So we are from out of state and had to come in very unexpectedly. My moms vehicle would no longer shift out of park, leaving us stranded out of state with no alternate transportation. We were originally supposed to go back to Texas today but that was clearly not happening. We called service right when they opened and Tom told us we should probably tow it in and gave us a good number. We got it towed in, but we’re worried it was a transmission issue and looked at buying a car as well. We were set up with Nick Foster and he was incredible. He was stuck with us all day but was so kind the entire time. The process was a little different since we were from out of state, ad so took a little longer. He even went and got pizza for my mom and brother and I after being there for about 4 hours!! That is just above and beyond. The service guy, Tom, came up and communicated the car troubles with us as well. We went forward in purchasing a new car for my mom with Nick. He was so patient with us. He even helped us move all the stuff from the old car and move it into the new car!! Just awesome. If I was from here, I’d recommend Nick!

I live in Texas but I was in town for my brothers wedding. My 2 year old Explorer had an issue on the day we were supposed to leave and we were stranded and not close to home at all. My parents told me this was a good place to go and it was close to our hotel. We came in and explained our situation. We decided it was best to go ahead and get into a new vehicle. Buying a car is not my favorite thing to do, but buying one when you live out of state brings a whole new level of complications. Everyone was so nice and very helpful. Our salesperson Nick Foster was great! He worked with us and knew we didn’t have another mode of transportation here in town. He even went and bought us lunch. Such a nice man. He worked with me and my husband who was back in Texas and helped us get the best deal we could. Steve Snodgrass in financing was also great and explained what needed to be done once we get home. Nick even helped us unload my old vehicle into the new one. Thanks again guys for going above and beyond and making our really stressful situation as easy as possible.
I buy vehicles here and given 5 stars. I have my truck services done here and give 5 stars. I went to the parts department today, for another truck that I have. The parts guy (medium height, slightly stocky, goatee, and glasses, believe his name was Bryan) had such a superior, smart aleck, I don’t have time for you attitude, I left and went to Republic Ford to get my parts. Who by the way were great!
Corwin was very helpful in my car buying experience. The moment I went in I was greeted by everyone. David Tice helped me in looking at any car I asked about and was even willing to help once I told him I was not buying a car that day. I never felt pressured into buying a car I didnt want. When I went back in he was very helpful and patient figuring out the numbers.
2 weeks after we purchased our truck we had an issue. We did not purchase the extended warranty as there were only 52k miles on a 2018 Dodge Truck. Our past experiences with Dodge were extremely good. After a FREE diagnosis from Corwin Ford, turns out the module was bad for the ABS brakes. After discussions between us and the GM, we came to the agreement to split the cost. We took the truck to Corwin Dodge for repairs. The staff there were very knowledgeable and courteous. In the Spring, when we are ready to purchase a car, it is highly likely that we will visit Corwin Dodge of Springfield.
I just bought a new 2022 F250 SD through Corwin. The entire process was great. Starting from the building and ordering the truck, to the delivery day. The entire process was about as good as it can get. Alejandro was a great person to work with during the process. He was informative and helpful during the entire process. 10/10 would recommend.
Corwin knows how to sell cars. I was given Hobsons choice. I was shown one car take it or leave. It turned out to be a pretty good choice. Availability is crazy now with no new cars and almost no used cars. They picked out a . year old Jeep Renegade which is built on a Fiat 500x platform in Malfi Italy.I like the car and it seems to be in super good condition. Nice ride. On the plus side it is amazingly up to date and very sophisticated with all the electronic bells and indicator lights. On the negative side, it is a case of Honey I shrunk the car. Not nearly the room of my trade-in Ford 2010 Escape.The sales team were superb in arranging financing.
These guys are a joke. I would highly recommend going to another dealer. Ive bought several Ford trucks from different dealers and Corwin is the worst by far. It took 25 minutes for an inexperienced sales person to sit with the managers upfront and laugh it up only to come back and rudely say 3 more people were asking for the keys and to take it or leave it. Terrible sales tactics!!! I realize this is a sellers market but dont get too cocky! What goes around comes around. AVOID!!! I would be more than happy to discuss my experience with the owner.

