Worst experience ever. Phones have no coverage. Always saying not in coverage area, while sitting in metro area with a lot of towers. Drops calls, can not make calls. Just the worst experience ever. Please do not waste your money on this phone company.Store personal not very good at communicating with any one. Very disappointed in this phone carrier.

Have been a customer for a long time, and get phones from online sellers and usually activate them on the phone with US Cellular. Thought I would visit the store to get it done since I was adding lines and a new plan. Lady was very helpful when I called ahead. I waited 20 mins to see her so she could get the commission. But then she told me she couldnt activate the phones, they were the wrong kind, you might have to return them, blah blah. We know what kind of phones to get. I left mad, and we were able to activate them on the phone with US Celluar. This is why I dont go to the stores!!!

I have never had worse customer service in my life. Im a very open-minded and patient person and I can say this is the worst company I have had the displeasure of working with. When this store was located on the other side of town, it was really good! We never had any issues and everyone was helpful and nice. Since then, they have switched locations. A manager is never there, every time we walk in the store it is always a new face, but on top of all of that every person we have dealt with has been incredibly rude. We had issues with our bill going up and down and no one could explain it to us, no one even knew what the bill breakdown was. We pride ourselves on being nice to everyone we come into contact with because we know how customer service is, but it is beyond frustrating to try to work with employees who do not even have respect for the job or you as a customer. I even called support hoping that it was just a local issue, every one I talked to got snippy with me immediately and if you know me I am not even capable of being mean to anyone. I have literally lost respect for this company and it kills me to have to give them any of my time and money.

I ported two lines into them. I had to pick 4 phones before they even had this piece of junk in stock it locks up wifes phones goes dead. I also get 0 signal in my building. I had to order a signal booster for $275.00 by the way t mobile gives them away. I mad a big mistake by switching do your research before switching companies. I thought this company had great coverage because they are suppose to be teamed up with Verizon . Customer service is a d+ depends on mood of staff that day other then the lady that works there she is awesome. I was also told that all iPhone 6s plus was unlock. I went out paid $450 for one took it to okc store and was informed the phone was not factory unlocked it was a att phone. that store did not know what was going on as well. I feel us cellular staff seems to not give a hoot about there own company. I take it they dont pay well or there is no befits??????? All I know as a customer I feel like I am a no body with this company. This my questions if you are a corp store with no inventory what kind of company is this? by the way when they make a order on your account you are not allowed to change numbers or change phones until that order is complete. (What a crock) this company needs some help or they will see bk with ten years . Get your people out of your stores before they kill your company. One guy shoving food down his throat as he was trying to help us in Stillwater. I dont want to see sun flower seeds in your teeth very unprofessional . T MOBILE YOU MIGHT HAVE NO SIGNAL IN BETWEEN STILLWATER AND TULSA. your customer service rocks compared to cellular. today I need to switch out phones and no one ans the corp store phone and trust me there is never a line in the store.. They do not want to work.

Awful, awful, awful. The staff is uneducated and uninformed on their products and website offers. I have never had a good experience with them. Why go to professionals if they dont know anymore than you do!
