I hate shoe shopping because I have huge feet for a woman, but I absolutely loved this store! The salesperson who helped me was so friendly and super helpful! From my experience in having big feet most shoe stores don’t carry my size and when I ask the associates either give me a judgy look or are annoyed that they have to go to the back, but the lady who helped me today was definitely not any of those things. She brought me out like 7 pairs of shoes to try on and then when I found one I liked she went back again to see if there were more colors. The shoes were expensive, but just the whole experience and finding good comfy and cute shoes really is what made me buy. 10/10 will buy from here again!

Found Plaza Shoe Store after scouring the internet for a pair of Birkenstock clogs for my daughter that were sold out in her size every place I looked online and locally. Great selection and super fast shipping. Thank you, Plaza Shoe Store for having just what we needed at just the right time!

I didnt pick up any shoes today but by the way she took the time to serve me she realized I didnt want to spend the amount that would have cost me at the store today, she treated me so well the next time I want shoes, I will look to this place for my next purchase!

Hands down THE best service I have had in a long time!! I ordered shoes for my granny to replace the awesome ones she had previously purchased from this location, but ended up needing to exchange due some foot issues. Not only did Mallory bend over backwards to order the shoes and ship to us (we live over an hour away) but then she and her staff were over the top helpful with the exchange. My granny tried on probably a dozen shoes thanks to Mallory knowing which shoes were made for her foot issue and what shoes would be comfortable in the styles she liked. We had such great service from both Mallory and her staff that we ended up finding two pair for my granny and two pair for me! 100% recommend this location, they know their stuff and we will be back!

Went in to get a new pair of shoes. The salesperson,. I wish I remembered her name, was super helpful. I needed a pair to support a fallen arch and she knew exactly what I needed. She let me try on a shoe from the three brands they carry and wasnt pushy at all. I will be back once these wear out and Im in need of a new pair.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this very friendly locally owned store. We were visiting from Kansas City and found this store on the internet. They have the best selection of Keens I’ve ever seen. In addition, Kelsey was super helpful, attentive and not pushy at all. In fact she told me she had last years model of the shoe I was going to buy for a discount. I also found a pair of Keens I’d been searching for for a couple years. The non-sale prices were comparable to any other place I’ve looked and the service was far superior! Way to go LOCAL!

Purchased a pair of shoes as a Christmas gift online and chose to have them shipped. Within the hour I received an email from the store that my order would be handed delivered to my home before the end of the day. Sure enough my shoes were delivered by 5:30. Awesome customer service!

I walked in, walked around the store looked at shoes 10 - 15 min. I passed in front of one of the employees 3 times. She ignored me and never asked if I needed help. I said something to my daughter on the way out and said lets go somewhere else. Same lady had time to look up from her nails to say have a nice day thanks for coming.No worries, i wont come back. I will spend my money elsewhere from now on. I have shopped in there several times and not experienced that level of customer service No one in there asked if I needed anything or said someone will be right with you.

This place is expensive. I walked in there and they’re so pretentious they’re sizing is from the UK a size pair of “40” shoes is actually a “7.5” size shoe in America. I picked up a shoe and went oh this is cute I turned it over and saw the $240 price tag and then said to myself no wonder I liked it ... we walked out pretty quickly Like many families do once they see the menu at Landry‘s in Branson by the way don’t ever go there either their food is ridiculously high...

After Googling shoes in the Springfield area, I found this gem.They have a surprisingly large selection of styles and excellent customer service. There were a lot of customers when I stopped by in the mid afternoon, but Anna provided top notch, attentive service to me.

Anna was very helpful today. They went out of there way to help me find the right size and shoe and wrote down the type so I could consider options before purchasing. Their prices have a wide range and are very reasonable. Sure you can find some things cheaper online, but if you’re smart you’ll see the value in trying on the shoe, asking questions to a person, and having a business behind their product should you have any problems. I believe in supporting local brick and mortar businesses and getting what you pay for. They were busy but offered help when they soon became available and were attentive to the customers needs. Great customer service and place to get shoes. Top notch!

Even living half the country away, I still stop by this store to shop every time Im in Springfield. Their shoes are pricey BUT they have brands that wear very well and last. Plus they carry a large selection of shoes for wide and narrow feet. Their customer service is the best - hands down. I had a problem with a pair of shoes I bought 6 months prior having a very odd defect and they took the return for store credit when I was in town!

Service was horrible, shoes I looked at were dirty like they had been worn outside and I seen a station behind the desk where they were in the process of scrubbing a new pair of shoes clean. The lady that was there didnt even try to help me and when I went to checkout the lady was in the middle of a personal call that she didnt even bother to postpone and continued her conversation as I was trying to conduct my business.

Massively overpriced shoes. I am absolutely willing to pay for quality items, but shoes are cloth, rubber, and stitching. $350 for a pair of shoes is ridiculous, especially when I can get a comparable pair online for half the price. These places wont last long in the new world of e-commerce. These places exist to cater to the wealthy who want to be seen overpaying or to very ignorant people who dont know how to make online purchases. Even a single pair of running shoes are going for $150 on sale. Ridiculous.
