I just got quarters for laundry, but the change machine did not let me down! Very easy to use! Im extremely grateful for this place! Without it I wouldnt have been able to do my laundry since every other place I went to just would NOT give up ANY quarters! 😁

Really liked this self service car wash, frequently used it. However, today the manager decided he was going to use the leaf blower to clean the lot and was literally blowing all the trash, dirt, leaves, and small rocks right at my car, door open. When asked to not do that, the response was “you saw me working”You saw me putting money in your machine, uh hello!!!

*UPDATE: 9/4/21*Presoak was totally empty… is this place even being kept anymore? First it was the removal of the automatic bays and vacuums, now no presoak. Was not like this when the old owners (Show-Me Clean) were here. What gives?Cant say much about this place, seeing as they have removed their automatic car wash machines. They were the best in town. I do hope they decide to put new ones in. Anyways, I have used their self-serve bays before. They are great, high pressure, hot water, good soap. Gets car very clean and spot free with spot free rinse.

The owner or manager tries really hard to keep the place clean and does a really good job. The equipment worked perfect the only complaint is that the vacuum is a dollar and it doesnt last very long at all

This, in my opinion, is the best non automated car wash in town. I come here to get those little things that my favorite automated car wash may occasionally leave on the car. Well worth the price and they accept card, bills and coins.

The machine said it accepted $10 but it actually couldn’t. Unfortunate but we used card. The exit to leave was pretty narrow for my truck and visibility was low

One vacuum cleaner has great section the other ones not so much wasted my money then I pulled into the car wash and they werent accepting coins could have been me having a bad day but I was not happy with my experience

The employee approached me and banned me from using the car wash after I threw away a bag and a half of trash, apparently they have trash limits, he was completely rude during my time of using the vacuums and throwing away trash he was constantly spraying me with water and being a douche to everyone there would NOT recommend

Normally a good place to wash the car but an employee sprayed the grime right off the parking lot onto my previously clean car. When I stood in front of my vehicle and wiped it down he continued to spray towards my vehicle and even got some on my boots and jeans. Was just there to use the vacuum. Probably has nothing to do with it BUT I am a Black Man. Since its obvious that the employees are rude or they dont want my money they have no worries. But, Im a Springfield native so I can get my word of mouth going. For a little while... 😎

Hurricane Bay Carwash is one of my favorite carwashes. The place is clean, easy to get in and out of, good water pressure, and good amount of soap to get your car clean.

It was big enough to fit my van...my new favorite car wash...dont use the vacuum its a dollar for about 5 mins which sucks

For less than $5 or 6 I can get my car clean without the worry of damage from automatic carwashes. They have automatic doors to block wind blowing through bays. They have automatic bays if you want that.

I used the automatic car wash in the whistle stuff all over my car it didnt even really touch one side of my car. Dont use it!

2nd time in a row that I have gone there recently and the air dry option didnt work at all or blow strong enough to be worth the time in money you have to use for it to be effective.Pick your stall carefully. Even though Im pretty sure its against the rules, people bring their off road vehicles and trailers to rinse off chunks of mud and debris which can get on the hoses as you maneuver through the stall which can then get on your clean vehicle or you have to spend money in the machine to rinse the stall out before you start so your clean tires dont run through leftover mud and sling it behind your clean fenders and quarter panels.I like the fact that the bay terminals not only take change and bills, but also credit cards.If it werent for the blowers not working and the dirty stalls, I would give it 5 stars.

I just stopped in to wash my floor mats and some carpet squares that I use in my truck did it cost me $5 two floor mats and four carpet squares. The trash cans were overflowing the vacuums barely suction.

They keep this place clean. Always have change in the machine. Always have the soaps, waters & brush working.I like coming here BUT....today the hose was spraying water all over me. If I knew I was gonna take another bath I would have brought my bathing items 😁This place deserves 5 stars but it got 3 bc of the hose.Its the 1st bay near the change machine.

It was horrible I use my vehicle to make money and needed a late night vacuum and there was no suction with any of the vacuums. Very disappointed ☹️!!!

Everything I used was functional there I would have gave it five stars but they dont have tri-foam for your clear coat. Its 2020. The people have spoken. Give us tri-foam man.

Decent little place to wash your car. I personally like washing my car myself so I enjoy the separate stations. They also have a vending machine with different items to clean your car.

Reasonable prices with closing doors to keep wind from blowing water back on you and a hand held air dryer to blast those spots off

My favorite carwash. Clean. Very visible from the street. Would consider it one of the safest carwashes for people worried about their personal safety. Highway patrol three blocks away. Do NOT use the automatic car wash. I gave it a try when my car was lightly soiled. Long story short, I had to wash it again.

If you use a CC the machine takes about 10 pushs on the button to get it to stop. A majority of time they never wash down the bays. I told the employee today I washed down the bay and he acted like it was no big deal.

Been thru several times lately. One of the sprayer does not rotate on the outside lane of the automatic wash. I can live with that for a $5 wash, but upon reviewing my bank statement, I have been charged $10 for every wash. They dont even have a $10 option. I really wish I could attach a screenshot to this review so everyone can see I am for real! This is also the only location without a phone number to call with issues, so I will be trying to get in touch with the owner in person.

Best self serve carwash in springfield. Nice pressure. Puts out nice thick soap and rinses off well. Even has a big hand operated blowdryer so u can blow dry your car so as to prevent spotting coin operated competitive price. Great car wash

I use this car wash a lot and I am usually pretty happy with it because its the only touchless on the north side of Springfield. But tonight I checked my bank account after I left and I was charged $10 when I pushed the $7 one. I see in the reviews Im not the only one this has happened to. There isnt even a $10 option. Also, my bank statement said it was at the Marshfield location when I used the one on Kearney.

Went this morning to clean in auto wash to get salt and dirt from rain off. Scanned my card for the wash, pulled in and stopped when the light turned red. Got a light spray of water and then the exit door opened. I say there waiting for a few seconds and NOTHING happened! Paid 4 dollars for nothing. Theres not even a way to complain and try to get my money back. Will NOT be returning... Checked my bank account and was charged $10 not just $4, and all phone numbers u can find are no longer in service. Do NOT go here....

Everything from the power washers to the brushless automatic car wash are in alright condition.Brushless automatic car wash doesnt work as well as others Ive been to around town for similar price. Better off spending the same money washing manually.

Clean, and it had some very useful amenities. Such as a hand dryer to dry off my bike.

Just vacuumed the car out, but the vacuumes are actually good working vacuumes and werent outrageously priced. They ran long enough that it only took a couple of times through, which made the price agreeable. I have used the wash before, and its just as good as any other manual wash! (I.e. you do the work!).

This is one of the worst car washes in town. Soap seems to be diluted to the point it doesnt clean well. The wheel and tire wash didnt work along with presoak. I wont waste my money there again.
