My son was working as a camp counselor and got an ingrown toenail that was very painful. He twice went to Urgent care to get it cared for but neither doctor, as generalists, could do much about it other than tell him to soak it, which did little. We live overseas currently but were in town for a week. Dr Ari Changizi at Progressive Feet was able to get him in during that week twice. She wanted to let the antibiotics work as long as possible before doing the procedure, so she had us come back on the Friday when we were leaving town. The procedure itself was short (cutting out the infected shard of toenail took 15-20 min from start to finish), and Dr Changizi had a great bedside manner, explaining everything politely without being condescending. The toenail is growing back normally and we were very pleased with the care my son received. The office is in a nice business park area of Springfield and the entire staff was polite. The waiting area could use a little aesthetic updating is all, but the medical care itself was great!

I have been a patient of Dr. Arons for a long time. Recently, I had an appointment with him. After so many years, I recognized his practice still exhibits much professionalism. His office staff are understanding, efficient and attentive to their patients. He explained my particular situation regarding my foot problem in terms that I could understand and recommended a medical regiment I should follow. I would recommend him to anyone looking to address any issues with their feet. I left his office feeling much better. I am thankful that his practice still remains in the Springfield, VA area.

First visit went well. Office is nice & clean. Staff was friendly and professional. There was no waiting for my appoint which is great. I felt like I received a very professional evaluation of my feet and concern areas. Doctor took a good amount of time with me to review x-rays, answer questions, and explain my diagnosis along with treatment options.

Had a wonderful experience here. Dr. Hussan was very informative and educated me on everything. Was a refreshing experience as I feel most doctors I have gone to in the past don’t take the time to really help you understand the procedures or terminology they use. Dr. Hussan has a great personality as well. Would definitely recommend!

Dr. Arons was very thorough and informative. He even made sure we had an over the counter alternative to my sons orthotics if the insurance didnt cover them. Highly recommend. PS We love Prince Harry!!

I received full attention by the staff and Dr. Barry. Dr. Barry is very gentle and caring. The staff is very friendly and professional. All my concerns and questions were answered properly. The office is very clean.

I had a wonderful experience during my first appointment! Everyone is super friendly and nice and I especially liked the Doctor that I worked with, Dr. Hussan! She was friendly and walked me through the entire process. She explained everything well and made sure I was 100% comfortable before attempting to remove my ingrown nail. Dr. Hussan was amazing! We went in for my son’s ingrown toe nail. Dr. Hussan was able to do the procedure same-day. We went back for his follow-up and the office was able to see me at the same time for my foot pain. X-rays, ultrasound and a full exam. Dr. Hussan takes the time to fully explain everything to you so you are well informed. I never felt rushed and left with all our questions answered. The whole office goes above and beyond. I will definitely recommend Dr. Hussan to anyone in need of a podiatrist!

Dr. Hussan is GREAT, she is attentive, patient, and thorough!! Its a small office but the staff is friendly and wait time was minimal. Cant speak for other physicians but Dr. Hussan cares greatly for her patients.

Went for the first time to get a second opinion and met Dr. Hussan. She was much more knowledgable and accommodating than my previous practice. Dr. Changizi is hands down the best Podiatrist!Ive been seeing him for just over 1 1/2 years, and he was my surgeon at the Virginia Hospital Center when I needed partial amputation of my right foot.He takes his time with you and explains everything in detail. I had aggressive surgery yesterday for a complicated bunion and ganglion removal. The surgical center is bright, sparkling clean, and staffed with efficient and friendly professionals. I have little pain. I cant imagine a better experience. I was in great and skillful hands the entire time.

Dr Arons is a wonderful doctor with such a nice bedside manner. He really listens and tries to get to the root of any pain in your foot and then comes up with a treatment plan. Bonus is you might get to see Dr Aaron’s’ dog, Harry, while you are in the office.

The doctor is superb. I had damaged my little toe and called him in an emergency. I reached his office and he immediately took me in and gave the treatment which made me comfortable from the pain. Kudos to Dr. Aron.

Dr. Husain listened intently to my info regarding pain in my ankle, x-rayed it, diagnosed it was a stress fracture and had me fitted in a protective walking cast, all in 45 minutes. It’s been 4 days with the boot and, with the prescribed meds, I can walk easily with no pain.
