You know, I have heard for years that service centers & garages screw you over. This is definitely not the case here. They care about your vehicle as it was theres!! Outstanding work & great customer service. US Automotive is the place that you will want to take your vehicle. They will help you with the repairs & help arrange financing. If I could give them 6 stars, I would!! My recommendation would be the great employees at US Automotive. Terry is great & the mechanic; Jack, who did the work on our vehicle is awesome. Thank you!!
EDIT TO RESPOND TO OWNER COMMENT:I took my van to the Kearney location. It was in the shop under my husbands name. I brought it in to replace the pulley. I was charged $150 for diagnostics. Your shop called my half deaf husband for the go ahead to replace the alternator when we had never had a problem with it...he had no idea what you had said, he couldnt hear. The total bill was almost a thousand dollars. Do not imply that Im a liar, I have my invoice. It shows, plainly, that I brought it in to have a pulley replaced.
Broke down on a road trip on a Friday afternoon and stopped here. They didnt have a tech available to get us back on the road, but they were very helpful in calling around and finding us another mechanic who could get us back on the road. Even let us use the bathroom! Very kind service and much appreciated!
I was allowed to finance the balance due for getting my car back to how it was when I took it to this establishment. What they dont know is that I had a before and after my visit qualified mechanic update me on work done. Mind you I drove my car to work 3 nights a week for a month-and-a-half after local mechanic replace plugs, seals and gaskets and said 3rd cylinder needed diagnosed. Long story short they did not put in the gaskets and seals on the engine that the invoice describes AND even neglected putting all the bolts back in as well as screws holding plastic moldings. I was able to drive the car back home, to the gas station, and around the block before it gave up the ghost crawling back into my driveway where has not been driven since. I figured Id get a little more than 5 miles for my $750 bill!
Alright, stop what are you doing and read this please. Whatever mechanic might have told you in the past about your vehicle, dont listen to them. The mechanic and the receptionist here are the real MVPs. They helped me with mechanical work I knew was an issue, and they took care of it! Really quick, reliable, and knowledgeable crew at the shop. Highly recommend you stop in for any questions or concerns. They really do know cars!
500% markup from retail (not there price ) plus 200% higher than other labor quotes. I understand making $ but when I only make $10 and drive a 10 yrs old car. GET REAL
Went to have a new battery put in and alternator looked at. The shop charges $118 per shop hour. At the time of this posting the dealership hourly shop rate is $122. They performed a 90 point inspection without permission or request. Cost of alternator at autozone was $67 Cost of battery at walmart was $48. The cost to replace both at this shop was over $900.Go somewhere else.

I have been having my vehicles serviced for 45 years and the service from US Automotive on Kearney was some of best. Kimberly went out of her way to take care of me. The work was as promised, extremely fast and priced fair. I will be back.
OMG!!! Kimberly is the best!!!! she is so sweet and very helpful. They staff are knowledgeable and kind. They were also very quick. I dropped my car off before my shift, she called and stated when it was done and told me what the mechanic recommended for my car. I will def be going back hands down this is my new place for my automotive needs.

Kimberly was very kind not only over the phone but in person too. I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Though the pricing is higher than a quick lube shop, the service is wonderful and guaranteed.

I just had work done at the Kearney branch and I am pretty pleased. The tech was able to get to my vehicle pretty quick and they were thourough in their inspection and work. The waiting area was clean and they had some nice comforts for the waiting customer to enjoy.The only thing that made me any kind of unhappy was that the part that i expected did not fit my vehicle at first. But they checked around until they found the right one. That was the thing i went there for originally but was able to go ahead and do some other maintenance while i was there.The finance application was easy and that helped out a lot. Nobody likes a bill but that was the help I needed to take care of those needs.Im content with the service and customer service today and would suggest them to others!

Car was acting up and I was tired of things not getting fixed properly so I brought the car to them they was able to diagnose it and take care of thproblem that day and they also found and recommend a few other things that would need to be addressed later I highly recommend them very thankful for Max and Kim four days later went ahead and got the things fixed that was recommended for my car now my car runs great better than it ever has

I’ve taken my Buick to US Automotive a couple times for general maintenance stuff and always been satisfied. The prices sometimes seem a little high but maybe i’m just old.
Anything seemed to go fine. Just thought 600.00 dollars was a little high to change a purge valve and battery. But the service was very nice.
All work to be done was explained, it was what I had expected. I thought the price was HIGH but everything is now days. The work was done on time and as expected. The car now works as expected. If your not able or willing to do the work yourself, then it going to cost you. what took them two todays, would have took me two weeks and a lot of bad language
Charged for 9 hours of work yet somehow did all the work from 8:30 to around 4:45. Which just doesnt add up, especially sense the mechanic obviously had a lunch break. Not to mention the car began having some transmission problems just days after the work.
Refreshing to be able to talk with people about my car without treating me like I know nothing about cars. Very courteous, professional, and quick with a major repair.
Radio commercial starts off with a loud car horn. Has more car horns towards the end on top. Not cool when driving tired at 3am in the rain.
I wouldnt schedule an appointment they wont put it in the right month let alone day. Then they will make you come back an hour later. Start your oil change then tell you they are out of filters an have to get more. Front desk lady was basically watching her kid the whole time!! Dont waste your time.