Our salesperson Sonny Cropper went above and beyond to get us into a vehicle, from the second we pulled into the parking, to the second we drove away with our new vehicle. Never once did he make our conversations with him feel awkward or lacking, as he was always very charismatic and laid back during the whole process. He went out of his way and worked very hard to get us into a ride, and made sure to communicate with his managers about our needs. He made sure to keep open communication with us about everything that was going on, from what all was needed to sign on the car, to something as minor as when the car would be done with detailing. We had been to a couple other dealerships as well, however, Sonny was the only salesman we had met that made me feel completely comfortable while around him. From here on out, Sonny will have us as loyal customers, and we will always refer friends and family to him. I was very impressed with how he perfectly balanced out being a professional, as well as being easy going at the same time. The BEST salesman we’ve ever dealt with, hands down.
I have been doing Business with Corwin Ford for just over 3 years now. I bought a 2018 Ford Focus SEL from them, and after being informed through other means of the known issues and recalls of the car, they were extremely professional about informing me of the warranties regarding the specific parts and replacing them when they needed replaced. The car has been very good to me since I’ve had it, and recently I brought it in to replace the clutch and they gave me a clutch and a radio (also to be replaced) with a two year warranty outside of my extended warranty. When I say that I won’t do business with another dealership as long as Corwin stands, I am true to those words. They’re extremely friendly and professional from their sales team to their service team. I will never recommend any other dealer but them!

I normally don’t say much, but what a horrible experience. Called them 2 weeks ago to get my truck looked at and Tom the service writer told me to bring it up on Nov. 1 and they would look at it. I got there early to my appointment and Tom then proceed to till me to leave it for a couple weeks then he would get to it. I stated I only have this truck as my only vehicle and he said tough luck if you want to get it service here. I thought other should know how they operated here not to mention not sure why you would make an appointment to be told what they told me when all that could have been discussed over the phone!!
I went in thinking there would be no way I would be able to get out of the vehicle I was in. I found a vehicle I was interested in online and Morgan reached out to me that same night. We set up an a appointment to look at one vehicle and it was determined that it wasnt the one for me. The one that was offered instead, was a better vehicle all the way around. The wait for the approval was not made uncomfortable in the least. He made sure that we had everything while we were waiting for everything to materialize. This was my first experience at Corwin and it was absolutely the best. We were promptly greeted by Nick Foster in the parking lot when we arrived. He went back and forth with finances (along with Chad, I believe this was his name, the Manager) to get us the rate that we wanted/needed. Terrible, terrible Service Department. Our Advisor doesnt return calls, they didnt reset the Needs Oil Change warning, and didnt even replace the oil change interval sticker. We spent a total of $1,995.00 on repairs, maybe those who spend $2,000.00+ get treated properly? It looks like Republic Ford will get all of our future business.

This was a great experience, like working with old friends. We broke down in Springfield, bought a new truck and drove it back to El Paso, TX. We would love to buy another one from them in the future.
On August 17 I dropped my car off for a diagnostic issue and the works (oil change, tire rotation, etc.). When I picked it up the next day, I thought everything was taken care of. Then, this weekend (just 2 1/2 weeks later) my husband started trying to take the wheels off of the same car to change the brake pads. All the rims except one are stuck to the rotors, just from rust, dirt, general wear and tear. It has taken him several hours to do a simple job just because of the time trying to just get the tires off. We have been taking our cars to corwin for a couple of years for the oil change/tire rotation deal. Clearly, all this time they have never bothered to actually do the tire rotation even though that is part of the package we are paying for because if the tires had been rotated every few months, they wouldnt be this stuck and especially not 2 weeks after having been rotated. No one mentioned this when we picked the car up or bothered to call to let us know they couldnt get the tires off before or after we picked it up. The invoice states changed engine oil and filter. Rotated tires. Topped off fluids. but unfortunately all of this was not actually completed.
Nick was hands down the best to deal with. Made it stress free and worry free. Super friendly and did the best he could do to get the price we needed!
*PLEASE READ* I live in Columbia, the dealership is in Springfield (3hr drive). Most dealerships won’t discuss pricing or deals via phone. Always some appointment needed type deal. Well my sales man and sales manager made me a deal over the phone and everyone benefited. I drove down the following day, picked up the car and couldn’t be more happy. They also understood my 3hr drive and so they had all the paperwork ready and the car good to go. It was overall incredible and easy. Almost too easy, it took me longer to type this out than it was to get through finance and sign the papers! Superb dealership and as a multi car owner/buyer, I’ll be back.
Beware- The service department is at least a couple of days behind.They may not tell you that. I tried several days to call, left several messages no one ever called me back to set up an appointment. I finally went online to set it up, got it all set up for a certain time and a certain day only to get there and them tell me I would have to leave it for a few days because they couldn’t get to it. For one fix. I don’t know that I would’ve minded that, but I only have one vehicle and because of Covid they aren’t letting people borrow other cars. What bothers me and what I’ve seen other people post about is the lack of communication. That should have been told to me when I booked the appointment, or someone should’ve called me so that I just didn’t show up one morning expecting to wait a couple of hours for it to be fixed. Why set up appointments? The whole point is to have that time blocked off for you. It might be a good idea to set up no more appointments for two or three days until everything is caught up, then accept appointments again. Or have our name and number and just call us when you can take our car. I would gladly have driven it over then.

