Went in to help my mother buy a car, but by the time I got there, my mom was already happy with the numbers and how christine was treating her. She signed the paper and we were out of there in a little over 2 hours. Shes a hard worker and is very pleasant to work with!!

I drove an hour out of my way to get here because of a deal I had seen advertised online on their website and on TV multiple times, however, when I get there and finally get to talking numbers, apparently these deals do not exist, even though I had them pulled up. Best response I got was that the website was a third party and of course they couldnt do anything. This is literally a bait and switch. Any business that cannot be honest with their customers does not deserve to have any. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs because of their dishonesty.

SHADY!!! Worst experience! Dont go to this dealership! I went there a month and half ago for a car. When I got there they said the car sold. However, Jordy worked with me in trying to find the car I wanted. We agreed on a the price for the car and the price for my trade in. He told me that it may take some time for my car to ship to the dealership which wasnt a problem for me. 6 weeks later, he finally told me my car arrived. I went, test drove it, then went to secure it and was told the car was 7k higher than what we agreed upon! Which btw I agreed to pay MSRP which I was reluctant even at that, but now they want 7k more then MSRP! I immediately asked Jordy why the price change and he told me the top manager that we dealt with the first time wasnt there so we had to deal with another manager and he said 3 other customers are waiting on the same car and willing to pay more. Great, I have been waiting 6 weeks for the car and we already agreed on the price. Well, the other manager was willing to come down 3k. Um, no, we agreed to a price, thus why you got the car in the first place! I left! Not paying over MSRP and very shady business! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Worst experience ever! Would not recommend going here to buy a car. They did however give me a fair trade value on my car. Atmosphere sucks. My credit was checked twice even though I told my service rep. I had already been approved through my bank. & the price they wanted for the car was ridiculous. -10/10

Haven’t had an overall good experience at Jeff Wyler (on the sales side). However, I had to get my entire fuel system replaced in my leased car this week, and Josh Eshelman in the service department was a class act. He was informative and thorough with me and was unbelievably kind. I really appreciate the outstanding service and while I won’t be back to lease a car from Wyler, I will recommend their service department (and Josh) over and over again. He’s a true asset to your company.

Very good expierence. The vehicle we found and wanted was sold before we could get there to do paperwork. The dealership said no worries we will get you what you want and they did. A little hiccup in the car getting to dealership the day of pickup, but without hesitation they put us in another vehicle to get us home, offered to buy lunch and brought our new vehicle clean, and a full tank of fuel right to our front door. The salesman, Kody was fantastic and would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to buy!

We had a bit of an emergency situation with our Grand Cherokee and the employees at Jeff Wyler were very prompt at diagnosing and fixing the problem. Part we needed was ordered immediately and was installed the next morning. Everyone was very friendly and efficient.

I have had great experiences with the sales. My issue is with the service department. My wifes car was idling very low right after she had some recalls fixed, so she wanted to take it back to them. Before I went in I took it to a local shop where I know the owner personally. He told me it was misfiring so it was most likely plugs. When I took in the car I asked if they were just going to hook it up to the scanner or go more in depth (I had already hooked it up to a scanner gave me misfire codes). Since we were going to be paying $140 I didnt want just codes. I was told very rudely that they would do more than just scanning the codes. When my wife picked up the car all they did was scan the codes which i had already done. I dont like being lied to. And when my wife was given a quote it was ridiculous....$600 to replace plugs and decarb the motor. It took me 20 minutes to change plugs and decarb the motor.

I took my Genesis to have an oil change a a wheel stud replaced. It took over seven hours and in the end, I had to add over a quart of oil and retorque the lug nuts. The service manager made no effort to make things right. I will not be returning.
