We wanted ice cream, so we stopped into this Cold Stone on N. Limestone St. We walked up to the area where the ice cream is located and immediately noticed that many flavors were missing and what was left was very scarce. There werent enough flavors left to create the signature flavors (the majority of them). We had to substitute ice cream flavors to create the signature flavors that we wanted. For instance, they were out of the flavor birthday cake, so I had to use cookie dough to make the birthday cake remix.As we approached the counter to pay, we noticed how filthy the restaurant was. Something had spilled in the kitchen and ran/splashed all over everything within about 5 feet of it. On the other side of the kitchen there were several pair of used gloves on the kitchen floor. Then there was the dining room. There was food on the tables, chairs and covering the floor.The employee also didnt clean the prep area between changing ice cream in between customers. My husband had my ice cream and toppings mixed in with his, because the station wasnt cleaned.

I went to Tim Hortons and was very disappointed. They had no bakery products and even served me the wrong coffee after waiting 11 minutes!

It was horrible. I ordered a #1 lunch combo. I get to the window and they inform me they dont have the bread it is made with. So I asked them to put it on a bagel. He comes back and said they are out of chips, do I want a donut. I asked for a blueberry one he said they have a lemon poppyseed muffin. So I take that. He tells me my total. It was a dollar more than the combo price on the menu. When I questioned him he said because I got a coke. He said the combo comes with coffee. I said forgive me the coffee it comes with. He said instead of the coke? I said you charged me for the coke and said the coffee is part of the combo, so I want the coffee too. Boy was he cofused... so I didnt get the right bread or chips. I got a muffin instead of a donut and got charged fo 2 drinks and got one.

The Cold Stone Creamery has a delicious array of ice cream to die for. You may as well put your diet in hiatus because this is a I cant stop eating this ice cream experience. Any way, any flavor, any size can be enjoyed at this Springfield location. Dont pass it up!

AMAZING. I wanted to get the Apple Pie creation, but unfortunately, they couldnt find a can opener to get the filling. Then I asked for a Brownie Cookie Dough creation and they had no more cookie dough. But they were so apologetic about it and let me choose what I wanted in it for the same price. 10/10 would go back.

They are out of most of their flavors, the ones left were the least popular. We also had to inform the employee on what was inside each order, assuming she did not memorize or care to look and find out the recipe on her own. manager is outside arguing with what I assume to be customers in front of other customers. Ice cream was pretty good though, for what they had left!

Great ice cream, actually one of the best Ive had. I love all the options and love how its prepared in front of you. The staff is usually nice and friendly. My biggest complaint is that they are always understaffed and if not understaffed than the employees are under trained. The employees never seem to know what they are doing.

Great ice cream of course but the selection was a little weak. The workers werent even sure what product they had.I didnt see but maybe one specialty flavor.One of the employees was struggling with confidence (2 customers, 3 employees)?1st day maybe?

Hygiene is very important. Shouldnt keep touching and stroking hair then not wash hands and put on gloves and handle food.

First thing first we ordered an ice cream cone the girl said they don’t have any cones then we asked for an ice cream sandwich the girl claimed they discontinued them two months ago but they are still advertised? So i told her i wanted the French vanilla ice cream that’s displayed she gave me a scoop of ice cream i told her what i wanted she had to come look at the display to see the ingredients then tried to argue with me about what’s in it it’s right there you idiot. Hire better people make sure you don’t display stuff that’s not on the menu and make sure you have your inventory right.

Standard chain service. Staff was nice and helpful. Nothing over the top, but nice. Got exactly what I wanted and in a timely fashion. Good help, good service, good ice cream. Exactly as expected. Thank you.

Inside a Tim Hortons,. Ordered two got to have it. Coffee lovers, was first ice cream was running down the sides of the cup, second was peanut butter cup perfection but the chocolate was frozen like a brick, so I had to go with another choice, and the Ive cream was all over the outside of the cup. No care given to anything the attendant did the whole place looked dirty and distinctional.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Nobody was even here and we waited 10 minutes for somebody to take our order. When the girl finally walked up she didn’t even greet us just stared at us like we was an inconvenience. They didn’t even have the menus on the screen so you could see what to order. They were out of multiple popular ice cream flavors. Then sit down to eat our ice cream after waiting almost 20 minutes and notice a bunch of little bugs around us. Please Do your self a favor and choice a different location!!!! I wish I could rate 0 stars as this location doesn’t deserve a rating

Its no worse or no better than many of the other businesses in Springfield. The Guiding rule of a lot of the smaller businesses in this town is to see how much they cannot do for you. Thank goodness there are differences.

Standing in line writing this. There is 2 employees. Myself my friend and a woman with two children. We arrived at 4:30 pm. Its 4:57 pm and the line has not moved. This place is dead dirty and disappointing.

I have only been there once I have 5 kids and it is very good but it is an a hole price range of its own

Was out of everything didnt know how make it. So didnt even get our order. Never again will i stop in again. How can you run a place and not know what to do or how to do it and no manager in site. There was no rolled ice cream as advertised which is false advertisement and there was barely any Oreo at all in mine and my sisters ice cream. The person taking are order was not the friendliest

I am giving this a 1 star because there is no 0. Took my family of 4 out for special treat, big mistake making it at Cold Stone, because the customer service representative whom must have been having a bad day decided to make it mine to. My family and two others in line new girl flustered. I was 4th person in family to be serviced and asked for a sample of lemon. She couldnt find the spoons so she yelled at the guy in drive thru to help her. After her looking very annoyed at my request I felt I was holding up her line and told her it was ok I would take another kind. She relpyed snidely it was her first day give her a break and dont be so demanding. I dont need to spend my hard earned money at a place that doesnt appreciate my business. So I wont! Hire people who can at least pretend that customer service is an important part of their job.

Tim Hortons never has what I want. No potato soup is very frequent, machine down for smoothies, out of crackers, etc. Constantly!

Go to another location! They give smaller portions than other branches, and they refuse to take Cold Stone gift cards. They say the machine has been down, but it hasn’t worked in about 6 months! It is ridiculous that they will not take their own gift cards!
