The worker in the store was friendly and helpful with my selection.

This location seldomly stays open for advertised hours. The employee just decides they wanna go home and leave. Reputable businesses adhere to posted hours of operation. Just stay closed if youre not going to operate during posted hours. Heaven forbid your staff stay til close but nah they gotta go get high with the homeless.

The associate was so polite and helpful went to pick up beer 🍺 for a friend Ive never bought beer not sure 🤔 the associate came from behind the counter and perceived to teach me the difference instead of just grabbing it, I think he found my lack of knowledge of beer quite and he made sure I grabbed the correct one and my friend stayed brand to a beer drinker IS important. Thank you

I was craving a specific beer that I havent been able to find anywhere in Springfield...the guy working went above and beyond for me by looking to see if any other Brown Derby stores had it. No such luck. But he didnt stop there, he helped me out by making a list of places I should check at to see if they possibly had it.Great service is always a huge plus in my book. Even though I have a Brown Derby down the street, Ill drive the extra few miles to this one from now on.
