I had a great experience from beginning to end. My car looked perfect, could not tell it had been hit by a baseball, roof and windshield. They cleaned the inside, spotless and no glass. Could not have asked for a better place or experience. Charlie kept in contact with me and kept me up to date with everything. They also went above and beyond to help me with the rental car and the tire. I thought my tire had been flat from my accident but it wasnt. Yet Charlie still took it over to Tires Plus and picked it up. My tire had nothing to do with the accident and he still dealt with it as if it was. It was super helpful. I am incredibly happy with the service I received at Caliber. Charlie is very personable and helped me feel at ease during this stressful situation. Thank you again for taking care of me and my car!

I had Volkswagen of Inver Grove Heights take my car for a rust protection warranty claim. They had this place do the repairs which was roughly $2600 in repairs. Stacy was good at keeping in contact and letting me know what they were doing to my car before they started, and during the process. I was told 2 weeks, and got it back in 2 weeks. Repairs looked good, the outside looked clean. The interior was pretty dirty, and I wasnt to thrilled how they drove it from Inver Grove to Stillwater, and then back after the repairs instead of using a flatbed. Im just glad that I have it back and the rust up front is gone.
