunlight or firelight. You will get my vote for a 5th STAR if you replace non-recyclable #6 cup caps with recyclable # 1s like McDonalds does (!!).

Great coffee. AVOID DRIVE THRU. Unless you dont mind waiting 5-10 minutes with only 3 cars in front of you.

Staff during the morning drive-thru consistently forget to add creamer to coffee, despite even saying, Heres your dark roast with cream as they hand it to me. I go through the drive-thru for a reason and its incredibly inconvenient to pop off the lid to my coffee to make sure theres cream in there. Its even worse to arrive at work and have a coffee thats incorrectly made. It happened again this morning, and when I called to talk to a manager/supervisor, I was told that the manager (Hannah) would be in at noon tomorrow. Perhaps thats part of the problem--not having a shift supervisor or manager on duty.

Coffee rocks if you can get service. For several weeks now when I go inside to get coffee, plain coffee, I end up waiting for up to 5 minutes while they continue to serve the drive thru window and ignore the customers in store. I will be going somewhere else from now on. I feel ignored when I come in your business now. Not happy with the lack of management never do I see an actual adult here anymore.

This place is looking real tired. The coffee is always good but if you have hearing aids, avoid this place. No matter how many ways you adjust your aids, the noise in the place will overshadow your conversations.

Immediately upon entering I prefer the ambience of this place over caribou coffee, the aura of the employees, their vibe is more relaxed and humble. this place is spacious with more plugs and chairs as well. the lighting is decent, providing a cozy atmosphere. I couldnt tell you about their stimulants, because we dont drink that bull-piss.. so pricewise im not sure and after performing a speed test of the internet connection it is more bits per second so faster download and upload horray!!! TAKE CARE
