After striking a deer, Diamond Autobody was highly recommended to us. I am very happy I took our vehicle to them for repair. They were very professional and friendly. They worked with our insurance company very well and the repairs to our vehicle were excellent. It looked good as new when we took delivery. I highly recommend them.

Quick and professional. The first time I went in I just needed some help replacing a headlight. Normally I can do this myself but it was a really weird setup and even with the right tools and skills it took a technician a good 20 minutes to do it (while I watched and chit-chatted with him). How much did he charge for this? Nothing. Wouldnt even accept a cash tip from me, said he was happy to help.A few weeks later I had a problem with my car and Diamond couldnt fit me in that day so I went to Carlisle and after they screwed me over and tried to charge me $500 for a job I knew wasnt that hard (Id looked up the procedure online) so I waited a few days for Diamond to fit me in and they did it for $40 plus the cost in parts.

Please dont use this company. I had hail damage on my vehicle, and didnt think it would be that big of a deal to have fixed. I took it to Diamond autobody only because they were the ones recommended in town. I walked in and was immediately greated by the owner Jim. He was nice and seemed friendly, so I didnt think this would be that big of a hassle. He looked at the insurance estimate and told me he had to order some parts and that they would call me when the parts are in so I could drop my car off after all the parts were in. I thought that would be great. Unfortunately I had to use my car when they did happen to call, and it took over a week before I could get it in there. I just figured everything should be ready and get done quickly when I got it in. COMPLETELY NOT THE CASE. They called me constantly wondering when it was coming in and I told them the exact time and day I was bringing it in. When I took it in it was a Tuesday and was assured by the owner Jim it would be done by the following Friday. I thought a week and a half would be great. I called the next Monday to make sure everything was on schedule, and was told he was trying but it might be early the next week. I can understand that things happen so a couple days might not be the bid of a deal. I called Tuesday of that eek because I hadnt heard from them, and then it started. I was told THEY broke my windshield trying to take it out. I was floored. This is a bodyshop and they should know how to take a windshield of all things out. That wasnt the only thing though. He continued to tell me the paintless dent removal didnt go well and they were going to have to paint more of the car. WOW. Was this the first time theyve done paintless dent removal? I cant believe this. He assured me again they would have it done by the beginning of next week. What do you know, when I called the following Tuesday, because I hadnt heard from them, it still wasnt done. Now Im furious. Jim tells me hes waiting for my insurance company to supplement the original quote due to the bodyshop having to do more painting. Right there it sounds like a scam they are trying to pull on my insurance. The worst part is I had no car to go back and visit my family, since Im from out of state, on Thanksgiving. This pathetic. He assured me he would have it done the following Friday again. It is Tuesday again, and this time I went into the shop. Not only because I had to drop of the insurance stuff, but because I wanted to look him in the face as he lies to me. Fortunately my insurance agent was there because he was working on someone elses claim. When I asked Jim when it would be done, he told me next Tuesday. That was it. I had it. I told him this was unacceptable and asked if hes even been working on it. He said no he hadnt. I asked why in the world havent you. All he said was that he wanted to make sure it was getting paid for. WOW AGAIN. How in the world would it not get paid for when he had even been in touch with the insurance agent. I will update this when I finally get my car back. I still can not believe they are still in business. After saying it would take just over a week, and its been 3 weeks already, plus it is still supposed to take another week. That is 4 weeks total so far. I STRONGLY recommend everyone find a better shop. Ive heard much better things about G&M autobody and the new one here in Stillwater. PLEASE JUST DONT USE DIAMOND AUTOBODY! YOULL END UP REGRETTING IT I PROMISE.As an Update!!!! They obviously rushed the job. The clear coat was terrible. I has swirls all over it. NEVER USE THIS GOD AWFUL PLACE!!!!

I couldnt be happier with the work that this shop provided by doing repairs following an incident in which my new car was badly damaged, they were kind, quick, and they went above & beyond to get my car fixed as timely as possible and looking like I was getting it for the first time all over again!!
