I moved here not too long ago and am happy to say I found my mechanic!The A+ team did an outstanding job! I have an older car that I feared I had to abandon. They diagnosed the issues quickly and gave me a transparent walkthrough of all the expenses. There were no surprises in that area, which is very important to me. All the timelines were communicated clearly. The team was even able to finish ahead of time!Overall the whole experience was great. My old car is now fixed up and I can drive it with peace of mind.

The folks at A+ did a great job taking care of my daughters car. I live 500 miles away and was wary about repairs to my daughters car when it broke down on her. As a business owner myself I can say they were very professional and worked her repairs in ahead of schedule and even gave a warranty on the work. If you need your car repaired I recommend giving these folks a shot.

I have taken my Mini Cooper to A+ auto twice since moving to Starkville, and both times they have been very courteous and efficient with repairs. They will go out of their way to show you what was wrong with your car, and will gladly detail why they made certain repairs, providing someone like me with a good learning experience! They treat everyone with respect and do not assume that you do or do not know all about cars, and thus do not try to oversell you on unnecessary add-on services. Great people and great service!

My daughter is a student at MSU and when her water pump went out on her vehicle we did not know who to contact. With her family being over 4 hours away, we depended on the reviews provided for A+ Automotive, and we are so glad we did. They not only worked deligently on her vehicle, but their customer service was outstanding, and they managed to save us money in the process. I usually use City Alignment for auto repairs -- Ive had a great experience with them in the past. But today they were overbooked and couldnt take me (and I need to be back on the road ASAP). I went to A+ Auto Repair, and Im very glad I did! I dropped the car off at 8:00 am, and its ready by 12:00 pm -- a repaired coolant leak, changed water pump, and changed belt. They treated me very well and charged me a fair price. I definitely recommend them!

Everything was awesome with my Toyota Avalon with severely stumbling engine. Some other mechanics even couldnt find any problem, or found and offered an irrelevant point. Aubrey in A+ was very helpful and a great communicator. Problem has gone with ignition coil replacement and several checks on my car. The price was fair. I wont think going to another mechanic in the future.

The high rating says it all. I had some worries about some noises coming from my valves, so I stopped by in the morning. The owner brought it right in and did a stethoscope assessment. Found out it was really nothing to worry about and he even took a good amount of time to explain to me just what the problem was. Super friendly, no bs and A+ service

The summary of my review is that if you live in Starkville or have a child going to school there then you wont go wrong trusting Aubrey and his guys at A+ Auto to work on your car.I dont live in the area and my daughter goes to school there in Starkville. When she recently had a problem with her Toyota Camry I wanted someone who I could trust to work on her car even though I wasnt present. I turned to Google and found the positive reviews for A+ Auto and decided to send her to them based on those reviews.Because we ended up having much larger problems with my daughters car than we could have ever known from the start, I ended up spending a lot of time with Aubrey on the phone. I pushed him and his crew hard for a resolution which led us down a number of mechanical paths. Throughout the project Aubrey remained professional and sympathetic to my situation while going way out of his way to be sure that I was happy with the process and result. It was impressive.I am a professional investor and am always watching for excellent companies and service -- usually as an investment vehicle, but sometimes, as is the case with A+ Auto, for my own personal use. Suffice it to say that if Aubreys company was a company in which I could invest -- I would.
