Major problem with Google Assistant App, assistant will not keep your location and your location never leaves your home address and unable to fix it. 3 new phones 50 phone calls 1 visit here and nothing gets done. They play with your settings for an hour then try to order you yet 1 more new phone. VERIZON CUSTOMER SERVICE IS USELESS. PROVE ME WRONG.

Had a 7:00 PM appointment, wasnt even helped by an associate until 7:40 PM. We were rushed out of the store and forced to set up the new iPhone on our own at home, even though we asked them to set it up for us. It was clear they just wanted to get out of the store since they close at 8, which wouldnt have been a problem if we were seen at 7:00 like scheduled.

I came in a few days ago, and in my own incompetance ordered the wrong phone. The agents were very swift in giving a complete solution and helping me through the return process and getting me the phone that I wanted. Everybody that worked with me was very patient and understanding, and very knowledgable. Very great customer service all around, as well as great management in the store: even though it was busy the first time I went, I was helped very promptly. I didnt get his name, but the solutions manager was particularly helpful in assisting me.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU 🙏 😊Im really grateful for the excellent customer service I received today. The representative was very attentive, and chose to help us connect the number to a new iPhone, as I was having difficulty doing it on my own. Scheduling an appointment would mean we have to wait for days, and Maxa (the representative) he was very understanding, and didnt turn us away, even though we did not have an appointment scheduled. He listened to our situation, and patiently, step by step, resolved it on his end, while being a pleasure to talk with. As someone who worked in customer service myself (for over a decade) I will emphasize, that good customer service makes a world of difference.Thank you!

I was waited on quickly! Were have you seen that lately! Was upgrading a phone got a great deal.I was greeted as I came through the door, the customer service rep was fantastic friendly and knowledgable, took care of me right away!! Way to go Verizon! The same can also be said about the phone service as well. Its dark theres dirt but my cell phone still works

Not necessarily just this store its Verizon as a whole, not thatcustomer Care associates 😂...but I guess it is just a Verizon retail store so the bar is set pretty low... There and for the customer service in general... I guess we could hope for Sprint and T-Mobile to give them a run for customer service instead of the big Monopoly

Only posting 1 star since they will not let me input zero. The managers and crew members of this store have the most disgusting attitude toward customers. I went in to purchase a phone and was turned away after I was given authority to purchase a phone through my account. Instead of looking at my proof, the manager there refused to look at corporate emails from Verizon Wireless stating my authority that was cleared the very same day for this very purchase. He cut me off before I was able to finish any of the sentences I made and was very rude and just kept repeating you dont have authority. When I tried to just purchase a phone in general, he again told me I did not have the authority to purchase ANY phone in the Verizon store. I cant believe this branch is corporate, or that it is still open. Disgusting employees, disgusting management, disgusting service. I would be embarrassed to work for this location.

Went to the store to get some help with my daughters account and the answer I got was that there was nothing they could do but for us to call the costumer service our self. I actually went to another store and the personal there was way more helpful they actually called corporate and fixed our problem. Worst costumers Service I ever had, actually there was none, Just avoid going here, I actually thought of cancelling my account and going somewhere else for service after my experience here. After 17 years with Verizon I never experience this horrible costumer service. Definitely training is needed in this store for sure.

We visited this store on a Friday. We showed up ten minutes before they opened so we waited in the parking lot. A few minutes after we got there other people started showing up and lining up at the door. This surprised me because it wasnt black Friday or anything... When they finally opened a minute or two late they had to take peoples names because we were going to have to wait to be helped. The purpose of our visit was to switch me from a flip phone to a smart phone and to port my phone line over from my own personal plan to a pre-existing business account. The associate who helped us was very friendly and told us about how the Google Pixel phone was having a promotion where it was half off and it came with a free case and car charger. That was awesome. However he informed us we had to call into Verizon to port the line over and that was a NIGHTMARE! I was on hold for over half an hour and then I was hung up on multiple times. Eventually he said to give up and try calling in again on Monday when hopefully they would be less busy.

Verizons network is by far the best, and I have to say their retail store here is top notch. You can be in and out with a new phone active and in hand in a half an hour, as opposed to the 2 hours I spend at AT&T for the kids account.

I financed a phone here a Google pixel I had a job discount and I was just asking for the phone without protection or anything just the line so what one of the guys did was he saw that I had a discount so he added protection onto my phone when I said I didnt want it but I never noticed it because of my discount when I finally lost my work discount I noticed the monthly protection on my phone which I never asked for all this so he can get his commission

A Verizon company store, typically well staffed, capable of helping with most issues but frequently deferring even simple usage and account questions to the 800 support team. It can get crowded during after work times.

They put on an over-the-top performance of bubbly smiles when you are buying something, but if you need a little help with an issue they are quick to send you out the door. Five employees and not a single customer in the store (it was snowing out) and not one would even look at the phone. I found the simple solution online later by googling and reading. Despicable business practices.

This store is a mixed bag. Ive been there a total of six times. Three times I received decent customer service eventhough it was crowded. Twice I went there just for the machine teller to make a payment, when the store was practically empty, and both times, I was not even greeted by the several employees who were chatting with each other at the bench next to the entrance; made me wonder if maybe they too, were all on their lunch break.This last time, the store was busy but not crowded, and it took several minutes before I was greeted eventhough it seemed better than well staffed. However, once they did notice I was waiting, they were friendly, and attentive in understanding the issues, as well as efficient and effective in providing solutions.

He went above and beyond expectations by offering me his own phone to contact the insurance carrier and assisted throughout the entire process to ensure my replacement phone was covered and delivered the next day.

If I could put no stars I would. Had to go in here for a problem with my phone, I usually go to the west Springfield one. Every time I go in here horrible customer service and every worker is so rude. Not helpful in the slightest. Would not recommend coming to this location. Its sad when employees for some reason constantly have an attitude and treat you like your stupid. Not happy .
