This store definitely needs a waiting area and a restroom! After crowding into the store and trying to find a place to stand with a big bag of equipment, I was surprised by Casey, the gentleman that helped me. He was very knowledgeable, answered all of my dumb questions and had me out of there in 10 minutes!

Went to nearby Xfinity store to ask about their cellular plans as I want to drop ATT. There was one customer getting assistance. There were a total of 4 employees in the store. One man took my name and said I’d be next. However, after 5+ minutes none of the 3 employees hanging out had called my name. So I went up and asked if one would help me. Nope, not their job. The woman, who may have been a manager, said they were short handed due to an employee calling off today. Apparently the 3 employees weren’t willing or able to help me with cell phone business. They suggested I could make an appointment…. Bye Felicia.

So of course my bill went up. the promos never last forever. I asked the question to the retention department about if I was a new customer would I pay less and of course I got a very vague answer back that didnt answer the question. Sucks to see only one real provider in the area. New customers be aware that loyalty doesnt mean squat over there in the xfinity world.

We had an Xfinity/Comcast cable hanging too low over our backyard left by the previous owner of our house. We are not currently Xfinity customers, but I contacted the company through Facebook to ask about taking it down. A wonderful technician was at our house within 24 hours to take it down and did so at no cost. SUPER impressed with the customer service at both the local and corporate levels. I completely regret not getting the technician to repeat his name because Id love to shout him out specifically. Thanks, Xfinity team!

Switched carriers, got new phone. Staff members were excellent, and very patient with this non-technee person. Downloaded old phones information, took over an hour to resolve some glitches (mine) and complete crossover switching. Thanks Xfinity.

My customer service representatives name is MATT.Xfinity had mailed me the incorrect self-install parts for our internet upgrade. I was able to visit this local store where Matt had all the parts I needed and was able to exchange them out. He was also able to help me set up an additional service on the spot. This location DOES NOT accept cash transactions.

In all honesty I cannot put zero stars. I have been on the phone with them 6 hours in the last 24 hours and have talked to 14 freaking people and got hung up on 4 times.. Worst service Ive ever experienced in my entire life. I called to change my address how difficult can that be and the people on the phone just literally do not care argued with me, told me to calm down and THEY CANCELLED MY SERVICE, THEN TRIED RUNNING MY CREDIT TO OPEN A NEW SERVICE. Keep your money and buy a firestick or roku!

Ive had internet service for 6 months and half of that time I get bumped off the internet. I reboot and still cant connect. I spend more time rebooting and calling tech support than actually using the service. Ive made appointments and the techs dont show. They buried the cable barely under the dirt that the lawn mower cut it. I had to put the cable in conduit myself. I will never recommend xfinity.

Dealing with Comcast is not something I ever look forward to. I went there wanting to try to lower my bill and was actually successful. Ernesto is the BEST person to work with there. Last year he helped up get set-up with Xfinity mobile and our new phones. Today he helped us lower our cable and internet bill by about $35.

I spent 2 hours on hold with Xfinity yesterday so I went into the store to handle my issue directly. The first employee I spoke with relayed that they couldn’t help me in store, and that I would need to call customer service (insert eye roll). I was about to head out, feeling disheartened, and then JEN/JENNY swooped in and intervened. She handled my issue right then and there and was SO helpful and friendly. Very thankful for her!! Felt compelled to give her the credit she deserves.

Old roommate whos name isnt even on our account, got xfinity at his new apartment and they turned our service off and moved our plan over there instead. Tried multiple times to have it fixed over the phone but they would do nothing. Had to go this store in person with boyfriend to try and get it fixed and they would only let him in. Told me to wait outside or go into Wal-Mart. After an hour and a half there and hours of trying to get it to work at home it still doesnt

Thanks to Shay I am giving a 3 star rating. I was disconnecting my service because even after more than 12 yrs of being a loyal customer, Comcast refused to give me a better deal. I called twice trying to get a better deal within a 6 month period. Both Customer Service Reps said Sorry we dont have any thing better than what you already have. No we cant give you the new customer pricing. Today I walked in with my equipment, stated that I scheduled a disconnect and needed to turn in my equipment. Because of Shay I will remain a loyal customer for at least the next 2 yrs! You might want to consider promoting Shay! Maybe as a Corporate Trainer? Your Call Center Customer service reps could learn a lot from her! Before my visit to this location, I would have given a Negative 5 star rating....If I could. Way to go Shay! You have excellent customer service skills! By the way she saved me $75 per month

