The employees here were so nice; they were the only ones who would even look at my switch, and although it couldnt be fixed, they gave full effort and didnt even charge me for their labor since it was unfixable. 10/10 would recommend!

Took my phone in today and had them look at the screen b/c I dropped it and had a terrible pink line the length of the screen. The two young men that were in there were great and super professional. We left my phone and had to run some errands and they were super timely in communicating and validated what I wanted done when they discovered they would have to replace the screen. Ill happily return should I need their services in the future. Thanks guys!

When my iPhone XR screen went black, all of my friends referred me to the Cell Phone Repair shop. When I entered the establishment, Baylor welcomed me and consulted me on my device. Within minutes, he repaired my screen and even transferred my old tempered glass to my new screen. NO BUBBLES WHATSOEVER!!! Not every phone repair store would do that for a customer. After my first visit, I went back multiple times and I consistently received some of the best customer service in town. The guys here are professional, supportive, and have hearts that was made for service! Their prices outrank all of the repair shops in Oklahoma. They had great attitudes and very friendly, but they messed up my camera they were always to busy to ever fix it... payed 400 for my screen to get fixed but now have no camera....

After my phone screen shattered, they ordered the replacement the next morning and repaired the screen the following day. They let me know what to expect at each step (including estimated price), and the repair took maybe two hours. I require my phone for work, so this was important to me. I would use their services again.

Store was unable to reset iphone 6S +, but there was no chg.

Came in at 5:20. Called before coming and they said they could do it now. Gave them phone for repair left them my phone and the contact. They said it’d take about an hour and they’d call when it was ready. Well they didn’t call and aparently their store closes at 6:30. Would’ve liked to know that or gotten any call with an update on that before they closed and now have to wait 15 hours to get my phone back. And had something to do tomorrow morning that will have to wait since now waiting at the beck and call of them.

The port on my phone shorted out, and they diagnosed this by using a amp reader. Fixed it and it was ready when expected and less costly than expected. Nice folks too.

Repaired a cracked screen on my iPhone 7+. Told me it would take an hour and they would call when the repair was complete, never received a call so I came back exactly 1 hour after drop off.... they had closed the store without notifying me and after telling me they would have it done that day. Now my screen freaks out and won’t let me scroll or swipe without selecting everything that I don’t want to click on. Forget about zooming on google maps 2 finger movements refuse to work and typing is almost impossible because it always selects the 4 letters around the one you wanted. Selecting music on YouTube is a complete mess you end up selecting 9 songs you don’t want on the way down to the one you were looking for.I will never go back to this store in my life and will give this horror story to everyone I know that needs a repair. I’m going to have the apple store replace the replacement screen that this joke of a business sold me!

Cheapest place I found AND got my sons screen fixed the same day. Everywhere else I called was Way more expensive and would have been a few days wait.

They havent got my parts in to fix my phone but they was very respectful due to the covid-19 and all products running low for the phone i have. The staff are respectful and kind. Defiantly not paying to much to fix a phone.

I took my Iphone 7+ in for a cracked screen repair and they did successfully fix the screen. however, when I got home and pressed the home button to set up my phone (I had to reset due to the password being entered in incorrectly repeatedly because of the cracked screen) the home button fell off immediately. When my parents took it back the next day, they tried to blame the broken phone on the initial drop (although the home button still worked fine afterwards,) and would not fix the issue they caused.

I had a great experience with CPR and would definitely use them again. I took in my iPad after dropping it and shattering the screen. When I balked at the price originally quoted, they gave me a break and knocked $15 off. I also wanted to buy a protective iPad case to hopefully avoid another costly accident. They didn’t have one in stock, so they gave me a used one for free. And of course, the work they did was outstanding. I could not be more pleased.

This company was honest regarding a problem I was experiencing with my charging port. Could have easily charged me for a new charging port and labor to install it... instead cleaned the port and got myPhone back in tip top condition. Earned a tip from me for being honest. Would recommend.

I took my phone in to replace a cracked screen. I was told that it would be ready in two days, but it took three days. Two hours after I picked it up, the screen separated from the phone. I took it back in to be properly repair, and from start to finish, it took a month to be fixed. I left very frustrated!!!! The screen was fixed but the buttons would not work, and the back casing would not connect properly to the phone. The CPR employees cracked the back casing of my phone and small pieces were broken off. I was able to get the screen fixed but they completely ruined the back of my phone. Now I need to order a replacement for the back of my phone. The back wont stay on the phone. Nothing was done to fix this issue. I was never even offered a refund or partial refund due to the time it took to try to fix my phone or to the damage that they caused to my phone.I took my phone to TECH ON DECK, and in one hour, all of my buttons were fixed on my phone but the back casing could not be fixed.DO NOT take any electronics to CPR!!!! PLEASE go to TECH ON DECK. The customer service is amazing and communication is excellent. I will be taking all of my tech related business to TECH ON DECK, on Main St and next to Grannys.

They couldnt install windows on my computer and wanted to charge me $50 for doing nothing. I had to explain the common sense to them and after they asked their tech guy and he confirmed that he had not done anything on the computer they let me go. Worst service and attitude I have ever seen.

Ruined my phone and refused to replace it!!!!!!! MAD is and understatement. Samsung S3 worked great but the charging port was wiggling. Took it in oh yea no problem just a minute and we will solder it together. Left store and the first call I got the microphone wouldnt work. I could hear them but they couldnt hear me. Tried speaker phone and still no luck. Took it back. oh the guy that does that is not hear you will have to wait for him. Took it back again Oh he is still not hear. Finally asked when he would be there? Nice lady said that he would have to look at it he probably solder through into the motherboard. If that was the case they would just have to buy me a new phone because that one would not be fixable. Ok fine. Took it in Today and the guy was finally there. All I got was I didnt do it, its an old phone it probably just broke not my problem!

If you have a windows computer from OSU they send it here for warranty work. They have had my computer for almost 2 months and it still hasnt been looked at. I just called them and their method of putting you on hold is to sit the phone down. I guess they forgot about me because I sat there on hold for 15 minutes.

Dropped off my iPad 2 and then never received a phone call or any form of contact to let me know that it was finished. Came in to the store to check in on the status or pick it up, and was told that they no longer had it in their possession. We try to get in contact with the owner and then we get rid of it after a month. $300 iPad just gone out of thin air. No phone call. Amazing.
