Brant is absolutely amazing and knows his stuff! I love his crazy masks and socks! The staff are also very knowledgeable and helpful!!
This place is FANTASTIC! Brant visited with me multiple times prior to my elective amputation just so I could get ALL my questions answered before making that huge decision. I visited 2 other places as well, but this one was by far the best! Brant and Aaron have built multiple legs for me. They are always honest and upfront. They explain my prosthetic in down to earth ways I can understand. I wouldnt trust anyone else! The support staff is also on top of things every time!
I would recommend it to anyone needing this kind of service. I personally like the staff here, and the work is professional.
This facility has a great staff that are pleasant and courteous. The facility is clean and very nice. I was welcomed as a new client and was able to complete what I needed in a great time and pain free! I do recommend this facility.
The staff are all very kind, friendly, and helpful. My prosthetist, Brant, did a fantastic job on my new prosthetic leg. He takes the time to both listen to my concerns and explain what I need to know to be successful.
Re Rating my prior Review. My mother was greeted by a kind and friendly staff. The Dr. was very attentive to the needs of my mothers feet. Very appreciative to have this available in Springfield Mo.

I found Ozark Prosthetics staff to be very friendly and courteous . My Prosthetist Mr. Allen Dolberry was very helpful and extremely professional and went out of his way to answer all my questions and provided expert advice..I give them a five star rating.
I have had the best of care, and the staff is very helpful and friendly any time i need them.
The staff is wonderful here! Id highly recommend this place. Thanks to them, I can walk again!!! 👍
This place called me to get my son in to be fitted for a helmet. They scheduled my appt and told me what to expect for the first visit. My appt was suppose to be this morning and they called me yesterday to let me know they would be canceling my appt because they have noone there that does helmets!! What?! This is insane. They should have known this when THEY CALLED ME TO SET THE APPT UP!!!
Amazing group of staff. Very educated and well versed in the newest technologies available. Very friendly, even to my service dog! Will be making the trip to see them next time we have the need.
This place is a disaster for any person!! You will experience nothing but pain and suffering by walking through their doors. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else!
I guess management at this place does not like the American Flag. All stripes are ripped. I left them a note on January 1st and their Ratty Flag is still flying
They have taken great care of me.
This outfit made Orthotics for my wife that hurt her feet so bad she couldnt walk across the room. We went back three times for adjustments, they ground pieces off each time and still could not stand them. We paid them over $800 for these worthless pieces of plastic. The last time we went they kept the orthotics so now they not only have our money but have the orthotics. They refuse to give us any kind of refund for these worthless pieces of plastic. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to go elsewhere.
Our 22 year old daughter has a rare mitochondrial genetic disorder called Costellos Syndrome. She has endured 19 surgeries, 4 of them on her feet. Her ankles have been fused. The surgeries have only partially corrected her issues and her feet remain crippled and will be for life. This requires her to wear AFOs. Ankle-Foot Orthoses AFOs. They require a prescription and also require molds being made of the patients feet. Which is a little intrusive on sensitive feet.On November 7, 2018, Ozark Prosthetics in Springfield Missouri created molds for new AFOs for our handicapped daughters crippled feet. When we went to pick them up. They were nothing like she had had before. They very simple and did not even have velcro straps to attach them. We were very disappointed in them. We asked the attendant to at least put straps on them, which he did, but they were very cheap and flimsy compared to what we had before. (These would be her 4th pair she had ever had, so we knew what we should expect quality wise) After taking them home and upon further examination we realized they weret even close to what she had before. We called and they said to bring them back. Their specialist said they had tried to make them there but he would send out to have the second pair made so they would be like the ones she had on. We went back on March 5, 2019 to pick up the new ones. They appeared to be too high and too long. They didnt seem custom made. Their specialist cut them down and then gave me and my daughter instructions on how long to wear them each day until her feet got use to them and the broke in. The technician had a lot of trouble even getting the braces to go into the shoe. We could hardly get the shoes off when we got home. After we looked at them at home we noticed that the braces were made straight up and down like a typical foot is shaped. Our daughters ankles flare out on each side and are fused that way. It cannot be made to fit in a straight up and down brace. The braces caused her ankle bones to be very red and painful since they were not shaped like her feet. The braces she needs are to hold her foot in its current position, not correct it. The brace tech knew this.On March 6, 2019 we contacted Ozark Prosthetics and told them the braces were not made to fit her feet and she could not wear them. We took them back on March 11. When we dropped them off, the tech, John, said he knew they were not a correct fit when she came to get them and he meant to call and have her come back in so he could flare the heels out. This was even more upsetting to us, knowing that he had her leave with those bad AFOs on her crippled feet when he knew they were not right. He said he wanted to recast her feet but we refused to put her through that with them again. He said he understood and were told that we would receive a full refund. A full refund was important to us, so we could have insurance pay for another pair at another prosthetics provider. When Gina called the billing dept to check on the reversal of the claim, billing said not to worry, we would get a full refund they just had to wait on the company who made the braces to 1st refund the money to them. She promised we would get the refund but it would take some time. Gina called several times and was told the same thing and just to wait and it would happen. However, when we called back to inquire of the status of the refund we were told that they would not be getting a refund and we needed to give them a second chance. We informed them that this would be their third chance and we had no confidence in them. They also stated that they wanted to do another mold of our daughter feet. I called on May 2, and asked again for a refund. The person in billing told me she would contact the owner and would get back to me by the next day. I called again on or about May 8, 2019 and was told emphatically that they would not do a refund because we were not giving them another chance. I reiterated that we had zero confidence in them and would not let them touch our daughters feet again.
As a disabled vet of 49 years, the VA has been sending me to Ozark Prosthetics for about ten years (military injuries left one leg shorter than the other, and I need steel shanks in both shoes). Ozark has always treated me well, and their shoes have always been good.
No way dont go there. Made insert wrong.Charged to fix. Cut out for callous was Im wrong spot. Per my poidiatris. Place wont file insurance, wont even start anything till they get all the money. Decided to pay for it myself still had to wait for APPOINTMENT several days. BAD BUSINESS .
They were friendly & courteous but even with a Dr prescription they said Medicare wouldnt pay for a heel lift for a leg that was over 1/2 shorter due to hip replacement. I have friends that said theirs was paid for - medicare will pay for up to 3 pair shoes & 3 lifts a year.
Just learned of how wrong Ozark Prosthetics treated Rory and Ginas special needs daughter and how they apparently are not interested in resolving the issue properly and fairly.
If I could give them ZERO I would!!!
Very dissatisfied with workmanship or lack of ! Definitely don’t recommend!
Lost my legs. Very unprofessional
These people do not care about there patients. They said they would take payments then they said they did not say that when I had the money. Would not help my 4 month old son.
Had terrible experience tries to take advantage of people
My co-worker is VERY displeased.