That 3rd star has to do with the wait time to finally see a technician/service person.Once that process began, I found a diligent, knowledgeable person across from me. She was extremely helpful. Her concern for my well beingmatched her ability to answer all my concerns. FOUR STARS for her!I left there pleased with my outcome,though the initial wait seemed un-neccesary if Comcast would have more staff employed to serve theircustomers.In that vein, because of the changes inmy services, I had to take a call to verify it. Seems Comcast has gone on the cheap by hiring a foreign country to do customer service over the telephone. I am older, hard of hearing, and unaccustomed to foreign accentswhich made this experience vexing, toSay the least. My service person was very patient with me and we did finallyget it all done. Still, to think that a business like Comcast cannot hire American persons to do customer service is striking. This, a part of receiving three stars in this review.Regan 🧓

After a couple of difficult phone sessions with different people at the call center, I wasnt really looking forward to this visit.There were 3 people working this afternoon. all 3 greeted me even while helping another customer.Andy assisted me with my situation and he was professional and personable. He listened to what I needed to say, explained a couple of options, and took care of me fairly and promptly.His customer service is second to none. I really appreciated it.

I believe Xfinity is not a walk in service. Make an appointment and the service is quick and efficient. Would you just show up at your doctor. dentist or hair stylist and expect service? Probably not, just call ahead, make an appointment.

What I thought was going to be a difficult time turned out to be a very pleasant experience. If you have any cable tv, internet, or mobile phone needs, go out of your way to see Eric. People there very nice, but after getting home we discover that the service that was at the house last week. Had pulled all cable and at some other day he came back and took the box off the house. After going to the store and getting all our stuff, waiting an hour. Not including the hour my husband was on the phone with comcast rep., we still dont have cable.

Pathetic service. I am not able to say enough about how bad the service is here. Called the 800 number and added name to my mothers account and get to store and individual cannot find any notes. Walked into store with mother and they set us up while seated. Went back for equipment and they could not find the order so back too square one. The guy looked st the screen and said I must have not entered it correctly. I asked for manager and response to as she is always late and never on time. Ok finally called corporate again and asked where they put comments. Went back into store explained to workers where to find comments. They found comments and handed me the installation boxes and then informed they did not have the cables to install. For clarity I said then I can not hook up with the equipment they gave me. They said that is correct unless I wanted to go somewhere to buy. What a joke they need to fire the manager and clean house on customer service. What a joke....cancelled order and went to another provider......stay away from freedom drive location.

My original router, which I rent from Xfinity died in less than two years. The new router installed defaults my televisions to the 2.4 GHZ speed (the slower speed) and the 5.0 high end speed for which we pay top dollar for isnt even available to choose. I have spent a total of 12 hours and one 3 hour service call at the house to get this fixed. Before the new router, movies rarely buffered. Now they buffer 15-20 times during a 56-minute program. Its unacceptable. I am not impressed.

Went in to return an unwanter cable box that was sent to me without my consent(along with the charges for adding another TV, again without my consent) was made to wait an hour to verify the removal of the equipment and relevant charges, an operation that should have been five minutes with the front counter person rather than being made to wait for a sales rep. Its no wonder I want to quit with customer service like that.

I went there to get my Xfinity connect app to work on my cell phone the lady tried to sell me a device and sell me data after I told her I already had a Comcast account. Thank God another lady came over and fixed everything also I found out Im getting charged $35 a month for my local channels they are charging me $15 for a broadcast fee and $19 to have the channels I was told they were free with my internet service apparently it was a special I bought AIR TV 2 and a DVR cutting the cord some more now I only receive internet service

They sold me a galaxy a70 and when I paid it off to switch to cricket they have it set up so their devices cant be used else where. The device was recalled and thet did nothing to notify me of this to provide me the free upgrade other a70 buyers were provided.

