Card transactions under $7 will incur a 35¢ surcharge, as cards are not free for merchants to process. Healthy selection of beers and wines, and a discount display with out of season products sometimes deeply discounted for quick sale.The store owners are also sassy and its great! You will find a wall of fake IDs that kids have tried to use to purchase alcohol. There are also announcements posted on the door that are always delivered in a hilarious smartass fashion - e.g. a notice about panhandlers signed Eric Cartman.

Was sold a defective product tried outside and told to buy another. They will sell defective products. Try everything before you step a foot outside. The cashier acted like it was a common occurrence and seemed amused it happened to me.

Had my smokes but charged an extra 30¢ for card use. Ive been n business for many yes & never passed card fees on to a customer, I think its n bad taste. It only costs me 3% on a charge.

Bought a cigar from them. Noticed it was stale after 15 seconds of walking out of store. Never opened the cigar. Tried to get an exchange said no. My money is too good to give to a company that doesnt care. Dont shop here if you like good customer service and fresh things.

The lady was rude. Thought my ID was fake, even though I am 24 years old. Refused my purchase while rolling her eyes in the process. Although I had multiple debit cards, other forms of ID, and my social security card that she would not even consider looking at. Oh and when I tried to explain this to them through their Snapchat app, they blocked me so I could no longer contact them.

They have a small selection of alcohol and a descent selection of smokes. The thing that gets me is the overwhelmingly rude staff.There are one or two guys who are friendly but the majority of staff are unbelievably rude. Dont expect a, thank you and have a nice day. Youre lucky if they can put their cell phone down long enough to ring you up.I always say, Thanks. Have a good one. Most times Im met with a blank stare.Then there was the time that the guy looked at my ID and proclaimed, This aint you bro!. Well thanks guy. I know Ive gained some weight and grown a beard. Sorry, you didnt find a new one for your fake ID wall of shame. You can imagine how the rest of that experience went down. Not good.Would it kill you to teach your staff some basic manors when dealing with customers?

My friends and I come to this shop all the time. Normally we come in, get what we want and go. Today however some heavy set man decided to tell me he wouldnt sell me my liquour unless I put my phone down. I wouldnt have minded accept it was a collect phone call to my boyfriend in prison. EVERY SINGLE MINUTE I PAY FOR. when I explained this to him he got even more rude with me. Sorry but cheap liquor isnt grounds for blatant disrespect. I am absolutely appalled by the way I was treated. He couldnt have been more rude to me. I am choosing to come into this shop and spend my hard earned money. If Im gonna be disrespected I will not be back, and all my friends wont be back either. Yall need to adjust something. Now.

Never had a problem there. been going there for well over 6 months, almost daily for our smokes and my beer. Never had an issue taking my money, not once. Until this afternoon I had a coupon for a pack of camels and needed a pack of Marlboro Menthol. after the 2 dollar coupon, the 2 dollar bills i had. the remaining balance was 5.76. I tried to pay with quarters i had but she refused because it was more than 20 coins. That does not compute with me.I hope the lady in the morning is the Owner, if not...lmao. Never walk in there again. Plus the store is small with hardly any walking space because of all the beer and liquor the have for the college kids.

Has standard variety of beer, wine and liquors. The tobacco is standard packs, some cigars, and minor selection of roll-your-own tobacco supplies. Low us not nice employeys or owners and prices fly up during new college semesters ive noticed on beers, like several dollars more, than walmart. Its overall just a convenient place to get in and out with what they offer for around down town and MSU area.

The prices are fantastic, but that’s the only positive thing about this place. Worst service of any business in Springfield!! The staff consists of employees that don’t care at all about their job or the customers. This place really needs to rethink its customer service policies.

This place will charge you a fee if you spend less than $7. What? Are you kidding me? Who does this? Dont give me that crap about, you have too...No one else does that crap in town. Rude staff, they charge you 50 cents of you use a card which is illegal. They also only except 20 coins for purchases which is also illegal. If you have the money to buy something even of its coins only they have to except it no excuses! No one should go here unless you want to get ripped off by scammy fraudulent people.

I was there during a torrential downfall of rain on foot. I asked if I could wait under their awning until the rain and was shocked when the clerk told me no and suggested I wait in the outdoor patio of the bar next door.
