Recommended to me as having a good reputation. Regrettably, I did not have a good experience. I found the guy who gave me a quote to be offensive, sharing inappropriate stories of other customers leaving personal belongings in their car and sharing unsolicited political views. Additionally the quote was ridiculously high and would remove features of my vehicles parking assist after the repair. Not to mention work wouldnt even begin for over a month. No thanks.

Small job, but gave me an estimate in 10 minutes. Long wait time out, but going to try to work it in since a small job. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable.

Very professional, honest and friendly. They are really good. They will make your vehicle look brand new. They color match the paint so well you cant tell which part of your vehicle was replaced or worked on.

As usual they were fast and friendly with a free estimate and advice.

G&M did an amazing job repairing my vehicle and tirelessly worked with a difficult insurance company, advocating on my behalf to ensure my vehicle was properly repaired. A pleasure to do business with.

From start to finish, working with G&M was a fabulous experience and I would absolutely do it again! I was the victim of a parking lot hit and run and had significant damage to almost the entire length of my car on the drivers side. I got an estimate from Tony the same day. He was extremely friendly and professional my entire visit. What really sold me on using them in the first place was Tony walking me around my car and showing me and describing to me everything that they were going to be doing in the fixing process in great detail. I loved that he took the time to make me feel like me and vehicle were cared for. After I dropped it off, I received regular, but not obnoxious, text notifications tracking the progress on my car. It was finished exactly when estimated and upon pickup, it was fully detailed and looked even better than when I dropped it off, inside and out. Best body shop in town! Not only do they do great work, but they stand behind it. They installed an a/c condenser. When it went out, they replaced it for free, and had the work done in less than 24 hours! We highly recommend G and M.

I just recently had some minor damage done to my car. Throughout this whole process, still ongoing, G M has given me advice and helped me out along the way. I have never dealt with insurance companies before and the guys at this shop have made it nearly stress free for me. I cannot reccomend this shop enough, I will never go anywhere else in stillwater.

These guys are terrific! We had a little body issue on our van, front bumper mostly torn off. I had fixed it most of the way but needed it fastened on one side (where the bolt had been ripped out). G & M popped it in the shop, drilled out a new spot, fastened, done...and didnt even charge me! Im very grateful. These guys are great. UPDATE: these guys helped me out AGAIN pro bono. Excellent folks!

Id give them more than 5 stars if I could. A+ service. I went to one body shop and they told me that Id I have to leave my car for a day and it would cost about $800. That was a lot more than I anticipated so I got a second opinion at G&M. They fixed the problem in 5 minutes and because it was such an easy fix there was no charge. The other shop was trying to take advantage of my car ignorance. Im so happy that G&M didnt. They gave me a quick honest assessment. Ill take 5 minutes and free over 24 hours and $800 any day.

We have a truck with a lift kit. This is where we took it to get it repaired. Never drove correctly after getting it back. Our insurance would not pay any further to get it repaired properly. We just got an alignment where we were told the backend was crooked. We then found another place that fixed the original problem that GM couldn’t fix.

I was recommended to G&M by USAA, and was definitely not disappointed. The workmanship and paint blending are perfect, the people very friendly and helpful, and the service was that of consummate professionals. These guys are masters at their craft. I would and will highly recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of body work done to their car.

Update: Shortly after posting my review, the owner of the company gave me a phone call. He was everything I imagined their customer service to be. He apologized to me for everything, and took the time to explain to me where the first gentleman got his numbers from and let me see it more from their perspective. The fact that he even offered to take a look at my car personally left me amazed. While I still may decide to do some of the work myself, if I am treated half as well in person as I just was over the phone, I will defiantly take my car here for paint and more intermediate work.After reading the reviews on this place, I was kind of excited to have my car looked and potentially worked on by these people. Since this car is a project of mine, I was deciding whether I should have it fixed by professionals, or just spend the $400 in parts and spend a few afternoons replacing them myself.Most of the people in the shop were friendly enough, but shortly after I started working with this gentleman, it was like I got the one who wasntFirst off, he started giving me sideways looks the moment I mentioned I was paying out of pocket, rather than choosing to up my insurance rates. What most upset me was when I referred to my quarter panel as a fender, he looked at me like I had just insulted him personally, then snapped a correction at me.It was late in the day on a Friday, and they were wrapping up, so I decided no to make anything of it, weve all had bad days. I tried making some idle chit chat but getting this guy to talk was like pulling teeth, he was just rather impersonalHe took his time walking around my car scrutinizing every little detail and telling me how the dents would total it. In his defense, they are some larger dents, but the cost of parts I priced out was less than $500.In the end he ended up quoting me over $4,000 and two weeks in the shop for my door, fender, and quarter panel. $750 of which was for one fender, no labor, no paint. He had no justification as to why this part cost $600 more than everything else, especially since it wasnt even finished.Like I said, from every other review these guys seem like the go to here in Stillwater, so long as the rest of the staff isnt half as callous as the man I worked with and you plan on letting your insurance eat the cost of your repairs. If they are as good as everybody else says, they are well worth the prices they charge

These guys were awesome, I have a 2007 Tahoe that a girl clipped the front end. The had the car for about 2-3 days, it looked brand new and I thought they were very fairly priced.

I was in an accident and my vehicle was towed to G & M for estimates. They were kind and stratight forward with their information. My vehicle ended up being a total loss so I cant attest to their ability as a body shop but their customer service is top notch.

My son attends OSU. Recently he hit a coyote. We had the repairs done at G&M body shop. He just picked up his 3 series BMW and was completely satisfied with the repairs and how clean the car was inside and out. We live in indiana and were not familiar with any repair shops in Stillwater. Tony called me a several times during the repair process and informed me of what was going on during the repair process. We also received text updates during the repair process. If you are a parent of an out of state student and need to have a vehicle repaired this is a repair shop to consider! I have been in the insurance auto repair industry for over 30 years and feel like they have taken care of me and my son .