Came into a very clean and organized store. Was greeted immediately by someone at the front counter, who then sent me over to Joseph Brooks, who would be assisting me with my internet. Joseph has a great personality and FANTASTIC customer service skills. I only came for internet and I made that very clear, but he offered me TV streaming and the home security system, which I decided to purchase. I was having issues setting up my xfinity account online, when he decided to step in and made it happen for me! I am a sales manager myself and I was VERY pleased with my purchase, the offers he gave me and just all over how my visit was handled. Only ended up being there for maybe 30 minutes and he had me all set up! Joseph is clearly a great asset to this company. Will refer friends and family to him in the future! Thanks Joseph!

Service sucked. I tried to just set up WiFi at my home and they heckled me for a good 5 minutes trying to get me to set up home security with them. After repeatedly telling them “no,I just want WiFi”, they weren’t having it and continued to heckle me.Be weary next time you try to do business with them. Because they lost mine in 5 minutes

I am generally not one to complain, but I recently had a very terrible experience with Xfinity/Comcast. They have caused me much financial strain and duress over their mistakes, which they refused to compensate me for, and after I finally had enough and wanted to just cancel the accounts that they were fraudulently using to siphon money from me, they flat out refused to close the accounts using my debit card and close my services and the services of others that I was paying for (I was not supposed to be paying for their services). How this is legal by any means boggles my mind, this was multiple days ago and I still get upset thinking about it, and I am generally very easy going. I will try to be concise in my explanation of events.I had moved houses months ago; my former roommate and I went to Xfinity to close the account and create a new one for my old house (his current) and my new house. For whatever reason, they put my roommate’s name on both accounts (which disabled me from doing anything with the accounts) and they used my billing and phone information for both. I had paid several of his bills, and I was even patient about the first $170 charge they dropped on me, I couldn’t in good principle ask my former roommate for this money, as he was being grossly overcharged (I was there when he took the cable modem back so I know he didn’t have cable). We went to Xfinity a total of four times trying to resolve this issue. Each time was wholly unsuccessful, which I can not understand why as it seems the requests were very simple and straight forward; I wanted my name on the account covering my house, and I only wanted to be paying for my services, not my former roommate’s. On August third, I saw that Xfinity continued to charge me for services that were not mine, so I promptly headed over there for a fifth time. All I was seeking was a closure of my account and to not be paying for my roommate’s services. They refused to close my account, as my roommate’s name was still on it due to their repeated mistakes, and they wouldn’t remove my billing information from my roommate’s account. Considering it is my money and I in no way agreed to be paying his bills, I do not understand how Xfinity could get away with this. I want to reiterate, this was all due to their repeated mistakes, and they refused to cooperate with me in ending this fraudulent activity. Zack seemed more than willing and eager to continue charging me even though I no longer wanted their services and I was wrongly paying for someone else. It was my debit card paying and I wanted the transactions on my card to stop, I know I’ve already stated this, but I just don’t understand how it is legal. They refused to refund me, as even though my name was the bills, my name wasn’t on the account. Zack made me go into Xfinity for a sixth time to resolve this issue. I’ll admit, the last time I was there I was not polite by any means, and I am not proud of raising my voice at Zack, but it seemed to be the only way to just get my account closed. I felt like my card was being held hostage, and I was helpless to do anything about it because they refused to help. All of this has left me very bitter with Xfinity and I would gladly forego internet over ever using their services again. I felt a great deal of financial stress over these extra bills I was paying that were not meant for me. I was at risk of having to sell my car just to cover their erroneous and mistaken bills. Luckily, my bank was very helpful and understanding, otherwise my financial situation may be different story today. I am not seeking monetary concessions from Comcast, I only wish to see this illegal activity stopped.I will gladly cooperate with any further investigation into this.

Dont waste your time switching! While it is nice to be able to speak to a representative rather quickly, no one ever tries to truly understand the issue before giving a standard explanation to rush you along. When signing up, I was told I could use the hotspot app to connect to any xfinity wifi. She sold the idea very well! However, my phone NEVER connects to the hotspots. I am ALWAYS using my data. So I called to see if there was anything I could do. She immediately stated it was an issue with my phone because I had verizon and she couldnt help me. I continued to try and explain the situation because it didnt seem like she completely understood. Well she wasnt ever going to understand because all she did was interrupt me and jump to conclusions before I could finish my sentence. This is only 1 example of the terrible experiences I have had and I switch only 6 weeks ago!! 100% regretting my decision but now Im stuck with it. My internet connection at home is awful as well. I will never recommend xfinity to anyone.