My car blew a motor and I literally rolled into their parking lot. Staff is awesome and I couldnt have asked for a better place to break down! Havent decided what were doing yet but this shop will be at the top of our list from now on!
I dropped my car off at 7:30am, they graciously took me to work. Josh called me to let me know what they found to be the problem. He informed me what needed to be done and how they planned on fixing it. He let me know approximately how long it would take and approximately what the price range would be. When they got my car done, they sent a vehicle to pick me up. The service was top notch, friendly and they informed me of everything up front. I was able to make an appointment the same day my car started acting up. The service was very friendly, and they got my car back to me the next day. Was very pleased with my experience.
They dont even deserve a 1 star. Took my car in a week ago with air conditioning not working. Blinking light on ac burton and air was working intermittently. Paid $330. A week later and doing the same thing, NOW they hook it up and say its a part of the compressor and itll be another $695. Why wasnt that done in the first place?? No reimbursement on any of the $330 which was paid TO BE FIXED! Beware, they just keep finding ways to add labor costs! The diagnosis should have been found the first time we came in, with labor cost going towards them actually doing a successful repair!! So here we are, no ac because Im not adding more to their steal your dollar plan!! If they wouldve fixed it in the first place and said it was $695 I wouldve been a lot happier than I am now! I know your WE KNOW CARS commericals are high price, I guess someone has to sacrifice for those high dollar spots. I just donated $330 to your cause!US Automotive you, DONT KNOW CARS!!! On to the BBB to file a complaint...

So take my car in, they have it for 3 days and 500 bucks later there still not quite sure whats wrong with my car. They tell me that i need a part that is gonna cost me 3500 dollars. At this point i did my homework. At that price, i might as well pay the extra 300 bucks and get a whole new engine. But when I took my car to Orielys, the part needed was 35 bucks. Oh and they moved my car without permision. I used the North location. They took my car down to the West by pass location with out my knoweldge. If my car had been in an accident, who would have been at fault for that? Not me. This place needs to go out of buisness, they do not know cars.
So im new to the area and so far ive had a great experience with us automotive and kim has been wonderful and very informative... Even recommended some place to check out while im in the area.

I needed some rear wheel bearings put on my Grand Prix and they put them on in a few hours no problem. When dropping it off I was told the mechanic would take it for a spin after installation to inspect everything and it would be something like $50. I told them not to do this because I knew the car needed bearings. So I was quoted $187. I go to pick up the car and the bill is over $250 and the inspection had been done when I asked to skip it. The car was driven 10 miles. Right after picking it up I noticed that the emergency brake no longer works. They came across as a good honest place, but the overall experience was pretty negative.

Took my car to US AUTOMOTIVE to get my oil change 7/10/17 I told the chastity that I was hearing a noise in the back wheel on the passenger side the mechanic check said he didnt hear a thing. September 17th I brought my car back the noise was louder they fixed it $139.00 and told me I needed another oil change that was for $48.00 im not adding tax here.Total $186.00.September 19th went to start my car it turned over with the sounds of clicks But wouldnt start. I immediately called chastity she told me shell towe the car for free if they do the work I said ok. I waited for a call after they came and got the car no call so I called she said well the battery was died and itll be $311to fix it and a matter of fact when I was there Monday the 17th they had to jump start my car cause the battery was week. Well dang why didnt u tell because I would have head straight over to Wal-Mart to get it fixed for less. She said she thought she told me. Im paranoid having my gas at just half a tank dont u think id panic to a week battery in my car. I believe US AUTOMOTIVE set me up refused to tell me the problem so id come back eventually to charge me an arm and leg now TELL ME WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME U PAID $311 for a damn car battery. She said $97 for diagnostic, $139 for the battery amd$75 for them to put it in. Within 2day I spent a little over $500. I left MIDAS and went to US AUTOMOTIVE because they where jacking me around at MIDAS but there the same TAKING ADVANTAGE OF FEMALE, SINGLE MOMS AND COLLEGE STUDENT. I will never take my car to not one of them again.
Did great work but gave me estimates on other things that were Way over over priced. Over $2000 worth. Over a grand to replace a driveshaft lol. I just got it replaced for $400

TOOK ME TO THE CLEANERS I came in with my car barley able to work so expected to be paying alot of money but after the initial quote Im like thats not bad they call me back and instead of 700 apparently its going to cost 900 im like...sure. so I call a few days later and apparently ot was 900 dollars EXTRA when I finally have the money yo barley pay it off the car cant run for more than 15 minutes what a f***ing JOKE go somewhere else ANYWHERE else
Terry at US automotive took a vantage of my wife getting repairs By quoting her prices that were too highin the first place but failed to mention little add-ons that shouldve been included in the quote . And they charge you about double for parts that normally sell for about half the price that they are putting on your bill . In short I think theyre crooks and they are liars and they will rob you
I went once a year ago! Terrible service they charged way more than they initially said and refused to give me my keys till I paid when they didnt even fix anything.

Place is a joke. Was quoted $145 for an hour and a half to run a diagnosis. When we picked it up they charged $250 and ran the machine for 2 and a half hours just to tell me I need new plugs and wires. They never tried to contact me telling me it was going to cost more. There is no ethics in that. This place is a joke and can only serve as a trash can for your money. Poor communication. Also they kept my car for 2days to run 2.5 hrs of diagnosis and when I called to check on it it had been done but they didnt bother calling.

I was charged $557.00 dollars to replace a freeze plug which was a $16.00 dollar part and to have the radiator flushed . After looking at the radiator after we brought it home it was full of rusty water and no antifreeze . I believe we were scammed.