Mixed feelings. Wasnt bad but wasnt great. I did feel pressured to buy or put money down to hold the vehicle. Wouldnt leave my wife and I alone in the vehicle to discuss on our own. Bit of advice would be to not oversell the vehicle especially when the clients tell you theyve already had one and know everything about it. Also give some room to breathe and discuss it on our own. Nice people though.

I went there to purchase a used truck I have been shopping around other dealerships were giving me great options low down payment low monthly payment and was willing to work with me very easily on whatever truck I wanted for some reason I was stuck on a certain truck that was there a 2013 Ford F150 four-door Limited addition they told me that it hadn’t been through the inspection process or the 171 point inspection or detailed yet but I would have to wait because they could not sell it yet but I had to put money down they made me write a $3600 check then that day made me wait over two weeks so that they was waiting on parts. Then said I went in to see what the deal was because I was ready to get the truck they made me give them 3600 my trade-in core value of 2000 the truck was not even ever detailed and they would not tell me what was wrong with it my payments are extremely high they never return my car what they said I bought it the three weeks ago and it hadn’t even been put through inspection so how can I buy a truck that hasn’t even been entered in their inventory so that was the date of purchase after having the truck for one week it started raining like horrible the engine blew up and I sat for over

I went in to have my oil changed before a trip to New Mexico. The service desk wasnt friendly. When they called my name they just took my card for payment and handed my receipt. Nothing more said. I asked if I could have the inspection report. He said ok, then handed it to me and nothing more said. Not a goodbye or have a good day. Then when I read the report it said I needed an alignment. Why wasnt this told to me? I would of had them do it or scheduled an appointment, why wouldnt they want anymore money from me? This is not the worst of it. I went on my trip and just as I got to Texas the car started over heating. I pulled over and found that the cap to the coolant reservoir was sitting under the hood by the windshield wiper. When they went to top it off they never put the cap back on! It was memorial day and I couldnt find a dealership open to take it to. This was a nightmare. I called the service department and left a voicemail for the manager and he never called back. I cant recommend this place. My whole experience with them has been horrible.
Ashton Jarrett was our car salesman and he is fantastic at his job. Hes very polite knowledgeable and willing to do whatever he has to do to help you. Not only that he follows up with you even after the purchase to see how things are going. When I buy my next car I will be buying it from him.

Got the truck fixed but communication was horrible. I didn’t hear back from them for a few days after the truck was dropped off and then when I called back to ask for a loaner as they were going to have it for a few days I never received a call back on it. When they finally got the truck fixed I received a call asked if they were able to look at other stuff that I had concerns on. They did but said they didn’t find any other issues but on the paperwork it is clearly noted that they found stuff and when asked why they didn’t say anything they said it wasn’t time to replace them. It would have took them the rest of the day or one more day to fix the issue and would of got it all taken care of but now I have to schedule another day to take it back in. Just communicate with the customer and give them the option to get it taken care of now or wait. Sometimes it is easier to get it taken care of while you already have the vehicle then it is for the customer to schedule another day.
Darin Parsons was great at getting me my vehicle 10/10 would go back. It was a great and easy process and I felt very well taken care of.

