We had such a GREAT experience here! I cant say enough how much it meant to me that Mike understood that I was driving over an hour to test drive a specific car, and that I really had an interest in it and from a couple of phone calls, he made sure I got the opportunity to drive it before selling it. AND I BOUGHT IT THAT DAY! The car was super clean, no haggling, he did all the dmv paper work, and was super pleasant! He went out of his way to get me my paperwork and license left behind, and within a few weeks, an extra key was mailed to me! He didnt have to send it to me at all, cause we didnt have but the one to start with. Hes been in business a long time, and we saw the reason why. Gary is a man built on integrity. I always have my guard up when going to a car dealership, but I quickly saw that this dealership was not trying to sell off damaged goods. They pay great attention to detail on their vehicles and fix things they notice before selling while other dealerships would sell as is in the condition they got it. On top of it, they offer maintenance services for free for the first few months which told me they care about their customers. Being from out of town, Gary worked around my schedule. They will also search out cars for you if they dont have want you want on the lot. Was the best and easiest car buying experience I have had. Job well done! I highly recommend this dealership!

I would recommend Driven motors if your looking for a used vehicle.I had to buy from a smaller dealer because the big dealers were way too expensive . I bought a Toyota from another dealer and it was a horrible experience. Long story short it was found dangerous because of hidden patch work on frame and it went back.I was really nervous to try again ! First I was given a car fax for the vehicle I was interested in. Driven motors then put the truck up on the lift so I could look at frame and he let me take it to my mechanic to look it over. He was very patient to hear me out and gave me options to get minor, within reason, items fixed and he paid like he promised to my mechanic. He worked with me on finance and did not pressure me . I want to say these are used vehicles and none are perfect but Driven Motors will try to help and get you what you need.I also talked with the woman that details for him and two mechanics -they were respectful and tried to help with my questions .Just take a look he sells many used vehicles!

Went to look at a Ford that was 1500 over Kelly blue book total rust out on the undercarriage Im checking the vehicle no one comes to ask if I need help find the owner sitting on his rear didnt introduce himself not professional at all not willing to talk offers or interested in one so I took it he wasnt interested in my business so Ill take all my fleets needs to another local dealer that will enjoy weekly cash payments

Second time Ive gotten used tires from here, and they are always courteous, reasonably priced and fast. Will definitely keep using them. A Waynesboro tire competitor is still a bit cheaper on used tires but it beats having to take a trip all the way out there, especially if the car is not able to be driven or driven far

I recently bought a jeep patriot from driven motors had it for 2 weeks had a mechanical issue that we thought was small but ended up being a little larger, the issue was fixed and covered 100% by them. Bought a used car for my dad at a good price. Runs great and no issues. No salesmen haggle you which is important for buyers.

Called about a f150 and was told super clean no problems,rust . First I noticed the rust that you could see when opening the door,so we test drove and the tow haul didnt work,it had no heat in the cab, idled really rough. Took it back and asked about the rust and Gary snapped and said he wasnt crawling under it and looking and got extremely rude and asked us to leave his parking lot . I simply stated he should be honest about the problems instead of lying about them and wasting both our times . Then he proceeded to hollar at us to leave as we were walking to the car then walked behind us across the parking lot as we drove out .

My experience was not good here. We called about a 2002 ford f-150 and was told the truck was in excellent shape and had no rust. The truck was clean but had rusty rocker panels, no heat, and an odd idle. After the test drive we let the owner, Gary, know that we were not interested and he said that was okay and he, “wasn’t bothered about it.” We politely let him know to tell the next interested person about the rust and he apologized and said he didn’t know about it, which was fine, but he proceeded to follow us out saying he, “wasn’t going to lay in the snow and look at it.” We let let him know that all he needed to do was open the doors to see it and then told us to, “Get off his lot,” and was rude, unprofessional and was extremely quick tempered.

My experience when test driving a car here was bad as the inside of the car was not clean and the car didnt have enough gas in it for a good test drive to tell if the car drove good. When I told the management/owner Gary about this, he was unprofessional and rude. I have heard some bad things about this place but didnt believe them until I visited the business myself.

Bad business experience,Took my vehicle there to find a fluid leak & they thought it was the power steering cap & put a gasket on it but wasnt sure if that was the problem so added a dye to my power steering & oil & told me if it still leaked the following Friday to bring it back so they could put a light on it to find the leak. It still has a leak & I tried to get n the following weekend so they could put a light on it but they were to busy. So I called the following Tuesday on the july 23 to see about getting in there to have the leak checked out again & made an appointment to have the leak checked & to do an oil change on the 26th & was told to be there at 3:00. I take 2 hours off from work to get there, just to be told that he doesnt have time to do it. Not a very good business practice.Can not take the man at his word!

Husband bought a truck and they gave him a warranty on it for 1000 miles. A problem started with powersteering and they are fixing it. Gary is good for his word.

Gary offered great no pressure service, quick response to inquires, and a great deal on a Nissan. He answered all questions honestly.He offered us a carfax free of charge, and guarantees his vehicles for 30 days/1000 miles. Gary was also able to take care of all the DMV tag stuff for us. Definitely a full service experience. We had one small issue with the car and Gary had it fixed faster than the bank could write the check. We will be repeat customers.

This guy sold me a Jeep and never gave me a title or a registration. He told me I could pay him extra and he would take care of the “DMV Stuff” big mistake. Now I have a vehicle I can’t register or sell. Thanks.

Terrible experience. I bought a Subaru with one month warranty, it turned out the car was leaking so I took it back twice, they spent days working on it and told me they fixed it. It didnt seem to me it got fixed and because I live further away from the shop I called numerous times and Gary never returned my calls. Took the car for an oil change to a local mechanic (3 months after the repairs) this week and was told the car is leaking oil and coolant from everywhere. Complete scam, do not buy from them.

Sold me two bad tires, claimed tires are as is, but knowly put bad tires on my car. Long story short almost had a terrible accident. Buy tires at your own risk, actually DONT BUY TIRES from HERE!!!!!!! FYI it was only a week that I drove on them.. Stop trying to cover yourself, the tires were plugged.

I have now gotten 2 cars form Gary and will be looking to aslo get a family SUV with in the next year.
