Quick service and pleasant enough but disappointed that they said they “couldn’t use” the $15 coupon I had downloaded from their google lusting and they only offered $10 and they could not not State inspection which was clearly listed under services provided at their location. Now I have to make another stop another day …

They got over on my daughter and her bill was outrageous! I just wonder if a guy came out there would they have done this to him. Tried calling to ask questions and got the run around.

After several years of taking my car elsewhere to get checked out, I came here and was given the best service Ive ever gotten at a service shop. The technicians - Roy, Joe, and Matt - were able to do a full run-down of my car and kept me updated on the process and what they were doing throughout. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing parts and repair.

Who likes getting their oil changed?! Me neither but this last experience had me dumbfounded: they were too fast! No sooner as I connected into my hotspot and poured a cup of coffee they were calling me out. Maybe it was a Covid anomaly but was still something worth recognizing

They quoted me one price but the final price was $40 higher.. The manager made it right and adjusted to even less than the quote, which was outstanding and worth five stars. However, the guy who pulled my vehicle in didnt notice that the lights were on and left them on. Finally they did not check air pressure on tires, so the final is four stars.

Didnt have any issues with the oil change itself, but the staff was terrible. They acted like I was bother to them coming by, rather than a customer to help. If given the option, I would go another Jiffy Lube.

I tried to pay for my service and the internet went out. They didn’t have a way to take my credit card manually- so I was told that they would call me and I could give it over the phone when the internet came back on. Not my problem, but- cool, I still want to pay for my oil change. They called later that day- but could not figure out how to get my credit card to charge. Which, by the way, was not a fault of mine. My credit is immaculate and the card had plenty left on it. They asked me to come in when it was convenient. Never offered me a discount, or apologized. It was not convenient. Convenient is paying for a service, and then leaving. Inconvenient is what happened. I am a father of two with three jobs, trying to make ends meet, and these people called me several times weekly- demanding that I come back to their store to pay. Then it switched to threats to sue me for my “refusal” to pay- saying that they “had me on video”. When I talked to the manager, Joe- he still refused to apologize, even after I gave him the same credit card number and he somehow miraculously used it to pay. I expressed my dismay/ to which he explained that I was given a $10 discount. Which was actually from a coupon I used! I told him this, and how upset I was for them treating me like a criminal. He shrugged it off. Go to Mr. Tire. I’m sure that if their internet goes down- they won’t treat you like you’re skating out on an EIGHTY FIVE DOLLAR OIL CHANGE.

Oil change and brake fluid exchange done in under 30 minutes. When you have a fleet this timely convenience is hard to beat.

Being my first time there the manager was extremely helpful and told me what to do next time I need service on my vehicle.

Had my oil changed here at staunton jiffy lube .After doing so I double checked their work when the car was back home they had left the oil plug very loose and some of the oil leaked out . Called the manager about it he said well sometimes that kinda stuff happens but if I wanted to I could drive it back there and get it tightened and stopped back off with oil .... needless to say we fixed it ourselves because we live 20 mins away . Will not ever use them again.

Being new to the area I didnt know where to get my oil changed and as I was driving down the road I happened to see two smiling faces in front of a jiffy lube. I did a u-turn and drove into the parking lot and explained and explain to a gentleman named Roy that I wasnt too knowledgeable on oil changes and I needed information and the service done. As busy as they were he stopped for a moment and gave me all the knowledge and insight I needed on getting my oil changed. Roy and his team were extremely helpful and I encourage anyone to use this jiffy lube. I was quoted $79.95 (pink tax????) to change my cabin air filter by a dealership in Staunton. Jiffy Lube (29S, Charlottesville) has always gone above and beyond in service. So, I stopped at the Jiffy Lube on Greenville Ave in Staunton. I was not disappointed. Joe delivered prompt, knowledgeable (Im always asking questions), and very friendly customer service.

Nothing but trouble with this place and will not return. I took my F150 in for an oil change and they lost the fasteners to the plate underneath. Drove it home and saw it hanging and called them. They put it back with zip ties. Went back for another oil change and same thing. They didnt put it back and had to drive back. The owner contacted me and made it right so my wife returned today for another oil change. This time, he flat out refused to put the plate back on and argued about it, and placed the plate on the bed of my truck. Ridiculous!!!!!