I highly recommend Jeremiah next time your in the market for a new or used vehicle.Updated 5-22-21 nothing against the sale rep, he was great but the service department could use some help. A couple months ago I took the new car in for the oil change and the next week the rotors were warped, I left a bad review and the service manager called wanting to make it right. I took the car in and they basically said that the rotors were warped and to thin to turn and the pads were worn out and said they would have to replace them all. Fast forward, I ordered new rotors and pads for front and rear, today I installed and to be surprise the rotors were not to thin to turn and the pads still had well more than 50% life. From what I can find and may be wrong but it looks like the minimum thickness for the front rotors is 24mm and most of what I’ve found they should be able to be turned at least once and sometimes 2 times. I’m beginning to think that the service department at Corwin Ford is a bunch of crooks, unfortunately I still have another years worth of free oil changes so I guess I’ll have to endure them until that’s over. Note to self, don’t do the complementary tire rotation.

As a customer, I felt like a valued guest, and my car a top priority at every turn in a very stressful, complicated engine replacement.I purchased my 2017 Ford Edge in September 2020 with 24K miles on it from a rival Ford dealership in the Ozarks. And in July 2021, on a roadtrip to Gulf Shores from Springfield, the check engine light came on. It drove back fine, but we were encouraged by a OReilly Auto Parts store to get it checked out when we returned home.My mechanic checked the engine light, and it was determined there was a TSB (known issue) related to the long engine block. He sent me to Corwin, where a service tech confirmed the next day that I, indeed, was going to have to replace my engine. The part was set to arrive in 3 weeks, and the repair itself took 3-5 business days.I was out of a car for a month, and Corwin had no loaners to offer. It was a lot of bad news.But Sam, a service advisor, and Jane, a scheduler over the loaner car program, did not stop working and advocating for me to get my car repair quickly and me back in a vehicle.5 days later, Jane calls and says that theres a loaner car for me -- with 1,400 miles, or weeks for me to be able to drive it. This car was reserved for me specifically because she knew I needed a car for my job (I drive a lot of in-town miles), and she held onto the keys for me to pick it up the next day.Then Sam calls and tells me my car is ready -- a full MONTH before I anticipated. Absolute bananas.Somehow, Sam and Corwin were able to secure my long engine block parts, difficult to do in a pandemic, and get the repair done lightning fast. Sam drove the car to my door because my foot is broken, and my car was even washed when it was delivered to me.And because of Fords Powertrain warranty, the entire repair was FREE. Thousands of dollars and weeks of time saved for me and my family, all because of Sam and Jane and the entire five-star team at Corwin Ford.I didnt buy my last Ford from Corwin, but my next Ford will be. Im a Corwin customer for life.
I have called multiple times, on multiple different occasions. Was rerouted to the Service department, and not a single time has someone answered me and I have never received a call back to any of my voicemails. Take your business elsewhere, where they treat you with respect and professionalism.

I recently purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer at Corwin from Nick Foster. He is by far the BEST salesman I have ever met. I don’t think I will ever buy another car from anyone ever again. We went in knowing what we wanted to pay and he didn’t try to change our minds or push us at all. He respected us and treated us like family. Stayed late and contacted us later that week to make sure everything was still doing great. It just so happens that one the door panels needed fixed and Nick told us to come in later that week (which was only 3 days) and that would check it out. When we got there, Nick met us outside got us right in and fixed us up. Since we were already there, the cornwin team just found out about a recall on my car and fix it for me. First and foremost, my overall experience was not negative. Initially I dealt with Morgan in the sales department. He is a great guy that really works hard. I appreciate that. You can tell right away that he’s a “go-getter.” He answered my questions and worked to make a deal. He was really good leading up to my arrival at the dealership. After we shook on a deal I was passed to Andrew Ivory. Andrew is in the finance department. Andrew was cordial and we had a few good laughs. When it came to the paperwork, Andrew rushed this process despite my intentions to gain more information. When it came time to purchase an extended warranty I was extremely reluctant. Andrew was insistent that he wouldn’t drive off the lot without one, yet I asked several times if the vehicle had an existing warranty. His response was, “I believe you have some left.” In my ignorance I was thinking 3 year/ 36,000 miles. This vehicle is now 3 years old so I purchased an extended warranty. After leaving I realized I should have been more insistent on finding out how much warranty my vehicle had left from the manufacturer. It has 4 years and 59,000 miles left. I was frustrated by this and immediately made contact to cancel the warranty. Moral of the story is make these guys slow down and explain every detail. This is monotonous to them because they do it every day, but it’s in those details that you could potentially lose thousands of dollars. I don’t feel like I got a super great deal on the car, but the market is high and I’m happy with the vehicle. I wanted to give this review a lower rating, but I shook hands with Morgan and promised him a 5-star review for his hard work. I will keep my word. I would buy another car from Corwin, but I can promise that I will not leave without knowing every single detail.

