The staff here are very friendly. They are patient with my older family members who arent as tech savvy as the young people. They understand the concept of good customer service. Highly recommend.

So my husband and I decided to switch services to cricket when we walked into the store. we had an amazing experience we were helPed by JD! all I need to say is He should be promoted LOL Since we were switching we Were able to get the deal of getting a phone for free which we picked an iPhone 7 and we Got the two lines for $90 but you also get 15 GB of hotspot I’ve been with them for a month now and have never had a problem I’m so happy we switched!Another thing I want to say is JD is very friendly with kids! I have a one and a half-year-old that was running around the store and he pulled out Chalk let her draw on their chalk wall!!! Promote JD!!!!! 😂

I have been a Cricket customer for several years now. I like to do self serve thru Crickets website but when I had issues porting a phone over to Cricket, I decided to seek help at my local Cricket Store here in Stillwater. It was a good experience. I was helped by J.D. and Misael. They were able to get my number ported and select a new phone. The process was quick and problem free. They had a knowledge of the services and phones they offer. If I were to have any further issues I would not hesitate to return for help. (I asked how to give feedback to their manager and they said Google Review. So, here I am!) Thank you for your help!

Very good service! I just set up a new account with Cricket. It Will be much less expensive than Verizon. We appreciated the patience our rep, JD, showed as he switched my girlfriends plan and then added my phone to the plan. The stores computers crashed at least twice, and I think the owner needs to upgrade. Other than that, this was a very positive experience!

Very good service, very knowledgeable. Went in for a new phone. The guy helped me find what I want and didnt push selling extra stuff or more expensive phones. Plus he fixed a problem on my phone service bill. Very good trip.

My experience here today was absolutely wonderful the staff here was very helpful and helped fix the problem with my phone. They exhausted every avenue possible before having to factory reset and even after the reset I didnt lose my pictures or most of my contacts. Thank to the staff at Stillwater, Ok Cricket store.

Do not go here. The girl who works here is incompetent and shes very condescending. Just because you say something with a smile on your face doesnt mean youre not being rude. Ive encountered her on a couple of occasions and each time was unpleasant. You dont laugh at your customers and treat them like theyre stupid. Also, good customer service means you actually look into problems and answer their questions truthfully. We went to Cushing and they were able to solve our problem, tell us the truth about things that we were lied to about, and were very pleasant.

Website failed to let me sign up 3 times. Dealer at store himself tried twice on 2 different browsers and failed. Avoid at all costs. I was infuriated as a customer and wasnt actually able to be a customer