Went here to get my inspection done was told they only do 16 inspections a day despite them having a sign out saying they were doing inspections all day. Beware if you go here for an inspection you will be turned away.

Dont let the reviews fool you. The Staunton Jiffy Lube Team is exceptional. They care about their customers, they are thorough, respectful, and kind. I live and work in Harrisonburg but drive 30 minutes to Staunton for all of vehicle service and work. The manager/owner of this location is Roy and he is a community supporter and heck of a good guy. Staunton Jiffy Lube is my home town mechanic and I challenge anyone who feels differently to find a local mechanic who is more transparent or customer service oriented than this team. #ThanksJiffyLube

My father drives a Ford transit for work. After a routine oil change, the mechanic mentioned the vehicle’s breaks had worn all the way down and needed to be replaced. They replaced all four right then and there. Right after we drove the vehicle home, we noticed a loud squeak and vibrations every time the breaks were pressed. We went back to Jiffy Lube and explained the problem. The mechanic said it was an easy fix! The rotor was warped from the manufacturer and also needed to be replaced. They replaced it under warranty, but again, we had the same problem except it was even WORSE. After taking it back a third time, Jiffy Lube was even more upset than we were. They test drove the car, came back and told us the problem was us. A little rude on the customer service side if you ask me. Since it is a work vehicle, the company advised us to take the vehicle to Firestone. We did and SURPRISE, ALL breaks were put on WRONG. Please save your money and time. Never trust an oil shop for break service. What’s the saying? Don’t send a boy to do a man’s job.

Not sure why this place has only 3.9 stars, my experience was nothing short of phenomenal!! As soon as I pulled in everyone was polite and knew exactly what to do. They changed and cleaned my car in less than 10 minutes and did a superb job! Highly recommend Jiffy Lube Staunton!!

Great service. They even opened early to work on our car. We had been stranded overnight on the interstate. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

I drove up, asking for an oil change only. The tech asked me how are your wipers to which I replied fine. It took about 15-20 mins to do the oil change... Not terrible. However the bill was $100+. They put synthetic in instead of conv, replaced the air filter and REPLACED the wiper blades. Maybe I could have been clearer but it still disappoints me to see this crap. I told them that i already mentioned i didnt need wipers. They put my old ones on (which were like a month old) and STILL CHARGED ME FOR THE NEW WIPERS and gave them too me, wouldnt take them back. The wipers they charged me $22/per were a piece of crap too. Will never return. If you use them be extremely detailed on what you do or do not want. Else, they will try to replace your transmission.

So I went 4/18/17 after work and they tried to pull a scam with my battery! I was irate! They tried to act like something was wrong with my battery, when I told them that I wasnt going for this scam and whatever they took apart put it back together! Then they acted like they had to jump my car! Omg! I cant explain how mad I was! I took my car to auto zone and there was nothing wrong with my battery or alternator! They will never get close to any vehicle I own!

I will not be back here. First, she comes and says the guy who drains the oil has walked out and asked if I could come the next day. Then he came back and they proceeded to argue the entire time while they worked on my car. I hope he did it right. They didnt do everything they were supposed to do. I asked for wipers, didnt get those. They were very unprofessional. I cant wait for Xpress Lube to open back up. The one redeeming thing I can say is she gave me $10 off because I had to wait so long.

All new crew the last time I went for an oil and filter change. New guy was trying hard to up sell and finally dragged me out into garage to show me rear brakes, saying the pads had to be changed now. I looked at the inspection sticker which was 1 month old and decided to find out who was full of crap and who wasnt. Told him Id get back to him, and made a beeline to my trusted, local mechanic. To not know what youre doing is one thing, to just plain lie about it is unacceptable. Heads up to Express Lube. New customer coming your way!

I wish I could give a 10 star!! Ive gone to valvoline and so many other places for work/oil changes on my 2004 Acura TL 3.2 vtech and nobody has done what these people have! They would say yeah we changed your transmission fluid and they never did. Others would say there isnt a way to drain the transmission fluid and there is.. the guys at jiffy lube knew exsactly what they were doing. Let me watch everything AND changed the transmission fluid that needed is so badly. These guys are amazing and I will always go back to no place hug here! There great at the job and the quality is so great!!!!