Brody was the absolute best salesmen I have ever worked with. He was diligent, honest and professional. I skipped out on BMW, Audi, Land Rover and Porsche to buy a car from him. Without a doubt the BEST interaction I’ve ever had. So happy with my new Raptor, I wouldn’t have wanted to spend money on anything else or through anyone. I purchased a used car at Corwin Ford in Springfield, Missouri. I new what I wanted because I saw it online. The salesman, Ashton Jarrett, found the car right away. He was so kind and helpful. My husband uses a walker and needs some assistance. Ashton was very helpful. He explained everything on the car inside and out. He answered all my questions. He helped with all the paperwork and helped set up financing. We couldnt have asked for a better person to help us. We drove away with the car I had been searching for. It is beautiful and I am beyond happy about it.
Called multiple times, spoke to the very professional reseptionist three times, left two voice mails for the service advisor (mechanical) twice and received not one returned returned call. Sales department may be excellent, but but the General Manager needs to review the service department and leave the Im sorry, were looking into this matter emails in someone elses email bin me
I hate the experience of purchasing a new car. It feels me with a sense of dread as It takes most of my day, and most car salesmen have a well-earned negative reputation.But thats why Im leaving this review.I purchased a vehicle last weekend at Corwin Ford in Springfield, MO, and I want to share that it wasnt a horrible experience.Did it take a large chunk of my day? Yes. But they were much quicker than dealerships Ive purchased from in the past.Did I feel uncomfortable? A little, but I didnt feel pressured. A lot of a car-buying experience comes down to two people: 1) the initial salesperson and 2) the sales manager. Both of the individuals I worked with were cool. They were easy to get along with. They didnt pressure me with sales tactics.Corwins vehicles are priced competitively. I compared at autotrader.com and kbb.com before even showing up to Corwin. That said, the sales manager was willing to work with me and my budget.Was Corwin perfect? Of course not, but I enjoyed my experience there more than any other dealership Ive purchased from.If you want a smart, hardworking, easy-to-get-along-with salesman, Nick (Foster?) was who I worked with.

I should have learned my lesson the first time they lies to me when purchasing a vehicle. I gave them a second chance and its been nothing but a nightmare. They will smile and make promises to get the sale, but after sale support is a joke. Its such a disorganized mess that their sales force is left lying and covering things up. Even when its Ford warranty issues this dealer cannot seem to get their act together. Im tired of the lies and wasting my time.

Every experience at a dealership takes longer than you expect. That being said, I highly recommend this dealership and specifically their salesman Ashton Jarrett. Ashton was very accommodating to what my family and I needed and treated us like true friends throughout the entire process. Never pushing for a sale and never rushing to make a quick buck. The next time either myself or a loved one is in need of another vehicle or service he can provide, I’m going to call Ashton.
Large friendly staff. Deal in balk so sales staff are not into pressure as they are not making commission. At least that is what we were told. My daughter bought a used SUV for a good price when we mentioned we already had financing lined up they asked if we wanted a to see if they could do better. Felt no pressure we to do so.

The Salesperson, Brien, was very informed and great.Your website is something else. I went to the website just to look. The next thing I know my e-mail box was bombarded with all types of representatives wanting to sell me a car. I did not like this.

I live a good distance from Corwin ford (2hr) so i began my shopping online. Mr. Spitz contacted me after my inquiry and was great through the entire process. I was able to text him questions at any time. With a busy schedule this was very handy. Once i felt comfortable about the vehicle i started the loan application online on my phone and Mr. Spitz helped with all that also. Once my schedule allowed me to come into the dealership Mr. Spitz welcomed my wife and i in a friendly manner and had most all the paperwork ready for us. Mr. Spitz came in on his day off, treated my wife and i with the utmost respect and got us in an out in a speedy manner. Mr. Spitz allowed us to keep his cell number on us and has responded to questions since the sale. Overall this experience was great. Mr. Spitz was a friendly and respectful salesman and went above and beyond to make my wife and I comfortable with this sale. We enjoyed our experience with Corwin Ford and i LOVE my new 2021 Ford Ranger.
