I am appalled by this service. My sister got her tire patched by them one week ago and it already failed leaving her with a flat tire. She called and kindly asked how long a patch is supposed to last because it failed in only one week, to which they replied well we patched it correctly and a patch is never guaranteed. They had no interest in helping her or fixing their mistake. Shameful. We will be going to a more reliable shop from now on.

I was able to find a less pricey option for a good set of all season off road tires by Hercules for a Tundra when I first visited about 4 years ago. The tires and labor were about 750 total, and the service was quick. The first experience inspired me to go there again when I was buying tires for my first car, a BMW 330i. The technician found a set of four for me over the phone and had the tires in about a week. That was before I moved to Colorado. Now that I am winterizing my car, I realized that not only are my tires all season, but also mud and snow rated (M + S). Thanks to R & M and the technician who selected my Toyo tires, my car is sufficiently winterized, so I only needed a pair of Autosocks for Colorados chain law.

Got a new set of tires, new tire sensors, and several rotations from here. Never any issue and theyll make sure youre taken care of. Highly recommend!

R&M tire patched a hole in my tire which failed after only 2 weeks. When I called back about it to ask if it could be re-patched or if I needed a new tire, they were not helpful and responded in discourtesy. I would not recommend R&M tire for their lack of customer service and their poor quality work.

I came 2019-11-18 with my 2010 Prius to get 4 new tires (purchased online) installed and balanced ($20/each). I also got an alignment ($69.99), and I also had my tires disposed of ($3/each).Pros:+ I came early so they started work quickly.+ They let me go out on the shop floor to check my rotors and brakes.+ The installation and balance went by quickly. About 20 minutes. Mostly machine work.+ When they started putting my tires on with the air gun, I went out and asked them to use a torque wrench, which they did. Putting wheels back on took about 20 min.+ The alignment took about 15 minutes. The whole work order plus purchase took about an hour.Cons:- One of their shop people didnt seem to like that I didnt like the air gun. ***He also wasnt using the cross pattern to put the nuts on***. When they finally started using the torque wrench, it looked like another guy was training him.- They seemed to lolligag a little after I went out and asked them to change their process.

Unbelievable labor time. I seriously got there around 845 am for a tire change and was pulling out of the parking lot by 900am. Very impressive. Definitely returning. Great job guys!!

Bought 3 used tires from R&M, and one of them blew out the very next day. Upon further inspection, the three tires were extremely dry rotted and not in safe condition.I went back the next day to ask for my old tires back and a refund, but was told my tires were gone. On top of that, the owner would do nothing to refund me for my trouble. He offered to sell me new tires and charge me the difference in price, but I elected to go buy new tires somewhere else. I do not recommend anyone to do business at R&M!

Never will go to this place again. Rude and sarcastic people. This place should be closed permanently. Dont waste your time and money. Go elsewhere!!!

COLLEGE KIDS BE CAREFUL -- My son went to get an oil change and the price said 25, but what they DONT TELL YOU is there will be a 15.00 service charge! That, tax and an air filter later and Hes out $50.

They scratched my rim installing tires and claimed it was there before. Be sure to inspect your rims before and after all tire work.
