I usually love Krispy Kreme and they get 2 stars for having delicious tasting donuts as opposed to no stars. The most bizarre thing just happened in the Springfield store. I just saw the minis!!!! How cute are those. I was going to buy a few. I ordered 6 of the glazed and was going to get some iced ones also. The girl behind the counter said I had to buy 2 or 16 cause the box they fit in holds 16. I said I cant buy 6, which is a derivative of 2. No maam. Cant you put them in a sack instead of the box? At this point I said well, this is too confusing Ill just buy the full size. Im looking at the humor in the situation and laughing but really????? I sure hope the girl misunderstood. Seriously, you have to buy 2 or 16? Not 4 or 6 or 8 or a dozen???? LOL

Just love Krispy Kreme! Amazingly they always have donuts!!! Another donut shop in my area the app has let me order (TWICE) when they didnt have any donuts! I never have any issues with Krispy Kreme, the staff is masked and gloved all the time.

Best doughnut shop in the Ozarks. Why would you waste your time by ever getting doughnuts anywhere else? Do yourself a favor and just go here, and once you do commit to getting your doughnuts here every day. That’s right take the Krispy Kreme challenge and commit to eating a case of doughnuts daily. Your waste-line might not thank you and you will need to buy a commercial scale, but your tastebuds will thank you for the rest of you morbidly obese life.

Tonight I went through the drive-thru and ordered 4 donuts, and some way or another I wound up with the wrong ones. It was a pretty small mistake (no sprinkles on my chocolate iced /with/ sprinkles donuts) but I didn’t check the box til I got all the way home, which was pretty disappointing. I called ahead to ask if they could replace them if I came back, and when I got there they gave me a dozen— 6 chocolate iced with sprinkles and 6 glazed. It totally turned the situation around and made me very appreciative of the crew they had working tonight. Thank you all for your kindness (and for the best donuts around).

This place was so clean!! We stopped in here after a doctors appointment to get a donut and the first thing I noticed was how clean the place was. There donuts and service is always outstanding!

Polite staff, decent prices, clean facilities. However...There has been a heat wave lately and theyre serving sour/rancid milk. I had to get two milks replaced three times each, and only one was tolerable. Four of these six were already expired (personally, I wouldnt care, but the milk itself tasted distinctly spoiled, and one nearly chunky).Talked to three different employees, one who appeared to be a shift manager, but they still kept serving the product, rather than removing it from the shelf and checking it. Concerning, to say the least.But hey, donuts were darn good!

What do you have to do in this town to get a good cup of coffee? Pulled up to drive thru at 9:50, they close at 10:00 and asked for a regular cup of coffee. It wasnt available. Not happy

Nice people BUT .. I ordered 2 dozen glazed. They looked good.but when I bit into one of the Warm ones, it tasted like Rancid oil 🤢. I called to complain and the manager said she didnt know what rancid oil tasted like! 😱😒. I used a gift card for them that I purchased from Sams Club and discovered that Sams Club wont refund gift cards.So... I sent a message to Krispy Kreme Corporate - No surprise they still havent responded to me. Theyll Never receive my business again. I would never intentionally order any food with Rancid Oil. They need to see if the Springfield, MO store is properly breaking down an thoroughly cleaning equipment. Otherwise, any Old oil buildup will cause that rancid oil taste. Ill be spending my money Elsewhere due to No Resolution and for Corporate not caring enough to contact me

Manager was rude, basically threw the box of donuts in my face after their system wasn’t reading my rewards card & I had to show proof of ID to receive my birthday reward. She had an attitude and acted like there was a problem. I love Krispy Kreme, but it’s not hard to show some respect to those that are giving you business!

Employee was cranky about telling my family to put on masks, but not another family. Another employee sneezed on his gloved hand, after he had pulled his mask down. I had to tell someone to tell him to change his gloves. He said i will in a minute, after touching another customers doughnut box.

Im an hour away from the closest location so I try to make a point of stopping when I can. The glazed donuts are melt in your mouth when they first come off the conveyer belt. An hour later, after the drive home, about ten seconds in the microwave makes them melt in your mouth again. Theres a wide variety of filled donuts, Bavarian Cream and Lemon are fantastic. They also sell some specialty donuts like fritters. The only thing I dont like is theyre a little pricey. Since I rarely get a chance to buy them, Im OK with that.The last time I was there, this little guy was outside peeking in. Im pretty sure he wanted a donut, too! You can just see a reflection of the Krispy Kreme sign.

Just left the Springfield location, the female manager there was extremely rude and decided it was appropriate to argue with us and when we told her shes going to lose our business she sarcastically told us to have a great day, and then 2 other customers seen this happen, agreed with us and walked out with us as well. They told us they could not hang us a fresh donut without a mask, even though we would be standing in that exact spot without a mask to order and eat out fresh donut. The manager was very unprofessional, sarcastic, rude, and screamed at us as we were walking out the door, losing 4 customers... I wouldnt even waste my money at a place this unprofessional.

Krispy Kreme has been one of my fav donut places, because it reminds me of the ones back home on my small island. However, I have noticed a common trend after reading some of the negative reviews on here- their service. Ive accepted the fact that Covid has ruined everything for everyone, including getting free fresh donuts from here. But that still didnt stop us from coming in for donuts every now and then when the light is on. But after the lack of service exemplified tonight, I probably wont ever go back.There were a total of 5 employees that I could see. One was helping the customer at the register, another was working the empty drive thru, a supervisor (or maybe manager) talking to two employees that werent on shift, and two other guys doing something else. After choosing our donuts and waiting for over several mins, we still werent approached. No one even acknowledged our presence. The two other guys kept coming back and forth to talk to the two off-the-clock employees. When someone finally looked at me and made eye contact, he turned and started walking away. That did it for me and took my two kids and left for something else.In a customer service field, this location will lose their customers with their lack of service. Please educate them on greeting and people skills.

There is few greater delights than a warm KK donut. Sadly its been several visits since anything offered warm.This time they had warm buns coming off the line. Can I get a couple of those with raspberry filling? Sir, those are empty shells. Well duh!Ended up with a couple cold, crusty glazed that I might as well got at WalMart. Coulda had 6 flavors of coffee though!
