Julio at the store in Springfield, MA was superb at his job. What a refreshing experience to have a young man resolve my issues in a timely, compassionate, and professional manner. Please don’t waste your time on the phone or online (I spent half the day trying these!).
The kiosk machine has been down for months, it is very inconvenient to wait for staff to wait on you to pay your bill. As a loyal customer since 2012, I am very disappointed with AT&T. I expect to go in pay my bill, and leave, not wait for 22 minutes, corporate needs to fix this, or I am taking my business elsewhere, truthfully!

I came into the store looking to get a new phone as mine was no longer usable. I was greeted and taken care of immediately. I ended up qualifying for promotions and first net and ended up getting a really good deal for all I walked away with. I worked with Bailey - she was awesome, so knowledgeable and made the process super easy. I highly recommend!!!
I received excellent customer service from all the staff I interacted with. I had a scheduled appointment and was helped right away. There was a great atmosphere in the store among all the staff, with customers and each other.
Today we got help and it was great unlike our experience 3 weeks ago where no one wanted to help.

The Boston Road store in Springfield has terrible customer service. 90 minutes to upgrade a phone. Deliberately starting to slow down the transaction even further when I told the person waiting on me named Terell that I had to be out of the store soon to pick up my son. He knew nothing about the products when I asked him to tell me the difference between the different phones and the different iPads. He misquoted what my monthly bill would be by over $100 a month. When I finally was ready to leave, I asked him please make sure he put the receipt for the phone in the bag. He told me that he was going to email a copy as well.He neglected to give me my copy of my receipt .And when I called the store, After I left, the person who answered the phone there was even more arrogant, asking me “ma’am do you have a problem?“ When I asked to speak to the manager he told me that the manager was “out and about“, not knowing when he would return. I asked the name of the district manager and contact info and he told me he did not know who that was. I will never visit that store again or give them my business. After 20 years with AT&T, the same phone number,The rude and arrogant treatment that I received at that store was unacceptable. He needs in serious need training on customer service or perhaps a change in careers.
Simon was very personable and easy to work with. He instantly recognized my needs as a first responder by setting me up with First Net (amazing deal no other carrier can compete with), and made my transition from T-Mobile seamless. He is a true asset to your company and I most likely wouldnt have chosen AT&T if it wasnt for him. I highly recommend.

I originally had Verizon and wanted to switch over to AT&T first net. I had a horrible experience with Nate. I had the iPhone X and was supposed to get the $700 trade-in. That did not happen he had told me I needed to wait so he could speak with his manager and then his manager could not do anything about it so she needed to speak to her manager I just felt like it was a game that just kept on going. He also had told me that I needed to that it was store policy to get the insurance on the whole bundle which included the phone watch and iPad. Mind you we did not get an iPad we just got a Sim card. He also did not tell us that it would have been cheaper to not get the iPad SIM card every month because we did originally tell him that we were not going to use the iPad SIM card at all since we do not have iPads. Just a horrible experience with Nate. I would not recommend seeing him.

My girlfriend and I went here because we had to switch to a new plan with new phones. She had Verizon and I finally convinced her to make the switch to AT&T because they’ve always been great to me. Nathan was the employee to assist us. We both qualify for the FirstNet plan so that’s what we did. We were told that we have to do a bundle with the Apple Watch, iPad SIM card, and iPhone 12, because apparently you can’t just purchase the iPhone 12 on its own. We made it clear multiple times that we were not interested in the added insurance on our devices. Nathan informed us that we have to purchase the insurance for the first 30 days and then we can cancel it if we would like. It sounded pretty fishy but i’ve had AT&T for years and always had good experiences with their employees and I trusted them. I contacted FirstNet after leaving the store and they told me that they never heard of such a thing and the insurance is always optional. I called the store and informed Nathan of that and then he said that it’s a store policy. (Strange because my brother purchased a phone a week prior to this at the same store and was not forced to get insurance). I then contacted the store later on and asked the employee who answered about the “store policy” and they told me that they do not have such a thing and the insurance is optional. After being a loyal AT&T customer for years, I would’ve expected a lot better than an employee lying to me when asked about their services. Really shows that they’re only in it for the money and don’t care about their customers. After this experience, I am already contemplating dropping AT&T and going over to Verizon.

Great customer service, store very well clean. Air conditioning was a blessing since it was 90 outside. Seeing a worker clean and sanitize the seating area after another customer left was very great to see just how much the workers care for both our wellness and their own. Especially when trying to help me understand what to do and how to operate it. I made 3 trips to the store for different matters and they were exceptional. Simon helped me the first and third time. Terell the second and Simon pitched in with Vee the third time. What better compliment than to witness a crew work as a team even when the store was extremely busy, they made customers feel comfortable and aware of the time. Great professional service. Service in here is great, my only complaint is the wait time. The manager of the store (forgot his name!) is very customer centric, and you can tell that his associate enjoy their job.
